Very clean , plenty of equipment including a coffee pod machine and condiments. The bed was very comfy , slept like a log

The location was very convenient, across from Euston station. The room was clean but very small. It looked out over a garden and was blissfully quiet.

We received entry codes for the building and the apartment. I had some trouble with the latter, but the hosts answered the phone quickly and helped with that. There were no instructions for the coffee maker -- I gave up and bought instant coffee. The hot water was scalding, but there were warnings.

The location

The apartment was very close to Euston train and underground stations as well as bus stops. It was well stocked and a free washer and dryer were in the building. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I stayed here twice - booked the second time before I'd stayed the first night - BIG mistake! Both times the beds were appalling - the first 'bed' was just bed base, the second was an ancient inner spring mattress with springs sprung. The second room was tiny, barely room for the shower and toilet. The apartment at the top of 4 flights of ricketty stairs. The check in system is ridiculous. I was in a plane for 33 hours before I got to the site, had no international roaming and an email had apparently been sent to me to start the unlock system - couldn't get in - just wonderful!! Avoid this Apaartment block at all costs!

Por dentro, el apartamento es totalmente nuevo, una estancia todo en uno: cocina, salón y comedor. Tiene todo lo preciso para 3 personas. El espacio cuando se abre el sofá cama, un poco justo. Tiene un patio interior que podría aprovecharse para cenas o desayunos, una pena que no tuviera mobiliario para ello.

Es barrio está bien, aunque la casa por fuera es un poco siniestra. Está supercerca de la estación, así que siempre hay gente por la calle. Falta un espejo con algo más de luz.

Le logement et l'immeuble sont propres comparés à la rue. Le petit ventilo fait du bien malgré le bruit qu'il fait vu que c'est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et qu'il n'y a pas d'air conditionné dans le logement.

Station de métro au pied de l'appartement avec une énorme pompe à air qui pompe une heure toute les deux heures elle s'entend beaucoup malgré les fenêtres fermées la nuit, le passage piéton à côté fait également un bruit strident pour alerter les automobilistes mais du coup il s'entend, la salle de douche est tellement petite que vous avez les pieds dans la douche quand vous êtes sur les toilettes, impossible de se sécher dans la pièce après la douche tellement l'espace est restreint, pas de miroir dans la salle de douche non plus, la pomme de douche est vraiment agressive en terme de débit, ça picote sur la peau et c'est pas agréable malgré les 3 modes de jets possible, 4 dosettes de café à disposition pour 2 personnes sur une semaine (ça reste un détail mais c'est appréciable de pouvoir boire un café le matin).

It was equipped well enough to cater to our needs. It’s really close to euston train station.

The bed was really small for two people. Everything was in a shabby condition (although in the fotos looked like new). There was no bin bag in the bin and it stank like cigarettes. Our room had an access to an interior garden that was in a really rough condition (overgrown grass and weeds, trash being scattered around). The street outside the property were constantly covered in trash. Like as if people would dump their bin bags on the street rather than in containers. The smell was horrible.

Close to Euston Station.. The person on the phone was very nice.

Very narrow and dangerous stairs when moving heavy luggage. Hot water in shower does not work. Very tiny bathroom, only fit for a small child. Tv only has limited option without signing in. No where to leave luggage for a few hours - had to pay to leave it elsewhere. No reception. Had to pay a security bond which we were not informed of.

The room was extremely dirty. Shower didn't work and you couldn't use it properly. All pans and pots were dirty and old. The dust under bed was horrendous and you could not walk on the floor as it was sticky and fullfy. Don't recommend!

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Der Euston-Bahnhof ist 3 min entfernt und zum St.-Pancras-Bahnhof hat man 12 min. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Zu wissen ist, dass die Zimmer tendenziell kleiner sind, als manche Bilder es scheinen lassen. Für uns passte es sehr gut, da wir es kleiner erwartet hatten. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und man erhält in angemessener Zeit eine Antwort.

- Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. - Das Sofabett ist sehr klein. Für eine Person die 1.60m gross ist passt es perfekt. Ist eine Person viel grösser, dann ist es zu klein. - Die Dusche hat einen Durchlauferhitzer. Wir fanden es schwierig diese so einzustellen, damit der Druck des Strahls angenehm und nicht zu heiss war.

