We wanted an early night but the guests in the room next door were very noisy and the sound travelled through to our room. Not the fault of the property.

The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful and communicative in the run up to our stay (special thanks to Gabriella) And the rooms were beautiful. We had 2 rooms and both were spotless and fantastic. A really lovely stay.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026We booked last minute on our honeymoon having been let down at another hotel which fell short of our expectations and we definitely made the right decision. Gabriella was responsive attentive and extremely helpful, providing recommendations (which were great) and arranging tranfer to the airport all which went smoothly. Room was great, exactly as depicted, beautiful and spacious, tastefully decorated and a great spot in the city to explore from. We will be back!

הגקוזי לא עבד וזה לא נאמר לנו מראש - זה ייקר את החדר משמעותית ולכן חבל שלא עודכנו או שלא החליפו חדר. בנוסף ביון האחרון של האירוח התעקשו להביא אינסטלטור לתקן את הגקוזי מבלי לשאול אותנו ולמעשה הורחקנו מהחדר לשלוש שעות. בפועל זה לקח הרבה יותר זמן וגם לא נהנינו מזה. המזגן לא מספיק חזק ובימים של גל חום קיצוני זה מאוד משמעותי. פקידת הקבלה נחמדה אבל לא זמינה מהצהריים.

שילמנו יותר עבור החדר עם הג׳קוזי - בדיעבד נודע לנו שהוא בכלל לא עובד. אחכ תיאמו תיקון שלו ביום האחרון שלנו כשנדרשנו לפנות את החדר לזמן התיקון, שלקח הרבה יותר משלוש שעות ואפילו לא קיבלנו החזר או התנצלות. בנוסף המזגן לא מספיק חזק ובימים שבהם יש 41 מעלות בחוץ- זה קריטי. בנוסף במשרד הקבלה לא היו מספיק זמינים לעזור לנו בהזמנות ומידע לגבי התניידות בעיר - כפי שמתחייבים לכאורה באתר.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den ausgesprochen freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Kontakt – sowohl vor unserer Anreise als auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt sind die Fenster, die den Straßenlärm leider nicht vollständig abschirmen. Da Neapel eine lebhafte Stadt ist, war das für uns jedoch kein gravierendes Problem und hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

The location is right in the city center, very well connected, and made it easy to reach everything we wanted to visit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great base for our time in Naples.
There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing worth mentioning is that you can hear the city at night, which makes sense given the central location. We didn’t see this as a negative, but if you are very sensitive to noise, I would still recommend booking the place and simply bringing earplugs.

Reviewed May 26, 2026This was AMAZING! We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, we only stayed two night and visited Pompeii and Vesuvius, could’ve stayed a few more night! The location was incredible, very convenient. Gabriella went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, what an incredible host! She also recommended a place for us to eat one night and we had the best pizza ever, @ Santissima Pizza - only 10 minutes walk from the apartment! Beautiful! Would definitely recommend, the facilities were incredible and we booked the suite with the tub, this also added a more special feature! Thank you Gabriella and all the staff!

The rooms are not sound proof and we had noisy neighbours on the first night, who also were very noisy very early the next morning. The second night was much better.

Είναι σε σημείο με πολλή κίνηση και με σχετική φασαρία από τα διερχόμενα αυτοκίνητα και τις σειρήνες που ευτυχώς μειώνεται αισθητά από τα καλά κουφώματα των ανοιγμάτων

Smells - Room was either overpowering with a room spray (think source was curtains) or drains. But Naples is an old city with old plumbing so probably can't be helped

Stayed in the King Suite with bath. Bath took about an hour to fill. We were told this was normal but I suspect it's because the boiler and power system isn't adequate for commercial use.

Se volete passare qualche giorno in questa meravigliosa città consiglio sicuramente di soggiornare da Mirabilis Relais.
Unica pecca, la doccia che perdeva acqua e spesso causava allagamento in bagno.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026The staff, location, room and cleanliness were fantastic. We just had a little problem with rowdy guests in the next room, but that cannot be controlled by Mirabilis staff.
I think the windows could be double glazed given the location. Our room faced onto a laneway which appears to be a meeting spot for young motorists. Even with the complimentary ear plugs, it was impossible to rest until after 2am on the Saturday night.
