Wifi was intermittent and not reliable. I booked the unit with two bedrooms as previously booked. I was then put in a 1 bedroom flat. The other person who was to stay in the second bedroom had to find alternative accommodations.

Great location, the size of the apartment is impressive and was pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchen complete with a coffee machine too! Gulnar was an excellent host and was always available if needed

WiFi speeds could be faster

Spacious apartment

Blackout for 4 days. Cold, most food got spoiled due to blackout. Unpleasant stay I must say. Probably not in the renting team's control, however the review does ask how my stay was and it honestly was horrible. If I had more funds at the time, I would have booked elsewhere

The Apartment was spacious, clean, equipped with everything that you will need. Security is great, we felt safe.

Very convenient to get anywhere in Johannesburg.

Traffic noise was surprisingly loud. The WiFi worked but wasn’t strong enough for holding a webinar.

I stayed 14 days. The view from the 5th floor is beautiful. The apartment is very nicely furnished, and the many mirrors make it feel even more spacious and bright. WiFi, electricity, and water were reliable at all times. The building complex is secure and includes a swimming pool (which is quite small) and a gym that has everything you need. There is also air conditioning and heating. The location is very convenient: a smaller mall is about a 5-minute walk away, and it’s only around 5 minutes by car to the center of Rosebank. The host is very friendly, helpful, and always reachable. I asked for new pans, and she replaced them the very next day — excellent service.

The facilities like the gym, pool and lounge area were spectacular. the building and the apartments are beautifully decorated and furnished. the beds were comfortable. the security guard at the entrance was very helpful. the rooms, living room and kitchen were spacious.

the apartment was not cleaned at all before our arrival (on arrival we found used towels in the bathtub, dishes in the sync, a full and dirty dustbin, dirty showers and toilets and long hair and dust everywhere (looked like someone had cleaned a bunch of combs on the floor). no table workspace for a laptop (i.e moveable table or dining room table or desk)

I loved how spacious and clean it was. All the necessary facilities we needed were available for us to use. The area itself was beautiful as well.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hosts were supportive in providing all necessary information prior to arrival. Check-in was seamless and the apartment was very clean. WiFI was great and we enjoyed our stay. It is a great value for money!

Everything - the bathroom has a cockroach and the tiles are dirty. Balcony has cleaning products is not a good sight to look at. Lounge has iron board stored in the lounge. Kitchen bin is kept in the lounge. Wifi did not work.

Any Ghanaian looking for a comfortable place to stay is to look for Splice apartment.

Central location to the sites that were to be visited. The property was secure and we felt safe. The ease of checking in and checking out. The facility was user friendly.

most of the cupboards were locked, and it kinda seemed like there was a person who was a full-time tenant and didn't fully move out. The security guard who was working when we checked in was not friendly nor helpful.At least I called Gulnar and she helped me find my way inside and around

The place was clean and proper. I'm definitely gonna come back next time I come through to JHB again. The location was also convenient as it was close to all the places I needed to go to

Property was very well equipped and comfort for my family.

The maid was still cleaning the apartment past our check in time. Plus the flat had a bad odor due to the mop that was used to clean the floors. I suggest getting a new mop and better floor detergents.

The place was lovely,the security top notch,it had many malls around,had a splendid stay with my kids

The second bedrooms bed was not comfortable for someone with a bigger weight.

I love the fact that it was close to the mall, and it was very secure.

I didn't like the fact that the pool bar was closed and the chairs were put away.

Everything about the place was clean and comfortable, it was at the perfect location, the hosts were very responsive, the security guards at the building were the nicest people, very welcoming. The apartment itself was exceptional

I disliked the fact that we didn’t have a cleaner during our stay.

* The access to the apt complex was changed soon after I moved in, and I had to wait 20 minutes at about 10 pm to access the building. Then, I had to receive a new access code every two days in order to get in and out of the building. This was inconvenient and it meant that I could not park my car in the basement garage because there was no key pad at that entrance way. The wifi was unreliable. The apt was not cleaned properly before my stay. There was hair in various locations and the bath mat was unclean. Also, although I was on the 5th floor, loud noises from the lobby could be easily heard. This was particularly problematic in the early morning hours (5 am).

We enjoyed our stay at Splice. Gulnar and Iqbal were fantastic hosts. They were kind and helpful throughout our stay and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a nice big lounge area to relax in and kitchen to prepare food. The balcony also has a decent view of the surrounding area and it was nice to open it up and take in the morning air every day. The building also has a decent, well-equipped gym on the top floor which I found very useful and convenient. I was delighted to be able to get a few much-needed workouts in while traveling.

Just to say that I loved everything. Whatever you need for a perfect stay you find there. Coffee, tea, sugar, Dishwasher machine etc etc The property is safe

Unfortunately, due to unknown reason the LOADSHEDDING still applicable and we felt the effects.

Modern layout, clean, has everything you might need, safe, tranquil, self checkin & checkout, friendly hosts that you can reach out to anytime with quick response

Had a few cracked mugs and chipped plates and bowls. Not the end of the world though

Well layed out. Had all of the kitchen amenities needed. Close to mall, zoo, museum. Everything worked and had a good view.

In a good location to get to places. Could walk to the shopping mall for food.

Quite dark, with no side lights in the lounge area. Also poor lighting in the small shower room. Could do with a couple of chairs to take down to sit by the pool!

They provided all necessary things that you would need..eg dishwashing soap,body wash,handwash.etc.The coffee,tea & sugar was more than enough for our 6night stay.Gulnar, the host was very friendly. Was allowed early check-in. The place was clean from the gate way up to the apartment. The gym was state of the art, the pool was wow.. I would definitely come back. I strongly recommend this place.

Very well located. Good security. Apartment had all necessary furnishings and appliances.

Needs a refresh/update in terms of pots, cutlery and kitchen towels etc. No dish sponges or bin bags Bed linen also could be refreshed.

Property was lovely. Flying from Ghana to Johannesburg as a solo female traveler I was a bit skeptical, but the security and everyone was Soo concerned about me and lovely. The host Gulnar was amazing as well. Always at my service anytime I need help.

Quiet and peaceful environment. It was perfect for me as I needed to recuperate. Also, security is great.

I liked the gym a lot! And also the fact that we had everything we needed in the room available to us also the bed was very comfortable. My mom and I were able to watch a netflix movie on the couch and make our own food. The kitchen is ready for cooking! The lady that assisted me via watsapp with everything was so helpful and friendly. She went “the extra mile” for sure!

The shower was dirty unfortunately.
