The apartment was clean and tidy!! The courtyard and walkways made for nice surroundings.

The stairs were cumbersome but could not be avoided.

These apartmments are lovely.Quality furniture and very comfy beds. Excellent location near town centre. Lovely garden grounds you would not expect to find on a main road, would be amazing in the summer. We had forgot to ask for a cot and high chair and this was brought really quickly for us.

Hiccups at checking in but that was rectified quite quickly after a call. Shower area is tiny.

Struggled to get tv working

Clean and really nice place facilities all worked and TV was great also easy to check in. Heating was superb

Sofa bed and the living room kinda needs some work i didn’t like that it moves when you seat on it for too long. Also check in time is 3:30 and that’s pretty late and I think unfair that’s the only reasons I didn’t give them a 10.

The apartment was immaculately clean and very well appointed with basic supplies for cooking. The beds and lounge were very comfortable and it was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer. The location was great, very central to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

While there was a folder with compliance reports etc it would have been helpful to have some general information about key features of the apartment, such as how the heating works.

Lovely apartment, safe, cosy and nicely designed. Bed is super comfy. Large TV and sofa. Large shower, soft towels.

No dishwasher in this one, which was a shame as there is room. Need some smaller oven trays. There are some huge ones, but nothing for cooking for one.

Great apartment, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Good location for train to Glasgow, close to Falkirk and large retail park. Would definitely use again

The apartment was lovely. It is very clean and well equipped. It was a perfect location for all our planned trips. We have stayed in one of the apartments before and loved it.

The only thing was the mattress was a little uncomfortable at one side.

Fabulous apartment close to the centre of Falkirk

We were in the ground floor but some of our family members were in the upper floors and this would have proved difficult with the stairs for my elderly mother

Nous avons aimé la déco et le lit 2 places confortable. Malheureusement plusieurs points négatifs

L appartement que nous avions réservé devait avoir un lave vaisselle mais celui qui nous a été attribué n en avait pas. Deplus il était situé en haut d'un escalier au premier étage ce qui n'était pas indiqué ! Enfin le canapé lit était inconfortable et très difficile à plier. Bref l'appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos ni au descriptif Nous avons du faire une réclamation.

Clean, cosy & warm. Apartment has everything you need. Very comfortable, clean & warm. Breakfast bar was stacked with teas, coffee & biscuits.

2 out of the 4 days there were joiners directly outside livingroom window working. Very little privacy & it was noisey. We closed curtain but noise distractions & lights on was not our ideal. Furthermore, the tables & tools outside apartment meant that we couldn't go outside with our toddler & enjoy garden.

Quiet area , smaller apartment than anticipated, on street parking but available close to apartment

Security Gate being left open for Uber eats delivery and having people knocking on door or just coming in !

Everything! We hadn't had the best week accommodation wise, with everything not being as described, power cuts which obviously no one could help! And just rude people. This was our last stop of our travels and I was genuinely ready to just carry on straight home after the previous experiences.. but we arrived and had never been so happy! Lovely spacious apartment, everything you need and more! Just the fact they leave a little chocolate on the bed, milk in the fridge and there's shampoo/soap, just shows this host really actually cares! We wish we'd booked to stay here longer. We where in 166, east access, easy parking. Morrisons a 30 second walk away, we got a take away delivered which was also super easy! Washing machine and dryer for our soggy wet clothes from walking in the rain. Just... THANKYOU! will 100% be staying again.

Wonderful apartment! It was very clean and comfortable with good wifi and access to a beautiful shared garden space. It had everything we needed for our one night stay and we’d love to come back and stay for longer. Parking and check in was extremely easy too. Definitely recommend!!!

Bedroom faced a main road but it did not disturb our nights sleep.

Sehr sauber. Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin trotzdem sehr leise (bei geschlossenen Fenstern). Sehr gutes Bad mit Wanne und separater Dusche.

Zu wenig Besteck und Teller.

Parkplatz vor Haustür an Straße. Schöner Garten mit Sitzmöbel. Wohnung sehr elegant und sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Super Bad. Viel Stauraum in Wandschränken. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Fußläufig Shoppingcenter.

Stühle an Essplatz sind zu hoch.

We rented two apartments with my family. Overall, our experience was great. The apartments were clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, capsules for the coffee machine were included :) Inner courtyard was also lovely with a small pergola. Our host, Chris, kindly offered us a lift when we could not find a taxi to go to the train station. He was so kind and helpful with everything. I recommend it to everyone!

