A bit impersonal with the checking in process and no access to coffee or tea in actual room , there is a kitchen but we were not sure what we could use and couldn’t use

La proximité de tout, l’accueil et la réactivité du personnel, tant sur place que via le numéro de téléphone!

Le fait de devoir monter toute la Coline avec nos grosse valise. Il faudrai prévoir un véhicule pouvant monter (à l’arrivée) et descendre (au départ) les valises des clients. Nous étions 2 avec 5 valises et cela était très compliqué.

Very nice place, small, but cozy, the street is quiet during the day, at night busy lots of noise, but it's normal. Easy check in. Great view from the rooftop. Pretty clean as well.

Está ubicado en la Medina. En la zona histórica. Lo mejor es el servicio de apoyo. Todo el tiempo en comunicación. Recomendado tomar taxi con el hotel para llegar desde el aeropuerto.

Неплохой номер по этой цене. Общая кухня с большим набором посуды, что очень удобно. Можно приготовить и поесть. Наверху терраса, где открывается хороший вид на сам город и на пристань. Прям здорово было сидеть на крыше и пить чай. В целом - все хорошо.

De accommodatie was goed en prachtig gelegen. Hoewel er weinig rechtstreeks contact met personeel was, verliep alles vlot digitaal, wat voor ons perfect werkte. Wanneer we vragen hadden, kregen we steeds zeer snel antwoord. Daarnaast was alles netjes en tof ingericht. Tijdens de nacht is het er rustig, wat bijdraagt aan een aangename nachtrust.

We hebben één keer gebruikgemaakt van het ontbijt. Dit was goed en verzorgd, al vonden we de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding iets minder in vergelijking met andere opties in de buurt.

Séjour très agréable. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et notre demande a été prise en compte rapidement, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. There weren’t any curtains on the windows so you wake up really early in the morning. The room door is not sound proof so you can hear other guests coming and go like there was no door at all The mattress was really hard

Posizione comoda, ideale per visitare la Medina. Facile da raggiungere e comoda anche per i punti di ritrovo dei tour. Staff gentile, rapido nelle risposte via WhatsApp e molto disponibile. Apprezzato anche il transfer aeroporto organizzato dalla struttura.

Camera senza tende (foto di come è la notte), cambio asciugamani solo su richiesta e rumore della lavatrice alle 8 del mattino vicino alla stanza. Essendo una guest house, l’assenza di reception e di servizio camera quotidiano è abbastanza coerente con la tipologia, quindi su questo le aspettative vanno calibrate.

A lovely guesthouse conveniently located in the qasbah of Tangier. I had the suite on the 3rd floor, with magnificent views over the city. Noises around the qasbah may be an issue for light sleepers, but I got used to them by the third night!

Everything worked perfectly, as assistance is run through an online system. A bit impersonal maybe but definitely effective. Breakfast was OK, consider maybe adding some fresh fruits.

The staff - both the owner and housekeeper - were very nice and accommodating. Generally clean and inviting. Easy to access with a code to the building. Big shower.

Very thin glass on windows made noises from the street feel like they were inside. The call to prayer early in the morning is very loud- its to be expected but it woke me up.

I liked the overall vibe was very cosy and relaxing, view of the roof top is breathtaking. Decor is very artistic and convient at the same time. It wss very clean and bed is very comfortable. No loud noiced around

Self-checkin procees was not smooth we arrived early and it wasn’t highlighted or message sent day before to plan for it , additional no help desk available which would be helpful as tourists. There is a 150 € will be held from card used as insurance but it wasn’t clear for while booking. It more like an rental home than riad or hotel

Avoid this property. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were refused accommodation upon arrival, with no acceptable solution offered on the spot. We were left without a place to stay on the day of arrival, during a period of very high demand, and were forced to urgently find and pay for another hotel at a significantly higher price. The situation was handled in a completely unprofessional manner, with no assistance, no accountability, and no effort to help resolve the issue. A confirmed booking should never result in guests being turned away at the door. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and falls far below acceptable hospitality standards. I do not recommend this property.

