Remarkable Scene

The views are breathtaking, far more stunning than the photos can possibly do justice. The house is beautifully appointed, with every possible thing a family might wish for, to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Small grocery items and a wide range of kitchen accessories were greatly appreciated, as well as the lock up garage with internal access, comfortable beds, underfloor heating and reverse-cycle throughout. This property is an absolute 10/10, we hope to return!

We had a truly wonderful stay in Queenstown. The house is absolutely beautiful — very comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The view from the balcony is simply stunning and made our mornings and evenings especially memorable. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the space warm and inviting. The location was perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We are so glad we chose this home for our stay — it really made our trip special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown.

OUR STAY WAS AMAZING, NIKI THE HOST WAS ALSO AMAZING, VERY GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WINERIES AND RESTAURANTS, HIKES AND MUCH MORE. THE HOUSE HAD EVERYTHING YOU WOULD POSSIBLY NEED. THE LOCATION WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO CENTRE OF TOWN, GOOD WHEN WE ATE TOO MUCH!! THE VIEW WAS JUST GORGEOUS, 180 DEGREE. LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN.

This is a gorgeous, well maintained, very clean property with a remarkable view of Lake Wakatipu that is mesmerizing, night or day. I loved getting up early and seeing how quiet it was before boats or jet skiers marred its beauty. We also loved sitting out on the deck and admiring its beauty at night after dinner via Uber ride into Queenstown. Beautiful appointments in this property with a kind host who has truly thought of everything. Although we are an older couple, we think this would be a fantastic place for families because there are three bedrooms and two baths and a well thought out play area for kids between the kitchen and the outdoor patio with picnic table and grill. Lots of games in the cabinets for both kids and adults, as well as reading material. I loved that the hairdryer had a diffuser and there were eco friendly products throughout the home. It was a big plus to have a good quality washer and dryer in the garage. The host was excellent in communicating, and I honestly would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be very close to Queenstown, but outside the business of the touristy areas.

The steepness of the driveway into the garage was the only negative. However, once our host said we could park in the on street space in front of the driveway, we had no further problems. Great solution since we were driving a large SUV.

Conveniently located within walking distance to town. The balcony view was stunning, and the house was warm and inviting with the heater already on upon arrival. Well-maintained, cosy, and very comfortable.

We were so lucky to find this terrific property for our long weekend stay in Queenstown. The view of the lake is truly spectacular. It’s close to everything, comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts could not be more friendly and accommodating. Before we left, we started talking about our next, longer visit!
