Fantastic location and an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. This was our third stay and will most definitely not be the last.

Loved everything the room was very clean, had everything you could need, the balcony was a nice addition. The host was exceptional, very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is in a good location. Easy walk to the shops, arcades, cinema, places to eat and the beach. The room was on the ground floor, twin beds as requested. The room was well equipped and the shower was great.

The room was hot but it was during a hot weather spell so not much could be done. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Excellent location . Great facilities , loved the balcony room. Good value for money. Friendly host . Large comfortable bed. Pleased to have access to fridge freezer and ironing facilities on the landing.

The location was good.

The location was good, however on our first night my son found tobacco and cannabis is the drawers, the bed and pillows was like a brick and on the last night I found bites on me. Iv had to get antibiotics for the bites

Situated on the front and a short walk to the clock tower, shops and sea front. Spotless and cleaned every day, comfortable beds with white bedding and white towels, brilliant hot shower, we were on the ground floor with twin beds and two doors to enter our room so felt even more safe & secure. Good parking at the rear of the hotel for your stay. Stayed twice now and will definitely stay there again. Tara is lovely

Location & how quite it was. On arriving i just knew it would be perfect great fresh smell as i walked into check in the room was lovely and clean fresh towels daily read n coffees brilliant shower comfy mattress

The Woodthorpe is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for all of the Skegness highlights. Nothing is too much trouble for Tara. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to town. We stay in this same road as much as we can. Good size bathroom for the size of the room.

It’s not their fault but the room was exceptionally warm. No real access to much breeze being on the back of the property but a fan in the room would have been appreciated.

Owner Tara rang me the day before my arrival to inform me of details to let myself in, as she would be out. Although I didn't see her during my visit, I met her on my last day to talk to. She was kind and welcoming. I was solo and room was just right for my needs with a ensuite shower room. It was located on the beachfront and within walking distance of the main attractions, but not close enough not to be disturbed. The room was clean, as no dirt or dust when looked. It was good to have free parking, although limited spaces on a first come first serve basis. I was fortunate to have a space during my stay. I had a comfortable stay and felt safe for the duration. I would recommend this Woodthorpe Hotel for a enjoyable stay in Skegness.👌

As we were experiencing a heatwave I was on the top floor, which was extremely hot during the night. It would have been ideal to have a fan in the room. Luckily I had a mini fan with me.

Found used food packaging in top 2 drawers of chest of drawers which concerned me about the level of cleaning that had been done.

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot, there was tea and coffee and toiletries. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating. The price was good. I would definitely recommend this to anybody.

I love staying at the Woodthorpe, Tara is lovely. The rooms are ckean and comfortable, front facing have a cracking view, great showers and it's right in town so everything is convenient. I stay for work and there is ample room to set up a workstation, WiFi works well everywhere and it's fantastic value for money.

Wonderful staff, great location, and such a great price for the size and standard of the room

It’s an old house so you can hear a lot through the walls. I could hear the person in the room next to me use the bathroom constantly through the night! Nothing that can be done about that and overall a minor inconvenience really

Someone in a room across had their tv on too loud and wifi loosing connection also if didn't flush toilet right the noise from when it refill wake up everybody

The room was big and the shower was very big i usually struggle and parking on property was a bonus and Tara was very polite and helpful .
