This stay absolutely exceeded our expectations! To start off, Rob is such a great host - he so kind, attentive and polite! The property is located at a 5 min drive away from the Le Shuttle and it will definitely become our go to place! It also accepts dogs! Oh and if you leave very early in the morning, the breakfast will be waiting for you in the evening as a takeaway! Great attention to detail, super clean!

Mooie, rustige locatie, zeer dichtbij de Eurotunnel (3 minuten rijden) en in de natuur. De kamer was heel schoon. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en het ontbijt in de tuin was lekker. Het bed en de douche waren goed, wat wil je nog meer?!

Rob was a great host and even supplied us with a breakfast bag as we had an early start the next morning. Beautiful tranquil setting within minutes of le shuttle.

Only criticism was the shower head could do with a clean or possibly be replaced otherwise everywhere was spotless.

It was very quiet but close enough to get what you need.

Great spot for fast access to the Eurotunnel. A large ensuite room gave us and our dogs plenty of space. Nice continental breakfast that we ate at the picnic tables in the sun.

Les assiettes apportées pour le petit-déjeuner étaient sales (confiture ou quelque chose de similaire étalé sur le dessus et le dessous des assiettes qui étaient empilées).

One room's fan didn't work. We all fell asleep anyway.

We had chosen this for its easy access to Eurotunnel to facilitate an early morning start. It provided what we needed for an overnight stay.

The plug in air freshener was over powering and even when removed everything smelt very strongly of perfume.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallenen, wir haben auf der Hinfahrt von Deutschland nach Cornwall dort eine Nacht verbracht und mit unseren Kindern 2 Doppelzimmer gemietet. Ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit ab der Fähre in Dover und problemlos zu erreichen; auch gut, um sich langsam an das Fahren auf der linken Seite zu gewöhnen und Energie für die Weiterfahrt zu tanken. Die Unterkunft selber ist wunderbar, die Zimmer sind schön in ehemaligen Pferdeställen, es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, schöne alte Bäume im Innenhof, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es war toll, am Morgen draußen auf der Bank zu frühstücken. Sehr lecker und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und lieb und und tun alles, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Die Landschaft um das Anwesen herum ist auch wunderschön, ländlich und ruhig. Wir sind mit den Kindern um das Anwesen herum spaziert und haben Schafe, Kühe, Pferde und ein Eichhörnchen gesehen. Für uns der perfekte Start in den Urlaub, um runterzukommen und in England anzukommen. Lieben Dank, wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Lovely clean peaceful place to stay . We have stopped here now for 6 years before we travel to France . We have never had any problems whatsoever, the breakfasts are great and brought to you on time . We like to go for a walk in the evening and wow if you are fit enough there is a nice hill you can walk . The hosts are very friendly people and always happy to help. 10/10 no complaints from us and 2 minutes from the Shuttle.

We loved how quiet and peaceful the property was, and yet couldn’t have been much closer to the Eurotunnel terminal! The breakfast bag and fresh coffee was a very welcome touch.

Perfect location for the Eurotunnel, very helpful host and puppy friendly!

Beachborough Park ligt op drie minuten (echt!) rijden van de kanaaltunnel en is alleen daarom al een fantastische bestemming. Daar bovenop komt dan nog eens dat het prachtig rustig gelegen is en een fijne binnentuin heeft waar je nog lekker kunt zitten. De ontvangst van Rob was warm en vriendelijk. De kamer zelf ziet er misschien wat gedateerd uit, maar is van alle gemakken voorzien (fijne douche!) en zeer schoon. Het ontbijt wordt 's morgens naar je kamer gebracht en is overduidelijk met liefde samengesteld. Mochten we nog eens reizen met de kanaaltrein, zouden we hier zeker weer logeren.

The environment was beautiful and so quiet in the country side. Very welcoming management. Breakfast was superb and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Ideal location to get to the Channel Tunnel.

There isn't any specific point that I disliked. If anything to be picky, a slightest cheaper rate would have been ideal. Spacially that the GBP have to be converted into Euros.

Lovely location with a field to exercise the dog. Room to sit outside and eat in the courtyard. Beds were comfy and rooms were big enough. Good tea making facilities. Very friendly host and breakfast was provided the night before as we had an early shuttle. Fantastic location to the shuttle.

Die Lage ist super nah am Eurotunnel und trotzdem ruhig und ländlich. Optimal, wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist, da es schöne Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gibt. Das Pub (The Gatekeeper) im nah gelegenen Etchinghill ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft! Wir konnten unser pünktlich auf das Zimmer servierte Frühstück auf unserer kleinen Terrasse vor der Wohnung genießen. Das mitgebrachte Abendessen haben wir im Garten auf gemütlichen Bänken eingenommen. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden!

