Sauna , super sprawa

Άνετο διαμέρισμα, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης απαντούσε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Αν και ο οικοδεσπότης μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι το σπίτι είχε καθαριστεί πριν πάμε, φαινόταν επιφανειακά καθαρό. Η καθαριότητα είναι πολύ σημαντική για το κάθε κατάλυμα, επομένως αυτό είναι κάτι που καλό θα είναι να βελτιωθεί.

Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage

We enjoyed a pleasant 2 night stay here to visit Helsinki. Check in/access information was communicated clearly and in good time, and the apartment was easy to find. It is located within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas, with plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There are several tram stops nearby, enabling easy connections to the ferry port and train station, in turn offering connections to the airport. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The sauna is an interesting extra, although we didn’t have time to use it ourselves!

Sijainti oli mainio. Kaikki meille tarvittava löytyi asunnosta. Sauna oli luxusta. Hiljainen asunto, mitään kadun ääniä ei kuulunut. Hyvä oli nukkua. Sängyt oli meille juuri sopivan jäykät/pehmeät. Yritämme myös seuraavalla kerralla saada tämän saman asunnon. Kiitos!

Clean, bright, quiet, furniture well played out and a good sauna

It’s about 15 minutes walk from main train station and some of the roads are of brick - dragging the suitcase is a bit of a challenge.

superficialmente limpo. casa de banho com mau oder de urina e cortina do duche precisava ser lavada ou trocada. também havia muito pó nos cantos da casa. basicamente foi aspirado o meio da casa para entregar para o hóspede.

Asunto oli loistavassa paikassa: sekä Kampista että rautatieasemalta oli lyhyt kävelymatka perille. Asunto oli myös rauhallinen, ikkunat mukavasti sisäpihalle. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi, sängyissä oli hyvä nukkua ja saunassa sai kunnon löylyt.

Die zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage, präzise Beschreibungen des Gastgebers und zeitnahe Beantwortung von Fragen, wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

Wir hätten uns zum Kochen über 1-2 Tõpfe sowie eine Pfanne mehr gefreut, ebenfalls über etwas mehr Besteck.

L'emplacement proche du centre ville

Le logement qui nous a été attribué n'était pas celui que nous avions choisi : trois jours avant notre arrivée le propriétaire nous a imposé un changement de logement. Lorsque nous avons pris possession des clés et rencontré la femme de ménage, elle nous a indiqué que notre logement initial été en travaux et que pour ces motifs le propriétaire nous avait relogé à cette nouvelle adresse. Nous sommes allées vérifier à l'adresse du logement initialement convenu et nous avons découvert qu'il n'y avait aucun travaux dans l'immeuble, que l'immeuble était beaucoup plus moderne que l'autre et que le contexte environnent était beaucoup plus calme. L'immeuble et le logement que le propriétaire nous a imposé comportent des nuisances insupportables, des unités extérieures de climatisation sont installées juste sous les fenêtres et le bourdonnement permanent (jour et nuit) s'entend même fenêtres fermées. Nous étions au mois d'Aout et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Nous avons cherché à contacter le propriétaire par tous les moyens mais il a toujours esquivé nos réclamations. Nous pensons que ce monsieur attire du public avec un appartement "racoleur" et qu'ensuite au dernier moment il annonce que l'appartement est "en travaux" pour imposer un autre lieu à ses clients. Ou pire qu'il pratique du sur-booking avec son appartement et lorsqu'il y a deux clients pour le même logement alors il renvoi l'un des deux sur autre logement. Pour preuve vous noterez dans les avis que de nombreux clients ont eu la même mésaventure de changement d'adresse au dernier moment. Nous sommes dégoutés par une telle attitude et nous tenons à informer BOOKING de cette pratique racoleuse et mensongère qui n'est autre qu'une escroquerie. Ce comportement entache la réputation de BOOKING car cette personne utilise votre plateforme et vous avez le devoir de vérifier ses agissements. Marja PALTTO

Es exactamente lo que se ve en las fotografías. Amplio, perfecto para nuestro propósito. Estaba céntrico y con muchas posibilidades de restauración cercanas. Supermercados cerca.

