Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Proximity to Roma Termini & easy to find. Very welcoming & smooth check in. Clean & comfortable room, good bed, great shower. Air con ideal as it was a warm day. Access to tea & coffee etc was very useful. Easy self-checkout for an early morning train. All good.

The shower had a center shower head that was inconvenient to use without getting the floor all wet. There was a separate portable wand but I couldn't figure out how it worked. Small problem

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Tuvimos una muy buena estadía. La habitación era cómoda y la ubicación, muy práctica por estar tan cerca de Roma Termini, especialmente para moverse por Roma y tomar transporte. Contaba con un espacio común (cocina súper equipada, que con el extremo calor que pasamos se agradecía contar con una heladera). Destaco especialmente a Nico, que fue un anfitrión excelente: súper atento, amable y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodas y de ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La comunicación con él fue bárbara desde el primer momento, desde antes de ingresar Nico estuvo en contacto con nosotras. La zona es muy concurrida, así que hay que estar un poco atentos, sobre todo de noche, pero la cercanía a Termini lo hace muy práctico.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Personel zaczął remont w hotelu nie zwracając uwagę na przebywające osoby. Remont trwał dwa dni. Stukanie, wiercenie do 22:30. Lokalizacja była okej. Ale następnym razem zdecydowałabym się na hotel dalej od dworca Termini ponieważ wieczorem jest niebezpiecznie na ulicy.

Anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima della partenza. L'ascensore è stato un po' difficile da capire all'inizio ma dopo ti abitui, molto consigliato!

Несмотря на то что есть общая кухня для трёх комнат апартаментов,мы себя уютно чувствовали.В кухне есть всё необходимое.В комнате есть напольный кондиционер.Тихо. Но самый большой плюс этих апартаментов это их хозяин Нико.Мы часто путешествуем и такого внимательного,доброжелательного владельца не часто встречали.Он всегда на связи и помогает по многим вопросам.Желаем ему удачи и процветания.
Всё отлично.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Para estar 2 o 3 días en Roma está bien. Llegas a todos los lados en 30-40 minutos. El lugar es un poco lúgrube pero es seguro y se está bien. Tiene una mini cocina con frigorifico y cosas para el desayuno, así como agua. La habitación y baño limpia y cómoda. La comunicación con Nico buena para un correcto funcionamiento. Nos guardaron las maletas el día del check-out.
Aunque haya aire acondicionado portatil, en los meses de verano hace bastante calor.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026洗澡是冷水，沒有熱水，反應說熱水只能供應5-6人使用，但是好幾個房間，根本不只6人，住了三天，大概只有1人可以勉強洗到熱水，優點只有如果隔天搭機離開，離巴士站非常近。
沒有熱水洗澡，反應房東，只回應因為天氣太熱。建議暑假應該註明只提供冷水，冬天避開此房。

The host provided clear check-in instructions and was even available to welcome us when we arrived late at night. Although the main air conditioner was not working, the host promptly provided a portable unit that worked very well.
When we first entered the bathroom, we noticed a bug, although it was not a big issue. The hairdryer was also somewhat difficult to use, as it appeared to have limited power output due to overheating protection.

He was also really generous in recommending nearby popular local restaurants, attractions to visits, cafes to go to. The property was clean, room was spacious and simple amenities provided.
The room was facing the main street so it was quite noisy throughout the night if the windows are opened.

Yatağın orta tarafında hafif çökme yapmış. Çok problem etmedim. Düzeltilmesi adına belirtmek istedim.

Kontakt z właścicielką sprawny, choć po dotarciu na miejsce trochę czekaliśmy zanim odpowiedziała na nasze wiadomości, a nie otrzymaliśmy informacji jak i gdzie mozemy odebrać klucze do pokoju. Spędziliśmy tam tylko jedną noc, resztę pobytu zarezerwowaliśmy gdzieś indziej, i na tak krótki czas miejsce jest ok. Na dłużej, raczej, nie polecam, słychać wszystko z sąsiednich pomieszczeń oraz ulicy co bardzi utrudnia spanie.
Izolacja dźwiękowa. Pleśń w łazience.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze!! Rzym w lutym jest przepiękny! Przyjechałyśmy około północy z lotniska. Nie było problemu z tym, aby zameldować się tak późno. Czekał na nas Nico, który wszystko pokazał i oprowadził po mieszkaniu. Na whatsappie dostałyśmy też od niego polecajki dobrej pizzy i gelato ♥️♥️
Z jednej strony lokalizacja mieszkania jest super bo idzie szybko i przyjemnie dojść do takich zabytków jak np. Koloseum. Ale z drugiej strony mieszkanie jest w dzielnicy multi kulturowej i powroty po godzinie 21 są niebezpieczne. Tym bardziej dla 3 dziewczyn, bez obstawy ;)

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026I can only say the best about this place. The manager is very kind, helpful, and caring. The hotel is located in a quiet area, even though it is close to the train station. This was a big advantage for us because it was very easy to get to the airport. Our room was clean and bright, with a view of the street. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and the price is very good for the quality. We will definitely come back again next time.

Dejas las maletas y te vas a explorar y el último día puedes dejarlas tranquilamente y recogerlas antes de irte. Pequeña cocina con nevera y cafe y algunas cosas de desayuno. La cama grande y cómoda y la habitación impecable. Buena ducha. Inmejorable la atención de Nico!! Gracias por tanto!

Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, korzystny. W pokoju wszystko czego chcesz. Czysto, przyjemnie. Do dyspozycji lodówka, kawa, herbata. Polecam.
Może Ci przeszkadzać, że nie jest w 100% wyciszone pomieszczenie, ale nie wpływa to na łatwość zaśnięcia.

Już od pierwszego kontaktu wszystko przebiegało wzorowo – świetna i szybka komunikacja z gospodarzem, pełen profesjonalizm i życzliwość. Pokoje były czyściutkie, świetnie wyposażone i urządzone z dużym smakiem. Widać, że dba się tu o każdy detal, co sprawia, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie – wszystko lśniło! Obsługa również zasługuje na ogromne wyróżnienie – pomocna, uprzejma i zawsze gotowa odpowiedzieć na pytania. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowane. To miejsce to strzał w dziesiątkę – idealne na wypad z przyjaciółmi! Na pewno wrócimy i będziemy polecać każdemu. Dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt! 💛

Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Rzymu i Watykanu, bardzo blisko do dworca Termini i stacji metra Vittorio Emmanuela, a pieszo do Coloseum - 15 minut. Pokój z widokiem na pobliski park przy cichej ulicy, codzienne sprzątanie. Pokój ładny, prawie nowy, jasny, w łazience ciepła woda bez problemów. Klimatyzacja, ale też elektryczna nagrzewnica. Miłe upominki na powitanie (czekolada, wino i prosciutto). W kuchni darmowa kawa z ekspresu, herbata i cukier, ogólnodostępna pólka w lodówce z napojami, jogurtami, masłem... a do tego szampan na Sylwestra!!! czym byliśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni.
Można dodać więcej kubków do herbaty ;-)

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025It's an excellent option and located near the termini station (2 mins walk) through which you have the access to every part of the city. The room was super comfy and a good value for money. Nico is a really nice person, my flight got late in the evening and he kept waiting to guide me until I reached the room.

The bed was quite hard and the apartment did get cold during the night, maybe more blankets would be helpful.
