It lacked a desk or small table... if you need to work or use a laptop, it's not really possible. Part of the toilet lid was also broken, and the space is quite small.

La signora all'accoglienza molto gentile e disponibile.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Very big room with big bathroom (bigger than expected), no view or light from the window (but it was mentioned when booking so no surprise here), clean place and very very central (at the start of Ponte Vecchio), check in was in another building (but just around the corner and easy to find), the lady from reception was very very nice and helpful (we left our bags there for 2-3 hours), we had a mini fridge in the room and AC (but was not needed) and coffee available in the morning.
It was all great, except we had problems with the WI-FI, low signal and did not work all the time - but we didn’t say anything during the stay (we mentioned it only at check out) so we didn’t gave them the chance to fix it during our stay 😬
