I only stayed for a day, but it was exceptional. Great staff, clean, and very comfortable.

La atención es un diez. Siempre se preocupa por el bienestar y por todo lo que necesites. El alojamiento esta bien y muy bien situado para todo lo que hay que hacer por Sigiya y es muy tranquilo.

Por decir algo, que el tipo de desayuno elijan ellos.

Η φιλοξενία, ο χώρος, οι άνθρωποι και το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικά!!! Σίγουρα μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι και επίσης μας συστησαν σε εναν εξαιρετικό οδηγό που μας μετέφερε απο το αεροδρόμιο και σε όλες τις πόλεις που επισκέφθηκαμε! Πραγματικά συγχαρητήρια!

Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nos encantó el sitio, una zona muy tranquila, todos muy atentos en todo momento, el desayuno era maravilloso, de los mejores que probamos en Sri Lanka. La cama es comodisima y las almohadas aún más. Les pedimos una mosquitera y nos la dieron sin ningún problema y además pudimos hacer el check in más temprano. 100% reocmendable.

La struttura si trova lontano dalla strada principale e la sera non puoi girare tranquillamente.

Il punto forte di questo homestay é sicuramente la posizione, vicinissimo all'ingresso per la lion rock e a pochi minuti dai ristoranti della cittá. La camera é pulita, abbastanza spaziosa e dotata di anti-zanzare. Vengono dati anche due asciugamani a testa e un kit basico per la doccia. I proprietari gentili e disponibili, i pasti sono buoni e abbonanti (abbiamo fatto colazione e un light lunch prima del safari a Minnerya).

Rispetto ad altri homestay la stanza non é grandissima

Enjoyed the location and the female staff on the property were so lovely. The breakfast was a good introduction to Sri Lankan food. Very helpful with arranging transport and safari

The shower was not always the easiest to use and the bathroom had an exceptionally bad smell. Comfortable otherwise. Felt like we weren’t always given a good deal (Bikes 1000 rupee for the day each)

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die gesamte Unterkunft sehr gepfelt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Eigentümer hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und uns geholfen, Fahrten usw. zu organisieren. Das optionale Abendessen in der Unterkunft und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The owner was so kind and helpful. He explaimed eus everything about Sigiriya and helped our travelling route. Rooms were clean and garden had a quite warm environment.

Posto accogliente e grazioso. A qualche minuto in tuk tuk da alcuni ristoranti. Il propietario è molto gentile, ci ha organizzato il transfer dall' aereoporto e le escursioni. Colazione dolce fatta in casa con crepes e frutta.

De lieve host en zijn familie. Ze legde alles duidelijk uit en helpen met het plannen van uitstapjes.

The garden was lovely and peaceful. Location close to good restaurants - try the Italian coffee shop for excellent coffee. My room was comfortable although the shower didn’t work so well. Nice view from the terrace outside my room. Reasonable breakfast. Easy to walk to Lion Rock

スタッフの方が皆さんすごく親切で、懇親丁寧だった。 リクエストもきちんと聞いてくださり、気遣っていただきました。 朝食もとても美味しかったです。 部屋も、エアコンばっちりで快適、wifiもちゃんと来ていました。 シギリヤロックのエントランスまで徒歩で20分？30分？歩いてゆけます。

シャワールームのシャワーをひねる蛇口から水が結構な勢いで漏れていたので、 それが直ったらさらにいいと思いました。 ちょっとだけ中心部の活気のある所から離れています、徒歩20分くらい。

Es war traumhaft! Die Zimmer waren blitzsauber und schön gross, das Essen war hervorragend und der Gastgeber / die Familie war so herzlich und hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Sei es eine Safari oder die Anfahrt / Weiterfahrt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!❤️

Very clean property and the family running the guest house are amazingly kind and will help you in whatever you need.

Malika and her family made my stay the most amazing possible! Place is very conveniently located: the rock entrance is 15 mins away, bus stop - 2 mins. Breakfast and dinner were just great! I felt like home. Malika also helped me to organize all my activities in Sigriya. Hot water is also available you just need to ask how to turn it on if you don’t know. I will be back if ever again in Sigriya

We really enjoyed our stay! Good value for money! The breakfast was really tasty and the owners were very helpful and arranged transports and activities for us upon request! The room was clean and comfortable

Beds were to small for me (185cm) Bathroom smelled not great. And wasn't cleaned before we came because in the toilet were still nasty stains. We would have loved it there was a second light in the room that wasn't so bright. Like a night light.

