We liked everything. We always love coming to stay here every year. The Eastleigh never disappoints us. The hostess is always amazing too. Also, it's super close to absolutely everything.

As always, we didn't like the having to come home part.

The location was brilliant a very short walk away from the pier and also the pleasure beach, arcades and places to get food were also within short walking distance. The room was bright and clean with a comfy bed and also had tea/coffee facilities and a mini fridge. Bathroom was clean and a decent size, and came with enough towels, toilet rolls etc to cover our stay.

Can't really think of anything that we didn't like. It was the ideal place to stay for our 4 nights in Skegness.

This place is so lovely, very friendly and welcoming, the rooms was spotless and well equipped for what we needed, location was ideal for shop, arcades, cafes and the beach. Absolutely I will be coming back here next year

I couldn't fault anything

The location is perfect.

Upgraded to a larger room with a seating area, the room had 1 chair and not the size i upgraded too. Shower was hit and miss whether you got hot or cold water.

Room was very clean and tidy, location was good with easy access to everything we needed.staff were very helpful and polite. nothing too much trouble.

the only thing was the shower took a while to warm up.

On arrival Paula suggested a downstairs room as she saw me have problems getting up to the door. Really nice room, everything we needed for a short stay, great location. Would defo visit again.

Felt the room was small but for the budget I am probably unfair !

Excellent rooms. Worked really well for us. The owner was extremely helpful. However, I was not aware that there is free unlimited parking on the street. There is a paid parking almost next door, but if I was aware of the street parking, I would have looked for a spot there rather than wasting money in paid parking. This should be probably advertised on the hotel's website as it would be more lucrative for them.

Just the steep steps. however, that was hoe the property was built. Not the owner's fault.

This is my third stay at the Eastleigh, lovely manager and welcoming room clean and spacious and had a lovely fan in this heat with a fridge to keep drinks cold, ideal location, already booked for next year

Very friendly, everything was there that we needed down to tea, coffee and bottles of water in a fridge. The room was very cleaning tidy.

Great location, very close to all attractions – the beach is practically just across the street. Very good contact with the owner, who is very polite and helpful. The room was cosy, nicely decorated, very clean, and the hotel smelled lovely as soon as you walked in. We are very satisfied and highly recommend it!

Lovely room with fridge and fan. Liked that there was ironing facilities and extra milk etc on all floors. Very welcoming and friendly host. Will definatly be back

Lovely warm and friendly bed and breakfast. Fridge in your room with water inside. Hairdryer and straightners provided in your room. On the landing iron and ironing board. Also tea bags,coffee sugar,milk bottled water,to refill your room if you run out. Shampoo,conditioner,body wash provided. Great location. everything within walking distance. Room was spacious, clean . Bed comfortable. Didn't hear any noise on the nightime. Car Park next to hotel. Loved our stay at the eastleigh. Will stay here again next time we are in skegness. Very reasonable price. Loved it thank you.

The bathroom was small so made it difficult accessing the shower.

I really liked the decor and it was close enough to everywhere we wanted to go.

The stairs on the front was a bit steep it could do with a higher rail to help get up them

Spotless lovely room, as soon as we went in the front door we knew it would be very clean. Very nice room only criticism was it was 2 floors up, it was my own fault should of asked for a ground floor room as I suffer with a serious back problem

Pillows rock hard lots of pillows but all hard Shower not good takes ages to start and not alot of water comes out Need a light above dressing table room light not strong enough to see to do makeup / hair however mirror over sink has light so used this Old fashioned decorated but sister in room next door was modern so depend on room you get

Stayed there for skeggy reggae. The perfect place to stay, friendly owners and willing to help in any way possible. Was also lovely and clean and recommend it all the way.

The minute you get to the property you are made to feel welcome the lady is lovely ( forgot her name already) the rooms have everything you could ask for with a few additional touches that most other places don't think of . Both myself and partner that I went with have health issues but he struggled to get out of bed as it was so comfy and didn't want to move . It is also in a good location especially if you can't travel to far out without needing a break but want to be far enough away from the loud hassle and bustle of a seaside town . I would definitely recommend it to anyone and we will most definitely be going again next year

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely lady who runs it. Tea and coffee making facilities. Was pleased to find a fan in the room, extremely appreciated, close to all amenities but not noisy. Will definitely return there if she has space as very popular so will have to plan well in advance.

There’s a pub opposite so if you don’t like loud noises and people getting drunk probably isn’t for you, but I didn’t mind as I came in late.

We stayed at The Eastleigh for two nights at the end of March. The location is excellent and due to it being “out of season” we were able to street park directly outside the hotel, although there is also a car park right next to the hotel if required. The owner was friendly both on arrival and check-out and the room we stayed in on the ground floor was clean and we had a great night's sleep. We’d definitely recommend The Eastleigh and would stay here again.

Stayed here with my 6 year old daughter last week for 3 days and we were so happy with everything about the hotel. We were kindly checked in earlier than stated time and given the family room, where my daughter had her own bed and TV. The room was impeccably clean, the fridge came in handy for cold drinks and we were grateful for the complimentary bottles of water. The beds were super comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect and central to everything. My daughter absolutely loved the room and it will be part of her holiday memories. We will definitely be back

Room had some nice little touches like nautical themes and some free biscuits. Plenty of towels and a handwritten thank you from the owner. Location was great, right in the centre of everything.

Parking is a bit of a niggle with the car park if you arrive after 18h as you then have to get up before 8h to pay but that's not on them.

A lovely warm welcome on arrival, clean and comfortable room with hot chocolate, tea and coffee, biscuits and fridge with bottled water. We have stayed here several times now and will continue to do. The location is great also and close to everything.

I booked for my daughter and grandson as we had a family party in town. They loved that it was near the front and on the same road as venue. Both said the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
