Reviewed Sep 4, 2026日光旅行での立地、料金、食事内容でバランスがとれていて雰囲気もよく、とても良い思い出になりました。 お部屋にマッサージチェアが置いてあるのも嬉しかったです！ 家族全員、久々に爆睡出来た！というくらい、ぐっすり眠れてリフレッシュ出来ました。 お食事も見た目、味ともに良かったです。
温泉の温度が安定していなかった。 初日は熱くて入れず早朝はぬるかった。 障子に穴が空いていた。 近くにお店がない。

予約の段階で食事込みにしなかったのでレストランを利用できなかったのが残念でした。次回は是非食事も楽しみたいと思います。

食事込みの宿泊をするなら、早めに予約することをおすすめします。 今回は素泊まりだったので、夕食と朝食を別で探しました。けれど、やはりお店が少ないので混み合うことを考慮した上で計画的に動けばよかったと思いました。虫が苦手な方にはおすすめできません。

Obiekt wymaga remontu. Przynajmniej pokoje. W pokoju mieliśmy dziurawe a właściwie podarte żaluzje zamykające okna, odpadała tapeta na suficie w łazience, na klatce schodowej były niesprzątane pajęczyny, wykładziny na korytarzu miały widoczne plamy. drogie jedzenie. Japońskie śniadanie i japońska kolacja, przyznaje - złożone z wielu różnorodnych produktów i podawana w dość atrakcyjnej formie - kosztowała za dwa dni na moją czterosobową rodzinę prawie tyle samo ile dwa dwuosobowe pokoje. Myślę że nie jest to warte tych pieniędzy w porównaniu z tym co jedliśmy w Japonii.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026宿泊期間を通してスタッフの頑張りが感じられました。娯楽設備はありませんが、池に鯉がおり自由に餌をあげることができて子供には楽しかったようです。ネット環境が悪く、館内に遊ぶ設備も無かったので早くに寝付けました。
宿泊した部屋は障子が所々破れており、またエレベーターの壁紙も破れていて施設の老朽化を感じましたが、しばらくして慣れました。

18時くらいに到着したら無人で個人情報(名前フルネーム・住所）が書かれた紙と部屋の鍵が置いてあり個人情報と防犯の面がどうかと思った。レストランの混雑と20時以降は無人と確かに記載はあったが住所まで記載して並べてあるのはさすがにやめたほうがいいとおもう

The room was filled with tape to close the wholes in the windows made of paper. The water in the onsen was literally cold. The onsen had no sauna and was more of a community bath tub. We couldn't have breakfast or dinner because we had to pre-order breakfast and dinner when we book the hotel. Additionally, you can only acquire these together, separate is not possible. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the only way out is walking 10 minutes to the train station - if there is a train as these stop at 5 PM. And you need to take 2 trains at least and do a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes of commute between Nikko (village) and this hotel. Taxis cost 60 dollars each ride between Nikko and this hotel. The hotel doesn't have it's own car to drive you back and forwards. It was clearly understaffed, there were just a few persons to support the front desk and serving meals. They were nice but couldn't be helpful as they were overwhelmed and clearly had very defined instructions about what they could do for the guests. All and all it was a rip off, we paid nearly 130$ per night to sleep in a hotel in a matress in the floor with tape in the windows.

L’endroit est magnifique mais il y a très peu de trains pour accéder au centre de Nikko. Nous en avons profité pour nous reposer et nous nous sommes promener aux alentours !

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026- Die Bilder online vermitteln eine ganz andere Atmosphäre und versprechen einen deutlich höheren Standard. Zum Glück fürs uns nur eine kurze Bleibe für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, aber wer hier speziell mit Absichten zum Entspannen oder Genießen von weit her anreist, kann nur bitterlich enttäuscht werden. - Räumlichkeiten extrem heruntergekommen und ungepflegt, Shojis (japanische Papierschiebetüren/fenster) alle zerrissen - Im Zimmer herrschte ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Eine Mischung aus altem Moder und Muff, alter Tabak (?), das Ganze penetrant übertönt von irgendeinem künstlichen Duft, der so stark war, dass es uns schwer fiel, einzuschlafen. - Toilette nicht sauber - Onsen: Wände und Decke komplett schwarz - Schimmel? - Umgebung: fühlt sich wie ein verlassenes, bedrückendes Geistertal an. Wir kamen nachts an und glücklicherweise habe ich erst nach dem Check-Out gesehen, wo wir da gelandet sind.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Voor ons de eerste kennismaking met Japanse Onsen. Omdat er een erg rustige sfeer hangt in het hotel, hebben we hier optimaal van kunnen genieten! Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers.
De ligging van het hotel is eigenlijk net te ver van het centrum van Nikko. Tenzij je in het bezit bent van een auto, is dit eigenlijk niet zo goed te doen.