The staff was amazing and the room was great. The food they cooked for us was incredible!

Wir haben morgens und abends super lecker gegessen - verschiedene Sri Lankische Gerichte, home made und mit netter Erklärung dazu. Wir haben gute Tipps bekommen und eine Jeepsafari ins Naturschutzgebiet über Palitha gebucht - absolut zu empfehlen, mit vielen Elefantensichtungen. Morgens haben sie uns nach Dambulla zum Bus nach Kandy gebracht.

Good location, only a few minutes walk into the busy area. The room was spacious, with good air con. The breakfast was basic was nice. We did our laundry there and it smelled so nice.

No hot water but wasn’t a major issue as it was so hot

I had a wonderful stay at Palitha Homestay in Sigiriya! The breakfast was amazing, and the coconut pancakes were especially delicious. They were honestly some of the best pancakes I had during my trip in Sri Lanka. Prabash kindly took me by tuk-tuk from the hotel to Sigiriya Rock at 4:00 AM, which was extremely helpful and made my sunrise visit very easy and comfortable. The room was very clean, and there was hot water in the shower, which I really appreciated. Even though the price was very affordable, the location, breakfast, and room were all excellent. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!!! シギリヤでPalitha Homestayに滞在しましたが、本当に素晴らしい宿でした！ 朝ごはんがとても美味しく、特にココナッツパンケーキは感動する美味しさでした。スリランカ旅行中に食べた中でも特にお気に入りです。 Prabashさんは、朝4時にホテルからシギリヤロックまでトゥクトゥクで送ってくださり、とても助かりました。おかげで快適にサンライズを見に行くことができました。 お部屋はとても清潔で、シャワーでは温かいお湯もしっかり出ました。 リーズナブルな価格にもかかわらず、ロケーション・朝食・お部屋、すべてが素晴らしかったです。 本当にありがとうございました！！

The host and her family were so lovely and accomodating. We booked the homestay as it was only a 15 minute walk to the entrance of Sigiriya which was ideal. It’s also only a 2 minute walk to the local bus stop which was helpful when going to the Dambulla Cave Temples. We had lovely breakfast and dinner provided by the host. Also nothing beats walking outside and seeing monkeys! Overall a great experience!

Thin walls - could hear owners/guests conversing, past midnight on night 1. Threw frogs came into the bathroom through a gap in the shower knob connection to the wall while I was showering.

Extremely helpful and arranged everything we asked. Really nice food. Quiet location on edge of town but easy walk in.

Das Zimmer hat alles was man benötigt Klima, Kühlschrank, Venti. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Die Klima funktionierte zwar aber nicht so wie sie sollte und sie verlor Kondenzwasser und dies genau auf die darunterliegende Steckdose.

Lovely little homestay. The owners were so kind and did everything to ensure we had the perfect stay. So friendly and the breakfast was brilliant. They sorted all taxis for us and just made everything so easy. The kothu the owner made for dinned is still the best we’ve had here. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Also elephants were literally in the garden at night which is just mental🤣

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Homestay di Palitha circa una settimana, siamo state calorosamente accolte e questo è stato solo l'inizio. Malika e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto veramente sentire a casa, con colazioni abbondanti e buonissime, cene e pranzi a prezzi imbattibili con possibilità di scelta (cucina fantastica, super apprezzata!). La settimana passata con loro rimarrà nei nostri cuori, cosi come l'autista che ci hanno consigliato, Prabash, con cui abbiamo viaggiato praticamente tutti i giorni e alla fine è diventato un amico per noi. Grazie a tutti per aver reso la nostra prima settimana in Sri Lanka indimenticabile. Assolutamente consigliato, venite a soggiornare qui se volete vivere un'esperienza autentica con una famiglia fantastica!!! La nostra stanza era molto basic, ma con tutti i comfort di cui uno può necessitare. Location immersa nella natura, a pochi minuti dal famoso Sigiriya. GRAZIE ANCORA A TUTTI, SE UN GIORNO TORNEREMO IN SRI LANKA, TORNARE A TROVARVI E' D'OBBLIGO.
