Reviewed May 15, 2026Close proximity to trams. Room was nice - just a pity renovations going on outside - so no view from the bedroom window. Kitchen facilities were great. They have a large rooftop area - although we did not use it - can imagine it would be great to have a drink in the evenings or a cup of coffee in the mornings.
Shower pressure not strong enough from main large shower head. But works well with hand held shower. Bed not made each day, bin not emptied, cleaner did not come into place the room each day and do a tidy up.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Стильний, комфортний інтер'єр. Є все необхідне. Неймовірні краєвиди з вікна і тераси. Смачна кава. Зручне розташування. Три зупинки трамваєм до залізничного вокзалу. Поруч кафе і магазини.
Можливо за м'які матраци, але це суб'єктивно. Інколи відчувався якийсь сторонній запах.

Lage nicht ganz so zentral, und es kann schnell überlesen werden dass sich mehrere Lofts denselben Vorraum teilen. Stört aber nicht gross, aber das einzige was nicht ganz 100% positiv war :)

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Loft, w którym znajduje się apartament jest ulokowany w pięknym miejscu i otoczony lokalami koncentrującymi się na rozwoju kultury, sztuki, muzyki. Okolica była bezpieczna, sam lokal miał też sporo zabezpieczeń (np. winda na klucz). Najlepsze wrażenie robił jednak widok z okna apartamentu - panorama nowoczesnego Wiednia na łóżku typu king size to coś fenomenalnego!
Brak uwag.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Sehr schönes Appartement mit toller Dachterrasse und spektakulärem Blick auf Wien. Sehr schöne Zimmer, 4 Bäder (!) und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Lage ist nicht zentral aber sehr gut angebunden, mit der S11 etc gut zu erreichen, man ist schnell im Zentrum.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025If you can snap up a room with the view, it is breathtakingly worth every cent. If you don’t, you’re in luck. The rooftop terrace offers a peaceful, stunning view of Vienna by day and night. It's the perfect place to unwind and see the sights from afar that you’d spent a day seeing them up close. The cleaners were extremely thorough, the staff lovely, and the location was close by anything you’d need—and Vienna's extensive public transport takes care of anywhere else you’ll go. Help was never more than a message away, including tips and recommendations. The room itself was spacious, with a bed so loftly and large it’d make King Louis XIV giddy. Most importantly, the shower was hot and high pressure, with room to bathe the horses. The common areas are maintained like a home and super cute if you’re in the habit of getting to know people. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a little touch of penthouse luxury.

Only the floor was a bit dusty may be because there was an abrupt change but still bearable

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025Acoustics were not good. Early risers were quiet but the noise they made was amplified by the communal space. Perhaps draft excluders at the bottom of the apartment doors and acoustic panels would help. Great cleaner, friendly host.
