It's a bit grubby. Daily room service but it's a bit perfunctory. Toilet seat didn't fit properly It is definitely not a 4* hotel despite what it says.

Desperately needs a refurb, bathroom was old and in need of repairs, shower broken and drains blocked so drained very slowly, broken electrical sockets and very hard mattresses.

Er waren wel wat mankementjes aan de kamer . Wc liep niet goed door, wc papier was op en ook de douche liep niet zo goed door. Het bed was voor mij erg hard maar misschien vinden andere mensen dat fijn

En la habitación, sobre todo el baño necesita algo de mantenimiento, la ducha tenía zonas oxidadas y con humedades y la puerta y el marco bastante estropeadas, para ser 4 estrellas, en mi opinión, no deberían están así

les nuits sans dormir à cause du froid - chaufage qui ne marchait pas bien, aucun consideration du personnel à ma demande, mème un traitement de condescendance. La sale de bain complétement pourri: la douche trop petite avec des portes rouillés et sur le point de tomber, sans espace pour se doucher, le toilette bouchée, pas service de chambre, etc.

NO KETTLE OR COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES - No number on the door. Not noise proof. Resident next door and was constantly snooking and coughing. HOTEL claims to be 4 star but this is not so. I would say 3 star at best. Probably 2 star. Breakfast was also mediocre. Didn't bother after with breakfast from day 2.

Entretenir un peu plus l'hôtel qui a 4 étoiles, c'est dommage car il a du potentiel.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Bel emplacement pour découvrir ce monde à part. Nous avons passé un super séjour au milieu du peuple napolitain, qui est chaleureux, festif, et une cuisine excellente de partout. Seul bémol le prix du parking. 150 euros pour 3 nuits, j'ai trouvé un peu cher, mais le véhicule a été à l'abri. A prévoir dans le budget du séjour.
Pour une immersion en plein cœur d'une ville animée tout était authentique. Il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié !!! Naples est à voir au moins 1 fois dans une vie ... Je conseille fortement

La colazione dovrebbe essere più varia con più proposte salate, secondo me, essendoci diversi stranieri. il bagno sarebbe da sistemare un po'.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025- très bien situé, en plein coeur du centre historique - le personnel était vraiment sympathique, charmant, accueillant et professionnel - c'était très propre - les chambres ont du cachet, sont bien décorées - les chambres ont une climatisation réglable
- les équipements pourraient être un peu améliorés (prises électriques, lampes d'appoint, sèche cheveux, plateau de courtoisie...) - notre chambre côté rue était bruyante, mais nous avons pu changer pour une côté cour parfaitement silencieuse (merci encore au personnel !) - à noter que nous venons de la campagne et ne sommes pas du tout habitué à dormir avec le bruit d'une grande ville

Even though room decoration needs updating and air conditioning 'shooting' right to the bed could be improved, on the whole this is a convenietly located hotel to discover Naples right from the city's pounding heart.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025The location in Centro Storico is excellent for being able to walk to most places we wanted to see. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast was better than anticipated - perfectly fine for fuelling up for the day. The aircon was in good working order which was welcome after a long day tramping around hot streets.
I chose the hotel because it showed there was a lift, but it turned out our room was not accessible by it - we had to go up an outside courtyard fire-escape style staircase, or use the lift and then come down a spiral staircase, so if this matters to you, do make it clear when booking that you need a room that is actually accessible via the lift. They are happy to help with luggage, though if you have mobility challenges it could be an issue. We asked for twin beds, which we got, but each bed was so narrow that turning over during the night was a "lift and drop" operation, as rolling over would have you straight on the floor...