Great location and despite being on a main road it was exceptionally quite. Just across the road from Euston Station so easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Check in was very easy and Jade was very responsive to any contact. The space was very small but fine if all you want to do is sleep, wouldn't recommend for a family

No air con and it was very warm when we were there. There was a fan but not much use in that kind of heat and couldn't leave the patio door open as there was a cat that kept trying to come in. Very small space for two adults that are not a couple and the sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Bathroom space also tiny and the shower door was wobbly but the shower itself was nice. No mirror over the sink which was a bit odd. The room we got was a family suite but definitely not big enough for a family

WiFi was working only intermittently. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The room is north facing and in the heat it was unbearable, even at nogbt. Small fans provided but they literally fell apart. Apartment and common areas not in a great condition.

La proximité avec les gares St-Pancras et King Cross. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et le studio était rafraîchi par les fenêtres entrouvertes et le ventilateur fonctionnait. C'était accueillant en cette canicule.

The position is very good as you are 2 minutes from the Euston station and 10 from St. Pancras. You can go to the Camden market with just 5 minutes walk and have a lot a different shops around for any need.

The room is very small for 3 people. The bathroom is tiny....the sink is so small the looks like a toy but no...it is really the sink. The service for cooking are available but honestly you cannot really cook there. The third bed is a sort of sofa with a large groove splitting it in half, so you have to choose if sleeping on the left or the right side. The overall room looks old, it would definitely reserve a deep renovation.

Colpevole io che non ci ho fatto caso...ma nell'appartamento non c'è l'aria condizionata...per terra non era per niente pulito e nel bagno cieco, che sarà stato mezzo metro quadrato, non funzionava la ventola di aspirazione dell'aria. L'appartamento al secondo piano della palazzina aveva al suo interno una temperatura di circa 30° ed il solo ventilatore di certo non può bastare per dormire bene. Inoltre la finestra (composta da un vetro grande fisso e un piccolo vetro basculante), da cui entrava tantissima luce, non aveva alcun sistema di oscuramento...le tende, presenti, coprenti non impedivano di far illuminare, a giorno, la stanza già alle 6 del mattino. Di certo 282€ per questo appartamento sono davvero eccessivi.

The untidy and dirty staircase leading to the room. The flooring in the room is in a poor state, and it felt like it was sloping. I would describe the accommodation as a room rather than an apartment.

The location was so close to euston station, and it's walkable to the heart of the city. The host was super nice and helpful and would go to extra length to provide me with the greatest comforts.

Location v handy for Euston train. We walked everywhere from there. Also handy bus hub and tube connections at Euston. M&S close by for food. Entry to building and apartment very easy with 2 codes. Ground floor entry and access to apartment no.9 but at the back and at first floor level. The windows opened to some green, some space and sky. Appreciated the fan. Loved the coffee machine which worked with original Nespresso capsules which we brought ourselves. There was a proper hairdryer with nozzle and an ironing board and iron. Room was big and spacious. Very very quiet in flat 9 at the back. Bed comfortable with a decent padded head rest. Reading lights by the bed. The tape Extention leads by each side of the bed were appreciated for charging devices. Very good and friendly communications with Jade and received replies and codes etc all promptly.

Didn’t like the tiny bathroom which also had a bad smell of drains (reported). Needed a mirror in the main room for makeup and hair. There was a mirror in the tiny bathroom but it was not over the tiny basin and no shelf above basin either. The small and smelly bathroom was the main problem with this flat. Overall the quality of the furnishing and the flooring were quite basic and a little scruffy but it was an excellent base, clean and not a bad price for central London, we could see what we were getting from the photos and reviews.

The location and the ease of travel to and from the apartment with both a local subway stop close-by and a larger railway station in the near vicinity.

Floor wasnt the cleanest as all our socks were black from walking on it. Room was very warm in didnt realise it was as small as it was for 3 people when it was advertised as a family room. Mattress seems old and lumpy

Ideal location. A short walk to bustling Camden. A stone’s throw away from public transport. Perfect sized apartment for 2 WITH own bathroom. Which we found extremely hard to find when looking for places to book.

The apartment doors don’t automatically close and lock upon leaving including the main entrance door. However, there are signs up to remind occupants to close doors behind themselves.