An instruction book would have been useful to let us know what to do with rubbish. Did it need sorting for recycling and did the host want us to go put our refuse in the outside bins before we left?.

Clean apartment, Easy to find, on street parking. Perfect for a stay with young kids - a cot was provided for the infant and an older child was able to sleep on a sofa bed. Generously decorated.

We were in Falkirk for a family wedding and the location was excellent

We could have done with socket access nearer to the mirror for drying and straightening hair

Elegimos este alojamiento por estar bien localizado entre Edimburgo y Glasgow. Visitamos muchos castillos y escenarios de la serie Outlander y la ubicación no podía ser mejor. Nos encantó lo amplio que es, los servicios que tiene y la cantidad de facilidades con las que cuenta, todo muy bien cuidado.

La limpieza era mejorable, pero nada exagerado.

Location was perfect to get to the two main local attractions (Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel). It had everything you need for a home away from home.

We had apartment 164 which had two bedrooms. It was lovely and very comfortable and clean. It was close to the town centre and had a big retail park just around the corner. Very near to the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel which was our main reason for going.

Nothing we didn't like, but an en-suite in the largest bedroom would have been useful as we were 4 females sharing one bathroom 😊

Sehr nahe zum Bahnhof. Ideal um sowohl Edinburgh, als auch Glasgow mit dem Zug zu erreichen.

Really clean and comfortable. V handy for shopping centre. Parking good and nice park for the kids just opposite. We were also able to eat outside in the pleasant garden.

Lovely furnished apartment with everything required and beautiful garden area for sitting out in. We stayed for 4 nights in no 174, ground floor which we requested as had a dog. Apartment was spacious and bedroom had plenty of storage and bed very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped with full fridge freezer dish washer etc. Even had small bottle of milk along with Tea/ coffee.Couldn't really fault it for the price as we thought it was great. The train station only 10 min walk so perfect for day trips to Edinurgh, Stirling etc. Didn't have any issue with parking which was 1 less worry, we pretty much dumped the car and used the train for our day trips, apart from the local stuff. There's a park across the road which was perfect for our dog and locals were very friendly. Owners really nice and very helpfull aswell. Definitely stay again👍

Beautiful, well equipped apartments that are spotlessly clean and well maintained.  What makes the apartments special is the outside area which is perfect for dining, relaxing and few drinks under the stars. The grandchildren loved running around in the safety of a secure garden.  I had an issue that was resolved quickly and thoroughly with the host, great customer service.

We stayed in 166. It was a lovely apartment and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and had a lovely shared back garden. Nice and handy to shops and rail and in a quiet location. Overall, it was a lovely stay. The main bed was extremely comfortable.

There was a mixup over which apartment we were staying in, which was quickly resolved but made me feel I was the person at fault. The apartment number could have been clearer in the messaging. Very minor, but the couch for us was a little too deep and not overly comfortable to sit on. It also acted as another double bed, so dual purpose, but my friend definitely found the pull out section more comfortable. Apart from these very minor points, a lovely stay and would recommend the apartments to friends.

Appartamento pulitissimo è dotato di ogni comfort. Anche le parti comuni del residence sono molto belle ed accoglienti. Il parcheggio si trova senza problemi proprio di fronte alla struttura. Il supermercato Tesco si trova a poca distanza molto comodo per visitare Edimburgo e i dintorni.

Etwas wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Lage landschaftlich nicht so schick, aber perfekt für Ausflüge. Leider nur in einem Zimmer ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden.

Apartment didn't get much sunshine and bedroom was right onto pavement/ road so noisy and lacked privacy.

Great two bedroom apartment. Spacious Living room and kitchen. Opposite of Victoria Park. Great park to stretch and walk around. Coffee machine was great bonus.

It would be great to keep milk and small bread to get the guest started especially if they arriving late

Good location within walking distance of Falkirk Grahamston Train Station as well as a shopping area. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Communication was great.

Seating at the dining table is a little crowded. It worked OK for two people, but would be challenging for more.

El establecimiento está super bien equipado. Es como estar en casa. Todo super limpio y muy acogedor. El patio a pesar de ser una área común es una gozada. Muy recomendado.

This was a real home from home experience. The guy supporting the apartments was very welcoming and had a warm smile which goes a long way! The way they kept the gardens well maintained and the spacious of the whole apartment was more than what I had expected! Beautiful!

What was there not to like! It was amazing!
