Great location, clean and comfortable room.

Sicuramente la posizione è molto comoda. La stanza è pulita e il letto è veramente comodissimo

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera per 2, minuscola, giusto lo spazio per il letto e un bagno minuscolo. Non c’è tv, né una finestra, c’è già scritto sulla descrizione delle stanze, ma sottolineo dato che sicuramente è tranquillo, si dorme bene, ma è un po claustrofobico

Très moderne, très confort, assez de place pour deux. La climatisation fonctionne bien, la douche aussi.

Il n'y a pas de rangement ni de portant pour les vêtements et les serviettes.

The location was convenient

The rooms looked nothing like those pictured and they were incredibly dirty! The carpets had an insane amount of stains, as did the pillowcases! The room was very bare, no television like the other ones I’ve stayed in from this chain. There was mould in the bathroom, tiles were filthy and mould on the shower curtain.

So little room and more money

Staff were really helpful, room was clean, en-suite was good.

The pillows were too hard and not at all good. I suggest a trip to IKEA and a few £25 pillows, softer or medium ones.

Very dirty , very very small check for small print it has no Tv . When explained to staff it was dirty they were very unhelpful and called us liars

The hotel was a 6 minute walk to the town and it had everything you need including the district line/underground.

Upon arrival I found hair all over our shower and bathroom and I contacted the hotel staff via email and WhatsApp like I was told to do and they still didn’t come to clean our room but did chuck some new towels onto the bed. I was very disappointed and the staff weren’t the most welcoming either. A huge disclaimer is there are no windows and our air con was also broken so it was stuffy and hot.

Rooms where quite small for two people. Basic amenities such as a chair, a mini fridge, somewhere to hang clothes were missing. No windows. Ventilation could be improved. Carpets could be cleaner.

Great Location for our needs, we were attending a concert at the Royal Naval College, Walking distance to Greenwich Village, Light Rail and Royal Naval College. Very easy to reach from London City Airport if that's where you're flying in from. But for anyone who wants to be close to the city centre this would be a little far out, it took us 1 hour by metro to get to the city or £70 taxi ride. Staff were also very helpful, we came from abroad, our chargers weren't working and they helped us charge up our phones which was a life saver.

No windows, very dark basic room, only one hard pillow and a thin duvet. This is the kind of place you book if you just need a bed for the night, no airs or frills about it, extremely basic. But I think that's the vibe they are going for.

It’s ideal for one night stay even though there was no window it was clean and comfortable! Very basic room bug apart from that it was good !

Om eerlijk te zijn niks.

Onze ervaring met Zedwell Greenwich was erg slecht en dit hotel is wat ons betreft zeker geen aanrader. De kamers zijn zeer klein en kaal, met weinig ruimte voor spullen. De kamer had geen raam, er was geen minibar en er waren zeer weinig voorzieningen. Voor de prijs hadden wij veel meer verwacht. Daarnaast werden onze kamers niet goed schoongemaakt of verschoond, terwijl je daar wel voor betaalt. Wij hadden twee kamers geboekt en bij beide kamers gebeurde precies hetzelfde. De oude handdoeken werden meegenomen en er werden andere teruggelegd, maar vervolgens kregen we maar één handdoek terug in plaats van twee. Verder werd de kamer niet verschoond zoals je van een hotel mag verwachten. De medewerkers die aanwezig waren bij het inchecken waren oké. De rest van het personeel hebben wij als erg onvriendelijk en totaal niet gastvrij ervaren. Wanneer je om hulp of informatie vroeg, kreeg je vaak alleen een kort antwoord terug en werd er nauwelijks moeite gedaan om je daadwerkelijk te helpen. Het voelde alsof je tegen een muur stond te praten in plaats van tegen medewerkers van een hotel. Wat ons ook erg opviel, was de houding van sommige medewerkers. Ze kwamen eerder over als gasten van het hotel dan als personeel. Ze zaten letterlijk te chillen alsof ze zelf een avondje in het hotel hadden geboekt, in plaats van dat ze aan het werk waren en klaarstonden voor de gasten. Dat kwam erg onprofessioneel over. Ook de prijzen van de vendingmachines zijn naar onze mening belachelijk hoog. Voor bijvoorbeeld een cola wordt ongeveer drie keer zoveel gevraagd als bij een winkeltje letterlijk 20 à 30 meter verderop. Je zou verwachten dat een hotel zulke automaten juist als extra service voor zijn gasten aanbiedt tegen een enigszins redelijke prijs. Natuurlijk mag het hotel daar winst op maken, maar het kan ook zo geprijsd worden dat zowel het hotel als de gast er iets aan heeft. Ik verblijf regelmatig in hotels, maar heb persoonlijk nog nooit zo’n slechte hotelervaring gehad.