L'emplacement est parfait pour aller partout à Londres aisément. Toutes les commodités sont immédiatement accessibles : commerces, restaurants, consignes de bagages, transports... Le service client est agréable et réactif. L'arrivée et le départ autonomes sont très faciles. Les équipements correspondent à l'annonce, avec quelques bonus appréciables comme un adaptateur pour les prises de courant. Il y a suffisamment d'espaces de rangement. Le matériel de cuisine est suffisant pour préparer de vrais repas et les produits d'entretien fournis correspondent aux besoins. Les consommables sont fournis en quantité adaptée à la durée du séjour.

Les grandes fenêtres amènent de la lumière, mais elles donnent sur la rue, et il n'y a que des rideaux occultants sur l'une des fenêtres. Des voilages sur les deux fenêtres ou un traitement floutant sur le bas des carreaux serait un vrai plus. Je recommande également d'amener un masque pour dormir car il n'y a pas de volets. La cuisine n'est pas très pratique : les équipements sont empilés les uns sur les autres et il faut les brancher/débrancher régulièrement pour en utiliser un autre car il n'y a que 2 prises pour 4 équipements électriques. J'ai regretté l'absence d'un sèche-cheveux fonctionnel et d'un tapis de bain (j'ai utilisé l'une des serviettes fournies). On aimerait une lampe à côté du lit car le seul interrupteur est à côté de l'entrée. J'ai apprécié l'attention de fournir des pastilles de lessive, mais celles-ci étant stockées à côté du chauffe-eau de la cuisine, elles avaient fondu et n'étaient pas utilisables.

Clean and comfortable rooms for a quick city trip. The regular studio was on the smaller side, but offered everything you need. The family studio was spacious with access to an outdoor area. Very responsive communication with the hosts (via the booking.com app)

A security deposit was required, which felt a bit of a surprise (although it was mentioned in the booking details, but I overlooked) After confirming with Booking.com all was in order and the deposit was cleared after our stay.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, very close to an M&S, a Wetherspoons for affordable food options, and within easy walking distance of both King’s Cross railway station and Euston railway station, which made getting around London very convenient. We also really appreciated having full washing and drying facilities available, and despite being in a shared/open area, we felt comfortable leaving our laundry unattended.

That said, the apartment itself was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The bathroom was extremely compact — likely the smallest we’ve experienced — with the toilet positioned directly underneath the sink, making it quite difficult to use comfortably. The sink itself was also very small and not particularly practical for washing your face or brushing your teeth. Unfortunately, there was also a strong unpleasant smell lingering throughout the room, which we suspect was coming from the bathroom sink drain. We found that keeping the drain closed and the window open helped make the stay more manageable. The TV placement was also quite awkward, as it was mounted on a wall that couldn’t really be viewed from the bed, and the room was too small to comfortably sit at the table instead. A swivel arm for the TV would make a big difference and improve the setup considerably.

Basic accomodation in central London that does what it says. Very practical location and has all the basics you need.

Room/furniture was quite old and rundown. Sink didn't drain. As others have noted, the bed is uncomfortable and you can hear the underground regularly passing below from the early morning. It's expensive for what it is, but that's London.

Excellent location near Euston station and tube, St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations.

The entire apartment smelled damp like mold. The towels smelled like mold. The bathroom had no ventilation and was tiny, which is probably the cause of the smell. The walls were dirty. The hallway was dusty and unclean. One of the doors didn’t close and the lock was finicky. The location is okay if you want to be close to the train, but the neighborhood is not that nice, loud and had a lot of construction.

Un apartament super ben ubicat, en un carrer agradable de Camden, a prop de Camden Market però prou lluny perquè no hi hagi el xivarri del jovent de festa. Amb metro i tren a la vora, les estacions d'Euston i Saint Pancras. L'apartament és lluminós i sembla més una habitació d'hotel, és menut però ho té tot.

Tot estàva bé al meu apartament. Potser la dutxa podia haver estat una mica superior, però l'aigua sortia calenta, que és el que al final compta. El sistema d'escalfament de l'aigua era estrany, però funcional.

A good location and bed was comfy.

The property is run down and needs a lot of work doing. The floorboards are chipped, the kettle lid was broken and the shower is dangerous either ice cold or scolding. The room we booked looked nothing like the picture that is advertised

The apartment is perfect, was in an ideal area with lots going on around it. The owners kept in touch throughout and will definitely book again