The property manager was very professional, paid attention to details, gave us tips and was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen, living area, and terrace, or the shared spaces, were excellent, clean, and made us feel at home. We also liked how clean the property was, and the daily hygiene upkeep by the housekeeper. Location was excellent, the old city is full of charm.

The family room was on the ground floor and had no view or AC. The fan was not enough to cool the room when the window was closed, the room got hot. The bathroom didn't have a window and had to have a humidifier on all the time. It was also a very tight space for a family of four. The extra bed was on a mezzanine but the space was still tight for a family.

Excellent host. Tastefully decorated property with excellent terrace views. Common areas are very nice. Easy to find once you locate it, around 3-5 min walk from the Kasbah. We didn’t do breakfast as there are several options nearby. Overall, a really nice stay choice!

Nice decorated house. Room was ok The host offers a website with extra services like transportation, from airport and to Chefchaouen: a bit more expensive, but nice and easy. Shower was amazingly big

No TV in the room sadly. We had to watch Netflix from our phones. Towels were not changed while we were there for 3 nights, after asking host said it will be changed only after 5 nights, that’s weird. This is more an apartment than a hotel.

Le Riad est très mignon, cela ressemble beaucoup aux photos. La terrasse est très agréable le soir ou le matin. En plein cœur de la médina. Marcel est prévenant et sympathique.

Even though it is not convenient location but the stay in middle of Kasbah is well worth it. Waleed took care of our needs and thanks to him our stay in Tangiers was a success.

Marcel was a wonderful host- friendly and welcoming. The place felt authentic and centrally located, making it perfect for my first visit to Tangier, Morocco. I absolutely loved my stay.

Even during the final days of Ramadan, with the call to prayer speakers close-by, Absinthe was a dream of a place. The rooftop. OmG. No. I cried for the beauty and the color of the sea, the white houses like cubes tumbling towards the blue sea. Loved every minute and hope to return. Can anyone ever forget the smell of harira soup being prepared ... children playing in the street below ... magical. Merci, Tanger!

We had a lovely stay at this guest house in Tangier. The location, set on a hill, offered a peaceful atmosphere and great views. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, which was much appreciated. The standout feature was definitely the rooftop terrace. In the evenings, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a gentle breeze and some great conversation — a truly special part of the stay. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were very accommodating. We were even able to leave our bags at the guest house after check-out, which made our travel logistics much easier. Overall, a great place to stay in Tangier — comfortable, well-located, and welcoming.

Probably not for those who can't do steep(ish) climbs, but otherwise really good.

The host was perfect with giving all the information we needed and more, we came on a holiday where lots of things were closed and he diligently gave us tips and directions. His communication was flawless and we were able to reach him at anytime!

Our hotelier, Marcel was wonderful and so helpful and we had laundry done for a very reasonable price and returned same day. It's difficult to get to the riad as cars can only get so close but it is very walkable to the coast, the ferry station, and all of the souks in the medina. The bed was very hard as they are at most riads and unfortunately there was a mosque speaker right outside of the old wooden window frames so the prayers are VERY loud with the first at dawn and the last about an hour after sunset. I do not recommend that single women stay anywhere in the medina. It did not feel safe at night as things were closing.

Our room was right next to the prayer speaker however we were told upon checkin and not to be alarmed. However wasn’t too much of an issue!

Very good designed house and rooms. Managers were welcoming and supportive. On the New year night they organized a small party on the terrace. The view from the terrace and from the room is on the bay. The house is heated by two fireplaces, which makes the shared area very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped.

There is no clothes’ washing machine. And handles for drying clothes.

Location, staff, facilities... all top notch.

They need proper black out curtains. So much light comes in at night making it very difficult to sleep.

Excellent experience with prompt check in, clean room and wonderful service. Brief power outage but didn’t affect our stay as we were leaving by then. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Proximity to loud speaker for prayer call at 4:30am. We were used to the morning prayer call elsewhere but the volume here was something special. We were leaving reasonably early in the morning (8am) but still a bit surprised to have so little contact with any staff (comparing to what we'd been used to elsewhere).