The photos on Booking.com are misleading. We had a Cocoon 2 and the room was tiny and not the one shown in the pics — bathroom on the right, a mattress, and barely enough space to stand. No chair, no table, nowhere to put luggage. We were stepping over our bags the whole stay. No bin in the room, just a tiny one in the bathroom. When we asked where to throw takeout packaging, they said there's one on the floor. I walked the entire floor twice. Nothing. Trash bag stayed in our room for the day Room cleaning is once every 4 days — hidden deep in the Booking.com listing. Want it cleaned sooner? Pay extra (£25). The shower has no stopper so water floods the bathroom. Hotel refused to help, so we mopped with towels. No fridge, no complimentary water. The nearby petrol station became our lifeline. Worst of all — when staff finally cleaned after day four, they broke an expensive perfume bottle and said nothing. Just placed the lid back on top. I could have injured myself picking it up. Reported it to management, they "investigated" and took the staff's word for it. Compensation offered? Free luggage storage and a late checkout — things most decent hotels do automatically. Asked to escalate. Manager said he would. Never heard back. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Zero accountability. Do not expect any kind of customer service from the staff. You are on your own.

La ubicación, el aire acondicionado y las instalaciones fueron lo mejor.

El personal era bastante incompetente, pedimos un paquete para que llegara al hotel y a pesar de que nos llegó un correo como que estaba entregado nos perdieron el paquete. No nos solucionaron nada ni nos ayudaron a encontrarlo. Simplemente lo perdieron y no se hicieron responsables de nada. La verdad que considero no nos ayudaron en nada y no se preocuparon por ayudarnos. Con respecto a la habitación hubiese estado bien una ventana pero ya sabíamos que no tenía. Y el baño el agua se sale constantemente de la ducha y se inunda el baño hagas lo que hagas porque la cortina no llega al suelo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est très beau, propre et le personnel est agréable, accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre était identique aux photos, bien agencée, propre et climatisée, ce qui était très appréciable. L’emplacement est également idéal, à proximité du centre, avec des bus qui passent juste devant l’hôtel, et ce 24h/24. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !!!!

I was going to a concert at the O2, this hotel was in a very convenient location with easy access to public transport. The room was actually really nice and comfortable too.

Las habitaciones no tienen un solo espacio en donde colgar o acomodar ropa, al punto en que las toallas nos las habían dejado en el suelo, tampoco hay ventanas y no hay manera de airear la habitación. Encima el día en que nos íbamos, como dos horas antes del checkout empezó a hacer un calor terrible en la habitación; nos dimos cuenta que nos habían quitado el aire, creemos que como manera de apurarnos para hacer el checkout faltando aún dos horas para la hora de salida

booked weeks in advance, when I showed up Sathyajith at reception told me my booking was cancelled due to "maintenance issues" and to sort myself out on a Sunday midnight, no help offered. only gave me email of his manager. tried that email, heard nothing back. had to book an uber and drive 3 hours back home at 3am.

Only the hotel location was good.

There was not a single cupboard in the room. The carpet was rubbish too dirty. No dustbin at all. Very very small room. Looks like a hostel honestly. There was nothing to keep my stuff. I kept everything on the ground. They should mention everything that how the room would look like. I will Neve suggest it to anyone.

Wir hatten direkt vor unser Zimmer einen Rohbruch auf dem Flur. Es handelte sich dabei nicht um Frischwasser. Es wurde notdürftig durch Handwerker geflickt aber dennoch stand ein stinkender Eimer vor der Tür, der Tropfwasser auffing. Ein Wechsel den Zimmers wurde uns nicht angeboten.

I liked the location, but what stood out the most was the staff. Fahim and Sathya were amazing!!

I really enjoyed the fact there were no windows! During my stay there was a heatwave outside for the whole week, so it was nice that no sunlight heat was coming into my cocoon + the air conditioner in the room was fantastic to cool down after a long day out. Definitely will return there just for that! The beds were pleasant and I enjoyed it being on the floor like that! The reception worker was so friendly too (didn’t catch the name, sorry!) He helped me out with early check-in and overall answered any questions I had.

Would prefer a bin for the garbage but maybe it’s just me – overall it didn’t bother that much as I cleaned up after myself.

Impatto visivo bello

La stanza era composta solamente dal bagno (piccolo) e da un materasso per terra, con a malapena lo spazio per muoversi su 2 lati. Oltre a non esserci mobili, frigo e TV mancavano anche le FINESTRE! L'aria condizionata ci metteva parecchio a rinfrescare e dopo la doccia abbiamo dovuto aprire la porta di ingresso per cambiare l'aria! E per avere solo un materasso ed un bagno non è nemmeno economico!

Schone hotel. Makkelijk zelf in- en uitchecken. Personeel was ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het matras sliep erg lekker en comfortabel en geen last van geluiden. Kamer was ook erg schoon. Makkelijk bereikbaar met OV en een supermarkt en cafetjes in de buurt.

Kamer had geen kast voor je spullen en geen koelkast. Naar het centrum (Oxford Street etc.) is het wel wat verder met OV. Denk aan minimaal 40 minuten. Maar het is wel zeker te doen met OV.

Shower water pressure a bit weak

I liked the fresh towel every day but it is essentially a dark room with not real amentities bar a nice bathroom. Did exactly what I needed but for the price would stay somewhere else.

Very expensive, no TV, no chair, no cups, just a bed and a shower, had expected more for the price. When trying to store luggage so that we could explore London without dragging a suitcase around, we were charged a substantial amount for the pleasure.

The room was a box - no windows! Felt very daunting. The room felt like an after thought for if you arrived late! Very basic setup. I felt was overpriced for what we got, £170 is steep. I could justify the price if the room had a window!