Das W-Lan war etwas schwach - aber was macht das schon im Urlaub!?!

Very convenient location, minutes from the Eurotunnel and in lovely countryside. Our host, Rob, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Very good packed breakfast, as we had an early Shuttle booking.

The property had character and was very clean and well stocked for the occasion.

It was a personal preference that there was no restaurant on site and I had to drive to get dinner. I also had a small issue with the channels on the television.

Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, ruhig, klasse gelegen nahe des Eurotunnel, ideal wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist (toller Weg zum Gassi gehen, wenn nicht gerade die Kühe auf der Weide stehen), gutes Frühstück und sehr nette Gastgeber. Das nahegelegenen Gatekeeper Inn ist ein zusätzliches Argument für eine Übernachtung

Amazing location about a mile from the Euro Tunnel, really pretty surroundings and lovely clean bedrooms with lots of facilities. Provided breakfast bags as we had an early check-out for onward travel.

The rooms were very hot and the showers did not work well in terms of temperature or pressure.

The property is in such a beautiful and quiet location. A great spot to just chill and reset. You are greeted warmly when you arrive and made to feel very welcome. The breakfast is great, with a little something of everything!

Super mooie locatie en kamers! Heel proper en heerlijk ruikende beddengoed. Heel rustige ligging op slechts 2min. rijden van de Shuttle en 15min. van de Ferry. Ideale stop! Beautiful, peaceful setting. Had a picnic at one of the tables in the evening sunshine, went for a walk across the fields, slept soundly in a comfortable bed. All this and only 5 minutes from the Channel Tunnel terminal where we were headed early the next day. Rob was friendly and welcoming.

Voor de derde keer hier overnacht, dit keer in kamer 24. Wederom een vriendelijk ontvangst en een fijn verblijf in een prachtige, rustige omgeving. De locatie is erg gunstig: vlak bij de 'Le Shuttle' en op slechts 25 minuten van de ferry. Een absolute aanrader is ook het avondeten bij The Gatekeeper aan Canterbury Road in Etchinghill—heerlijk gegeten.

Het ontbijt is en blijft een klein verbeterpuntje. Een lekker eitje, stukje kaas of wat vleeswaren zouden een fijne aanvulling zijn, aangezien de focus nu nog erg op zoetigheid ligt.

Such a beautiful place and lovely host. Great coffee/cafetière too. (Croissants not so much in breakfast takeaway bag - but that’s not the point, they were happily provided for our early departure, and much appreciated.)

Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden diese Unterkunft definitv zukünftig immer für unsere Urlaube in Wales und Schottland als Übernachtung nach/vor der Überfahrt nutzen. Die Lage/Nähe zum EuroTunnel ist einfach genial. Trotz der Nähe hat man durch die grüne Landschaft drumherum und dem Farmgelände das Gefühl ganz weit weg von allem zu sein. Rob und sein Personal sind sehr freundlich, man hat das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Alle sind sehr hundefreundlich und es bestehen direkt ab der Unterkunft diverse Möglichgkeiten mit dem Hund eine Runde in den Feldern/durch die Hügel zu drehen. Der Innenhof mit seinen Tischen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Very clean and tidy property. The location was excellent for access to the euro tunnel, as well as being very secluded and quiet. There are some really good pubs with great food a couple of mins drive up the road. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, direkt am Eurotunnel. Wir waren mit unseren Hunden für eine Nacht dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön ruhig in der Natur und es gab für den nächsten Tag noch ein Frühstück to go.

Wir haben zweimal mit unserem Hund dort übernachtet auf dem Weg zwischen Festland und UK mit Le Shuttle. Die Lage ist dafür optimal. Kommunikation lief problemlos. Ein schönes Landgut, die Zimmer sind für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super. Man kann drinnen oder draussen frühstücken (...) und sich auf dem Hof auch die Beine vertreten. Dusche/WC sehr gut in Schuss. Frühstück pünktlich zur gewünschten Zeit bekommen, alle waren sehr freundlich, danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Location was perfect, just around the corner from Le Shuttle. Staff member was friendly and helpful. Allow dogs for a small charge. Picturesque land around the park. Cabin/stable lodge was clean, decent size comfy mattress and loved the stable door. Coffee and biscuits plus a grab and go breakfast was a lovely touch.

Shower head needs changing as only a small stream. Pillows need replacing as very uncomfortable and too high.

The perfect place to stay the night before taking the Shuttle. Comfortable, quiet, nice environment and only 5mins (literally) from the check in. Fuel available in Folkestone and a great pub 3 miles down the road. We are regulars now!

Only a 5 minute drive from Le Shuttle. The rooms are small but very clean. We were shown an enclosed area where we could take our dog for exercise. This is our second stay and would definitely use again.
