Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Excellent host very efficient communication and highly accommodating. Home away from home. Safe and secure building with security. Easy car parking. Great location near kloof street. Even has a washing facility for istinjah and musullah for those who require this. Halal certified eaterues also walking distance as well as checkers for groceries.
Very comfortable but minor- basins are small in both wcs. Apart from that can’t think of anything.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The apartment was completely updated and very clean. It had hooks in all the right places for hanging towels, coats and cloths. In the main bedroom there was a long shelf below a large mirror. It was a perfect place to spread your makeup out on. They were blackout curtains in the main bedroom. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice. Every item in the apartment was well thought out. It was one block from Kloof Street where you can find many restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend the Kloof Street House and Our Local. Best food I’ve ever had. Look no further and book this apartment if staying in Cape Town.

Reviewed May 19, 2026As all the other reviews stated we 100% agree the location is perfect. Checkers right there and amazing restaurants in the vicinity. No need to drive anywhere. Amazing place I'll recommend it to all my friends, the space and decor and cleanliness also perfect and our teenagers were impressed with the speed of the wifi. Could watch the premiere league on DSTV too always a winnerx

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Die Lage war wirklich gut. Supermarkt direkt nebenan, Bars und Restaurants auf der Kloof Street fußläufig erreichbar. Man war schnell auf der Umgehungsstraße. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Abends begegneten uns 3 Schaben und wir fanden ein dreckiges, leicht verschimmeltes Glas unter dem Sofa.

Tem que ter atenção as baratas quando as baratas são assim pequenas quer dizer que a praga é grande. Somos uma empresa especialista em controle de pragas e sei do que estou a falar. Mas a higiene é muito boa então nem se nota esta situação.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Saubere und sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Perfekter Zugang zu Restaurants und Bars in Gardens. Sehr bequeme Betten. Ausgesprochen fürsorglicher Vermieter der sehr gut kommuniziert hat. Sicherer Parkplatz direkt unter dem Haus. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Es ist sehr städtisch. Es war trotzdem recht ruhig. Man hat nur die Klimaanlagen der anderen Wohnungen rauschen gehört. Zudem war der Parkplatz hell erleuchtet, was aber im Schlafzimmer kein Problem war wegen der dichten Vorhänge. Eine Klimaanlage wäre noch toll. Es gab aber Ventilatoren.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026We had such a lovely stay at this apartment. Everything was clean, neat, and beautifully modern, and there was plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Very close to table mountain and Clifton beaches. The host and cleaners were great. The check in instructions were clear, and host was very understanding and accommodating throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay at the Faulaa Apartment. The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s in a great location—close to a shopping centre and within easy walking distance of several restaurants, which was very convenient. If you are touring using the City Sightseeing bus it's about a 5 minute walk from the apartment to stop 15, which saves you on travel cost. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly making us feel at home. They were attentive and took great care of us throughout our stay. There is also a lovely view of Table mountain that can be seen from the apartment. We would definitely recommend Faulaa Apartment and would love to stay here again.

Was woken up during the middle of the night by some screaming teenagers! then I went back to sleep and remembered that was probably karma coming to settle its score, when i used to do the same at their age - No real stress.

The building’s entry and exit security system was impressive. I also appreciated having a bidet spray in the bathroom . The apartment is perfect for a small family. Our stay was very pleasant, and we also enjoyed a nice view of Table Mountain.
