Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Der Check in lief problemlos ab und Alberto war einfach und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich modern eingerichtet und sauber. Der Standort in Mestre war schön und mit der Tram kam man gut nach Venedig und wieder zurück. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nochmal buchen und weiterempfehlen. Zu Fuß erreicht man außerdem schnell einen Supermarkt, Restaurants und eine Bäcker.
Das Internet hat off nicht richtig funktioniert aber das hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Die Klimaanlage war manchmal etwas laut. Einmal ist sie um zwei Uhr nachts einfach laut angesprungen. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, würde ich Ohropax empfehlen. Nach fast einer Stunde wurde es wieder ruhig.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Ubytování naprosto předčilo naše očekávání. Hostitel byl velice milý a přátelský. Ubytování bylo nádherné, čisté, postele byly pohodlné. Byt je klimatizovaný. Auto jsme měli zaparkované na soukromém pozemku zahrady. Benátky jsou skvěle dostupné hromadnou dopravou, zastávka je 3 minuty od ubytování.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Tudo perfeito. Bairro tranquilo e seguro. Apesar da estação de trem ficar afastada da residência (fomos de táxi) o transporte até a ilha de Veneza (o TRAM não estava operando) é fácil, a parada de ônibus fica bem próximo a residência. Tem supermercado bem perto.
Faltou uma maquina de lavar roupa e um varal para pendurar roupas. Como nas experiências que tivemos em outros locais, sugeriria ter garrafas de água para recepcionar os clientes na chegada.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Najprv sa chcem poďakovať za príjemne strávený čas v krásnom prostredí Benátska! Ubytovanie v moderne zariadenom apartmáne na prízemí vpravo (chladnička s motívom talianskej vlajky). Prvý vstup k zariadeniu je cez bránku na číselný kód, ten je zhodný aj s kódom na otvorenie brány pre auto. Ďalší kód je pri vstupe do budovy. Do apartmánu potom stačí použiť iba kľúč, zvonka dverí je guľa. Po pravej strane sa nachádza jedálenský stôl so štyrmi stoličkami, kde sa môžete pohodlne najesť, vľavo kuchynka s chladničkou a mrazničkou, rúrou, varnou doskou, kanvicou, moka kávovar/moka expres (kávičku si kúpte sami podľa vašej chuti), umývačkou, práčkou. Táto časť je prepojená s obývačkou s rozkladacím gaučom, kde spali deti, TV. Zasúvacie dvere oddeľovali chodbičku, na ktorej bola kúpeľňa so sprchovacím kútom, wc, bidet, umývadlo , pod ním fén na vlasy, uteráky. Chodbička bola z druhej strany oddelená opäť zasúvacími dverami, za ktorými bola spálňa s manželskou posteľou, nočnými stolíkmi, kreslom a za touto miestnosťou ešte odkladací priestor na oblečenie, kde bola doska na žehlenie a žehlička. V komentároch často spomínaná klíma: každý sme iný a inak vnímame hluk, z našej 4-člennej rodiny to traja nevnímali ako hluk. Teplota je nastavená majiteľom podľa vášho želania, aby zbytočne neprichádzalo k poškodeniu zariadenia. Ulica je tichá, pokojná. Za nás štyroch všetko v poriadku. Veľmi ľahko prístupné z diaľnice, v okolí dostupnosť obchodov, parkovanie vo dvore.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026I rate my stay positively. The property was very clean, modernly furnished, and well-maintained. The beautifully finished bathroom deserves special mention. Another big plus is the secure parking lot behind a locked gate and the great location-the bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from the property, and you can easily reach Venice by direct bus. There’s also a supermarket nearby that’s open on Sundays.
Unfortunately, the comfort of my stay was diminished by how the property’s amenities were managed. The air conditioning was controlled exclusively by the owner, so any change in temperature required contacting him. Additionally, the unit was very loud and did not provide the expected cooling. People sleeping in the living room could hardly get any sleep due to the constant noise coming from the ventilation grilles. We also noticed that the external blinds were opened and closed remotely, without our involvement. This arrangement gave the impression that the owner had control over aspects of the apartment during guests’ stays, which made us feel uncomfortable and limited our sense of privacy.

The apartment was spotless, very clean, and comfortable. Considering the price, the value for money is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the city and a comfortable night’s sleep in a well-maintained apartment. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Wszystko ok klima z sufitu mogłaby być cichsza ale to szczegół 😀

Постіль і рушники привозять з хімчистки. Вони ідеально чисиі, ьілі, пухнасті. Квартира величезна!!!! Просторі кімнати, велика ванна кімната. Нам все дуже сподобалось. Пройшовши 5 хвилин ми сідали на трамвай Т1 який везе прямо до Венеції.
Модна для більшого комфорту долати мікрохвильовку, цукор, сіль, чай. А кавомашина була б взагалі ідеальною

Alberto was very hospitable, he upgraded our reservation from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment, also provided a parking spot for our car and gave all the important information about how to get to Venice. Apartments are so fresh and well made, it was very clean and well scented, the temperature was just perfect for us. The location is good, it is easy to get to the Venice by train that stops in 5 min walking from apartments. It was really pleasant to stay in this place.
AC system in the living room was a little bit loud

The interior design was stylish and tasteful, creating a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized and comfortable. The location was excellent, with supermarkets nearby. It was also very convenient to visit Venice, as the tram goes directly there without any transfers. We would definitely stay here again
The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to use the internet. It would also be a nice touch to provide guests with a small welcome supply of coffee and sugar for the first morning

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026깨끗하고 넓은 집, 건조기 겸 세탁기, 큰 냉장고 등 오래 묵을 수록 좋은 숙소였습니다. 살짝 걸어서 버스를 타야 베네치아 본섬으로 갈 수 있지만 동네가 조용하고 안전한 것이 맘에 들었습니다. 안전하게 집 안 마당에 주차할 수 있는 것도 큰 장점입니다.
숙소 안에 자동차를 주차할 수 있는 것이 큰 장점이었으나 공간이 좁기 때문에 안에 있는 안에 있는 다른 차가 아침 일찍 체크아웃을 할 경우 자다가 일어나 뒷차를 빼주어야 할 수도 있음. 큰 문제는 아님!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026מיקום מצוין אם אתם נוחתים בלילה בונציה ומחפשים מקום ללילה. רבע שעה נסיעה משדה התעופה מרקו פולו. היינו 5 ולקחנו שתי דירות שני חדרים. מאוד נקי וחדיש. עם מטבחון שירותים עם בידה וסלון. שני חדרי שינה מרווחים. יש סופרמרקט ומאפיות מרחק קצר של הליכה. יופי של מקום ללילה הראשון לפני שממשיכים לדולומיטים.
המזגן בקושי עבד בחדרים אלא בעיקר בסלון. לא היינו חוזרים לשם בקיץ. שימו לב שאם אתם טסים בתקופות חמות המזגן לא ממש מקרר את חדרי השינה אלא רק את הסלון.

De kamers zijn super ruim, modern en schoon. Dit appartement is van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!
We hebben niets te klagen gehad.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und modern. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmsten!! Alberto,der Gastgeber, ist sehr höflich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Reviewed May 26, 2026Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war einfach perfekt. Alles war extrem sauber, sehr gemütlich und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alberto ist ein großartiger Gastgeber – unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm seine Gäste wirklich wichtig sind. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und man ist mit dem Direktbus in ca. 20 Minuten in Venedig. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés mit fairen Preisen sind auch direkt in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist jeden Euro mehr als wert und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
Persönliche Vorliebe: Fernseher im Schlafzimmer, dieser war aber im Wohnzimmer. Der war aber auch absolut modern.