No poder quedarnos más días, gracias por todo.

The kitchen was fully equipped, the flat really comfortable and the sauna very easy to use. The location was also great.

There were only 2.5 toilet rolls for 2 people/3 nights. I mentioned that in a message to the host + a question about luggage storage but they never replied. Black out curtains would be appreciated.

Super gelegen im Stadtzentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit eigener Sauna - klasse!

Location and facilities were v good.

Curtains didn't cover windows so you tose with the sun. The bed. You have to climb over your partner to get out

great studio apartment in quiet city neighborhood, great restaurants nearby, metro 5 minutes to walk, walkable to city center, Sauna in apartment was amazing

Perfect location. Due to renovation we stayed in a different bigger apartment with the same decoration. The sauna was perfect.

As non-Finns, the sauna was a real luxury. The apartment was located very centrally & within walking distance of all the main sites in Helsinki - we never needed a taxi or public transport. The apartment Is clean, spacious & comfortable. Aki, the host, is very friendly & responsive.

We were travelling with a baby and it wasn’t the most accessible for a stroller (same applies to wheelchairs). It’s especially difficult without a second person. While there’s a lift in the building, to get into the building, there are a few steps.

We were given an almost identical apartment due to kitchen renovations. We were a bit sceptical at first, but the other apartment provided everything we booked at first. Good contact with the host and very clean looking. Highly reccomend it.

Easy access, great location and felt safe

I liked the central position; the flat it's very cozy and welcoming; there are all the tools you need and morever, there is an awesome sauna inside. The flar is very clean

There is nothing i didn't like

Love absolutely everything. We were staying at heart of Helsinki, short walking distance from the train station and city shops centers, cafes, restaurants. Love the city, people, Finnish culture and food. People are lovely and polite, the food is delicious and highest quality, the streets are clean, and I love the way Finns care and think about other people. The flat was amazing, you will get everything you need, it is very cosy, clean and sauna is a major bonus. The bed was so comfortable to sleep, pillows and blankets were just perfect. Aki is fantastic host and very welcoming, his responds are speedy and very helpful. Highly recommend Aki and his place.

Great apartment, central location, great base for exploring

The apartment felt super cozy. Sauna made it a real Finnish-home experience.

The only downside of it was the cleanliness. It was ok, just didn’t feel as clean as a rented place should be.

(Apparently we got a different apartment than we booked, because it had some issues with the water (according to the owner), so not sure if I’m describing the one that’s on the pictures here). The one we got was amazing ! + SAUNA!!! Absolutely loved it. It could fit two people comfortably + super comfortable and big bed with two duvets + we didn’t really use the kitchen, but it seemed to be well equipped + great location, many restaurants and coffee shops around + apartment was simple, but very cozy, warm and comfortable for 2 people

- there was a washer but no drying rack or a laundry detergent, so we couldn’t wash our clothes when we needed to.

We enjoyed the availability of sauna since we travelled in the middle of the winter. Apartment was very conveniently located.

One of the towels was covered in dog hair, which could be a problem if someone was allergic. We didn’t mind since we were provided plenty of towels anyway.

After booking we were informed that we'll be staying in different apartment due to some renovation going on. The one we stayed in was in better location, walking distance to the city centre. Apartment was cozy, big bed and a nice living area with TV. Sauna was awesome, if you don't know how to operate it just ask the owner but it's actually quite simple. I would definitely book it again.

Bathroom was a bit old, could use some upgrade.

The contact with the owner was easy and will book sure again this apparent when go again to Helsinki . Sauna was just perfect 🥶 in December

Well equipped kitchen, washing machine in unit, spacious room, plenty storage space, and property is in good location.

Getting the key to get into apt. Was difficult . Could not locate lock box and then not easy to open lock box. Do not prefere this method of receiving apt. Key.

Nice appartment in a very convinient location! Perfect for city trips to Helsinki. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner and mostly everything is in walking distance. The Owner is super nice and responds very quickly.

There were problems with the lock of the door, but it should be fixed for the next guests
