Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Staff gentile, disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. La struttura si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione Garibaldi. La stanza è dotata di lavatrice ( che non abbiamo utilizzato) e un armadio dove dentro si trova un cucinino e soprattutto un frigo utile per tenere in fresca acqua e prelibatezze napoletane
Nonostante ogni giorno passasse la signora delle pulizie la stanza non era proprio pulitissima, soprattutto il bagno.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026L’accueil de l’hôtesse très sympathique Au début c’est surprenant : l’hôtel nous appelle à plusieurs reprises pour connaître notre heure d’arrivée. En fait elle nous attend. L’hôtel est situé dans un immeuble d’habitation alors on comprend tout. La chambre est très propre : merci la Clim car nous sommes malgré tout dans le centre de Naples et qui dit centre de Naples dit klaxonne, cris….. On peut dormir malgré tout.
Il faut mettre des sous pour prendre l’ascenseur.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026A fantastic and comfortable apartment in Naples. The apartment itself is really clean with all the modern facilities you will need, including a modern kitchen and bathroom. The host Gino is a really friendly guy, who was helpful even before we arrived, sending me messages and advice on how to reach the apartment. He met us outside and told us how to get around the city, where to visit and where to eat. I would stay here again just for the warm welcome. The apartment is also fitted with ice-cold air conditioning, which is a great comfort if you visit in the summer. It is a 10 minutes' walk from the central railway station, where you can catch local trains to other areas of the city as well as national trains to other places in Italy; the station is also where you can catch the airport bus.

Egy kicsit messze volt a metró megállóhoz. A fürdőben lévő mosdó csapja lehetett volna hosszabb.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Pozice nedaleko centrálního nádraží je dobrým výchozím bodem. Dole v domě je parádní kavárna na snídaně. Ke krátkodobému pobytu na přespání dostačující. Čistota. Komunikace. Pokoj do dvora klidný. Dostatečně velký sprchový kout.
Náš pokoj vůbec není ve fotogalerii, byl menší a balkon byl do dvora, což nekoreluje s fotografiemi slibujícími výhled ven, navíc byl balkón oproti obrázkům jen velmi malý. Některé vybavení proklamované v profilu ubytování nebylo v pokoji k dispozici (župany, žehlička), na druhou stranu šlo o položky, bez kterých se lze obejít.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026To jest jeden duży pokój z łazienką. W łazience prysznic. Był też bidet. Sam pokój - wygodne łóżko, stoliczek, obok szafa, komoda. Po drugiej stronie pokoju mały stolik oraz kuchnia.... w szafie. Tak - otwierasz szafę, a w niej kuchnia, lodówka, zlew :-D Mało to praktyczne i jak w nocy chcesz zajrzeć do lodówki, to obudzisz wszystkich :-) Okolica - raczej bezpieczna, w budynku cicho, jest na dole ochroniarz. Winda - na monety, trzeba zapłacić by jechać. Hotelik zostawia monety na windę, ale szybko sie one kończą. Jest też jakby taras, ale to chyba opcja dla palaczy. Jest klima.
Spłuczka trochę kaprysiła, ale sami naprawiliśmy :-) Pokój raczej ciemny. Niby coś tam codziennie sprzątali - ale jakoś mało "wiarygodnie" :-) Czajnik - tam gdzie stał, nie ma gniazdka elektrycznego, trzeba było go donosić do łóżka i tu wodę na herbatę gotować. No i z wentylacji w łazience czasami śmierdziało jakby jakąś kiełbasą, albo jakimś gotowaniem - lepiej zamykać drzwi do łazienki.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Fuimos 9 personas y en general todo super bien, se supone que está ubicado en la “peor zona” de Nápoles pero no es para tanto (además estás a 10 minutos de la estación y a 15 min del centro andando). Las habitaciones estaban bien para el precio y el apartamento para 3 personas era bastante grande. El personal del hotel es super amable, te explican cómo llegar desde el aeropuerto y te recomiendan sitios donde desayunar, comer, etc que siempre es un detallazo. Justo abajo hay varios supermercados, una pizzería y una pastelería (nosotros desayunábamos ahí todos los días).
El suelo de la ducha debería cambiarse porque estaba todo levantado (nosotras nos duchamos con chanclas), el resto todo bien.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja - spacerem do dworca oraz centrum historycznego. Tuż obok kawiarnia i supermarket. Bezpieczna okolica - kamienica z portierem.
Ewidentny problem z kanalizacją w mieszkaniu - nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience, nagłe zalanie - ponoć z pralki, której nie używałyśmy. Zaskakujace zachowania pań sprzątających - zalana podłoga wytarta naszym ręcznikiem, niewynoszone śmieci, w dniu wyjazdu najście godzinę przed wymeldowaniem. Plus niesprawna klimatyzacja w sypialni.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025The host that welcomed us (her name was Giuditta) was extremely sweet. She welcomed us upon our arrival and she showed us the room and everythinf. She was also kind enough to literally pull out a whole map of the city and tell us exactly where to go and what route to take (how to make sure that we don’t miss anything in the city), and she also helped us take trains from and to Pompeii (and explained to us how). The room itself was extremely clean. The AC was working perfectly, the bathroom was very clean and the room is actually very spacious. Finally, the location of the hotel is actually great (it was only a 15 minute walk from the Napoli Centrale Stazione) so it was perfect to leave and come back. The cleaning lady was also very kind and complimented us!