Meal plans should have been mentioned upon booking for give every guest a chance to experience the onsite dining. Do suggest guests to bring food if not wanting meal plans. Buying food outside the facility was not easy due to limited vendors opportunity.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Le lobby est très beau, avec ce bassin/jardin zen japonais. Il existe une possibilité de restauration sur place pour le dîner et le dejeuner. Le village est à l'écart de l'agitation touristique, avec de bons restaurants malgré leur petit nombre. Le lit à la japonaise était très confortable, et la chambre très spacieuse.
La propreté était douteuse dans la salle de bain, qui était un peu vétuste également (sol qui grinçait à chaque pas devant le lavabo), mitigeur à l'ancienne pour la baignoire. Des punaises mortes piégées dans les luminaires du plafond étaient visibles dans le couloir devant notre chambre. Les repas de l'hôtel doivent être réservées minimum 72h à l'avance, sinon vous ne pourrez ni petit déjeuner ni dîner sur place. Les chambres ont vue sur la route en contrebas, peu passante cependant

המלון ישן צוות לא ניראה לאורך השהיה. שהייתה בעיה בלילה הראשון אין עם מי לדבר.בטלפון לא ענו. לא יכולנו מראש להזמין ארוחות..והמקום בעייתי מבחינת אוכל מחוץ למלון. מאוד מאכזב.

Reviewed May 26, 2026ロケーションは最高。大浴場、露天風呂も風情があって悪くない。露天風呂の温度について、事前説明があったのも良かった。私はホテルのレストランは利用しなかったので、部屋のガイドにあった付近の食堂に行ったが、注文した麻婆豆腐がおいしく、満足できた。フロント近くで鯉に餌をやることができるのも、このホテルならではだと思う。
欠点は少ないが、あえて言うならカメムシの死骸の多さだ。部屋の照明の中に溜まっていたので、撤去してほしかった。加えて、最近はどのホテルも備えているフリーwifiがなかったのは意外だった。ないことを初めから明記していただけると助かる。

Reviewed May 24, 2026L'hôtel est aéré, un beau jardin japonais au centre. La chambre est spacieuse et claire. La demi-pension est très bien, copieux et varié ! Belle salle à manger donnant sur le jardin où l'on mange en musique. Il y a un onsen intérieur et extérieur très agréable. Grand parking gratuit.
La situation éloignée (30 km) de Nikko...Le fait de devoir respecter les horaires des repas à la minute près...on est en vacances! Il est vrai que le personnel est réduit et leur temps de travail minuté...la réflexion va donc au propriétaire, non au personnel ! Certaines choses auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies pour garder le style de l'hôtel...

A nice and quiet hotel about 40 minutes drive from Nikko. The first evening and morning we had our meals at the hotel which were amazing. The only downside was that they didn’t offer a vegetarian version which meant that we had to leave some of the food ( we tried to make it clear prior to arriving, but vegetarian was simply no option). The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and the rooms large. The bathrooms need some updating though. The onsen was nice but they do need to do some mould control on walls and ceiling. We stayed for four nights and there was no room service, which we didn’t mind. The hotel is in a nice little hamlet but we didn’t explore it. We did find a very nice little restaurant about 10 minutes walk.

Les onsens présentaient de nombreuses traces de moisissures et la chambre n'était pas très propre (pas mal de poussière, un peu de moisissure aux toilettes et des poils sur le couvercle).

les chambres et les couloirs des étages sont un peu vétustes, les murs sont plutôt sales cela vaudrait un rafraîchissement des papiers peints/mobilier qui ont pas mal vécu.

Everything was old in an abandoned and damaged way. The toilet in the room was loose, the roof in the onsen was mouldy and leaking, and the staff didn’t really speak Japanese.

基本的にはスタッフの対応も良く、快適に過ごせました。強いて言うのであれば室内の劣化した箇所に応急処置的なテープ等が貼られてました。 普通に泊まる分には全く問題無いありませんでした！

Reviewed May 1, 2026The onsen is nice and they offer many washing and beauty products. The lounge area is also nice with the view on the garden between the buildings.
The whole building, but especially our toilet and some areas in the main building need renovation. Our toilet smelled moldy and you could see some moldy areas here and there. The sleeping area was fine tho.
