Absolute Lakeside - Perfect lake views

Waking up every morning to be reminded of the amazing creation works of God.

Warm and cosy, the main gas fireplace was great to sit around. Each room also had electric convection heaters with temperature adjustments. The best thing was the heated floor in the ensuite… I don’t know how I will go home to cold tiles now!! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need.

Through no fault of the property, the lakeside walking track is currently closed for construction works further along. But again, this was more an inconvenience and not in the properties control.

The views were wonderful from the living area and two of the bedrooms. The house was warm and cosy upon arrival The facilities had everything we needed and more. Communication with the hosts was consistent and accommodating

We had a little trouble finding our villa, there isn't a lot of visible signage. The walking track in to town was closed

The scenery is stunning.

First day, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom—I think it was the vent or the drain. It went away after a few days, but the shower doesn't drain well and the water pools up easily.

The track in front of the proper was temporarily blocked off which was a pity.

The location & it’s views It was very roomy The owners had thought of everything Kitchen was very well stocked with cricket , glassware & appliance

Really well appointed, amazing views, great location. It has everything we needed and more. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

None of the TV’s worked in any of the rooms, whilst Luke from Harcourts did his very best to assist , he only managed to get one TV working, with out local Free to Air TV, but at least we had something. Thanks Luke ! My other comment would be around having a contact number over the weekend for Harcourts clearly laminated on the bench close to the visitors book, should anyone like ourselves have any issues (such as the TV’S not working), as the number I found was only available for emergency’s across the weekend ie) fire or full power outages etc.

The guest of the third floor needs to run down to the first floor for toilet and shower.

The views, location and the apartment was exceptional.

what a great location.situated in between Queenstown and Frankton. close to the airport with 10 minutes to the terminal. easy peasy to get supplies and walking distance to altitude brewery. The view was breath taking and consumed large parts of our day. Reserved parking was a bonus.

Incredible lakefront views. Great location. Parking available. Full kitchen. Comfortable living area. Comfortable beds. Good wifi.

The layout was a bit challenging for anyone sleeping on the top floor (bathrooms both located on bottom floor so it’s a long way to go for a nighttime wee or morning/evening bathroom routine). Dryer didn’t work. Could use cooling (AC).

The view in front of the accommodation was so satisfactory. We also liked the walking course in front of the accommodation, so we ran and walked whenever we had time. The accommodation was well equipped with kitchenware, so we enjoyed eating at the accommodation. On the first day, the hair dryer was broken, so we asked for a replacement, and they solved it right away. The accommodation was beautiful, so we were so happy with Queenstown's time. I won't forget the kind response. If you come to Queenstown, I really want to recommend this accommodation.

The view was spectacular! The unit was well equipped, clean and welcoming!

It was a little far from town as we didn’t have a car. We still thought it was worth the walk to stay here. So beautiful.

Extremely well-equipped, cosy, brilliant location and views. This was a terrific place to stay.

The parking spot was taken by someone else twice during our stay. The bed in the main bedroom has no partner disturbance reduction, so sleep was disturbed.

The view was exceptional! Right in front of Lake Wakatipu without any obstruction.