Близько до аеропорту, чисто, зручна постіль, ввічлива турботлива адміністрація, зручне розташування, приємний вхід в підʼїзд, поряд кавʼярня зі смачною кавою і тістечками, а навпроти піцерія- смачна їжа. Ціна і якість відповідають заявленому. Вибором задоволена.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025La stanza si trova in un palazzo con il portiere. stanza comoda e pulita, dotata di un ampio terrazzo e di aria condizionata. Arredamento moderno e nuovo. Posizione buona, 10 minuti a piedi e si arriva in centro Storico. Nelle immediate vicinanze, ci sono 2 parcheggi privati, supermercati, ristoranti e pizzerie. L'accoglienza del personale è stata gradevole.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025La camera rispetta la descrizione fornita dall'oste. Comodo il letto, pulizia sufficente e posizione strategica sia per la stazione che per andare verso il centro città. Giuditta è stata molto disponibile, gentile e presente ancora prima del nostro soggiorno. Nella camera abbiamo trovato anche qualche bustina di caffé istantaneo, thé, e due bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo.
La finestra non ha le serrande e la luce è schermabile con una tendance oscurante (per me non è stato un problema ma mia madre si svegliata con la luce del sole)

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025La posizione è vicina alla stazione, collegata al centro tramite la metro. La camera è ampia ed è fornita anche di cucina e anche di un balcone. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, ci è stata anche fornita una cartina molto utile della città. La doccia è grande e spaziosa.
La porta di ingresso era difficile da aprire.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025We hadden een ruime kamer. De koelkast in de kitchenette was groot, fijn voor de boodschappen. Ook was het fijn dat ze €0,10 bij de receptie hadden liggen ok gebrul te maken van de lift. Ook hadden ze genoeg en grote handdoeken in de accommodatie.
De matrassen waren niet al te best. Je voelde de veren er doorheen. De douchecabine was aan de kleine kant. En de locatie was eigenlijk net iets te ver van het centrum.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Rien le quartier est sale, nous avons été accueilli dans un lieu qui sentait une odeur d’égouts, la literie était sale et inconfortable, la salle de bain était moyenne l’interrupteur était cassé, le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas. Bref c’était pas bien du tout et je ne recommande pas. En rentrant le gardien nous a dit de faire attention de ne pas nous faire mordre par des rats…

Probablemente esté situado en la peor zona de Nápoles, un barrio muy malo. Hay que pasar deprisa, rodear por otras zonas cuando es de noche y vigilar muy bien cuando transitas. Lamentablemente el metro más cercano, con diferencia, es Piazza Garibaldi, que es de asustarse, la verdad.

un giorno è sta rifatta una sola delle due camere, il giorno seguente nessuna delle due , durante la settimana l'ascensore è a pagamento 0.2 euro Napoli è sporchissima, nei cassonetti adiacenti abbiamo visto più volte topi per non parlare del mancato rispetto del codice della strada .... tuttavia i napoletani sono accoglienti

Vicinissimo al centro, e consiglio di seguire le loro indicazioni sul parcheggio per la macchina. Lo staff gentilissimo e super disponibile, non solo ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli, ma ci hanno anche fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie sulle vicinanze e su dove mangiare. Semplicemente fantastico.

La camere ha un poʻ di piccoli cose da sistemare. Peroʻ sono comfortevole e non manca niente.

dans le descriptif il y avait une chambre et 2 canapés lits, en réalité un seul canapé-lit dans l'appartement ce n'était pas prévu et j'ai du dormir avec une personne de ma famille dans le grand lit. Cafetière qui fuit, pas de gaz fonctionnel pour la cuisson,, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, c'est dommage .....
