Love the location! It’s very charming. The staff was very nice. They even packed us a bag breakfast to take with us as we would not have time to eat.

The rooms are very small, the beds are very small. We paid more for a water view. We had 2 twin beds pushed against the walls which made it uncomfortable to roll over.

We by mistake made the reservation twice and no one checked with us to verify. Asked if something could be done and was told no! Sorry Not very professional way to run a business .

The breakfasts are good with a fairly wide choice. The dinner is a set three course meal and we were happy with these. The menu was posted early in the day and it was possible to arrange alternatives. The staff were nice. It is a quiet location.

The room and bathroom were rather small and the facilities pretty minimal. It's about a 10 minute walk from the centre where you are likely to arrive and there are stairs in the property so may not suit people with limited mobility.

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the main tourist attractions and just a short walk from the station. The room was spotless, clean, and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

The property is a close walk to the port. The breakfast was good. The dinner that was included was tasty.

the room was small, hardly anywhere to put stuff on; the bathroom was cramped; the single beds were small. for what we paid for one night - it was excessively overpriced [even with dinner and breakfast provided; coffee ordered at breakfast had to be paid] The internet was slow from our room.

The staff and location are really good. The meals were good, breakfast better than dinner.

The room is small and has no amenities of any note. Not even a clock or TV etc. The bathroom is frankly pathetic. Could hardly move and was wet because of the terrible shower screen. I know that accommodation is limited but please add a little something to the rooms to make it worth it.

I paid for a seaview room, but the room I got is facing a wall. Very disappointed on my planned birthday celebration, even the hotel provided a compensation.

The location was amazing and the view incredible! The beds were very comfortable. The included dinner was absolutely delicious as was the breakfast the following morning. It is a simple hotel with 5 star food and service!

The shower leaked out of the doors making for a very wet bathroom.

Fantastic dinner with a set menu. The staff was accommodating of minor dietary restrictions. The location is a short walk from the port and we woke to a view of an arriving cruise ship at breakfast.

During check-out, I was surprised to be charged over 30 euros for one cider with dinner.

很貴 但房間不舒適，單人床很小 一翻身就感覺要掉下床 而且去的時候 下雨 房間濕度整個超高 晚餐的甜菜根系列濃湯 真的不符合胃口

The place is located right by the sea and has a beautiful view. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the dinner was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

The location is a little bit of a walk, but really not that far from the port. The room was comfortable. We did not have a view of the harbor, unfortunately. The breakfast was sufficient.

The dinner was superb, a real gourmet chef. The location is great, just a little away from the busy noisy town with a wonderful view. The staff were great, friendly and professional. Many positives here.

Ridiculously overpriced for a minuscule room. it's much smaller than a college dorm room, and was the most expensive room on our trip. There is a problem with the drains in the shower, a one minute shower covers the entire bathroom floor with a half inch of water. The hotel looks recently remodeled and the owners appear greedy, packing way too many rooms into this property.

The view was incredible. We could easily walk everywhere around Flåm and the dinner that was included was lovely. The hotel is very charming.

1. Convenient to have dinner built in but while the service was very good, the food was just ok. 2. The bathroom floor in Room 17 flooded when you took a shower. When I asked, they told me they know the floor is uneven and gave me towels to sop up the water. Inconvenient. They should fix that and/or tell the guests before they worry about it.

Super personale. Fantastisk aftenmad i gode omgivelse (udsigt over fjorden). Beliggenheden passede os godt lidt væk og så alligevel tæt på. Men dejligt roligt.

Fik værelse 3. Næsten et kælderværelse. Sørg for at bestille med fjordudsigt. Vil dog sige at mad og beliggenheden opvejede meget.

The beds were supposed to be at least 90cms, but were not.

Felt like we were staying at home! Staff was amazing, it was very comfy, food was great.

Location! No way to get there except to walk. It was raining when we arrived and the hike with luggage was hard for 2 older folks. The room was dreadful… very very small and boring! This place is WAY overpriced!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you goes to the chef, who kindly prepared a delicious salmon dish for my wife and me. It was one of the best meals we had during our trip and demonstrated genuine care for the guests. We would also like to express our gratitude to Flávia for her outstanding service. Her valuable recommendations and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Flåm and discover some of the area's most beautiful attractions. Our room was comfortable and beautifully maintained but the highlight was undoubtedly the phenomenal view of the fjords. Waking up every morning to such breathtaking scenery made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Flåm.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave. We truly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to spend more time in Flåm.

Perfect location away from town center where it is always crowded. Nestled right next to a farm. Great breakfast and dinner included with the stay. Staff was gracious and accommodating.

We took the family room and it was perfect for my husband and I, along with our two kiddos! The chef accommodated the children with meals that fit their more simple palate. The breakfast was always over and beyond what we imagined.

For families staying there, maybe an earoer dinner option than 6pm.

The view was great and the breakfast buffet was also very good but the dinners were exceptional. They were also very accomidating when we were a little late for the dinner service one evening.

The lock on our room door was sticky so was hard to get into and out of room.

Close to the train station and excellent view of the fjord. Quiet location. Provided supper and a good breakfast buffet.

Limited space in bedroom and just one chair. Room had a feel of being in a hostel. This was off set by having a scenic view.

Yemekler kötü, yani buna para alacaklarına yemek koymayıp daha ucuzlatabilirlermiş. Gereksiz pahalı yataklar dardı. Tuvalette banyoyu sevmedim. Tercih sebebim flamde kalacak en uygun fiyatlı yer burasıydı ki oslo ve bergen otellerine bakınca neden bu kadar pahalı olduğunu da anlayamadım. Daha uyguna çok çok iyi otellerde şehir merkezinde konakladık. Biraz turist kazıklamak gibi bu tavır. Zaten çok da turizm kaygısı duyan bir ülke değil. Turiste yönelik daavetkqr ve misafirperver bir tavır gördüğümü düşünmüyorum.

Location was great with beautiful view of the fjord. It was about a 6 min walk with luggage from the town center. Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok..They served a three course set meal which the cook decides. So no options except what the chef makes. The food was good but if you'd rather have some options then skip the dinner and eat in the town.

Might have been nice if they had an electric cart to fetch people when the train or ship comes in but i understand it might hard to coordinate that.

Provided delicious meals, exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff; Comfortable public areas. Good location, near to train station and with beautiful view. Overall, although the price is higher than the hotel I usually stay in, it is still acceptable because here is Flåm :)

Very small beds and shower was too small with not enough towels. Very pricey for what was available for a short stay.
