If you are a woman on your own DO NOT STAY HERE. The apartments are nice and clean but I was very unsafe walking home. I was followed and ended up having to get an uber back every evening for safety. The hot water also didn’t work half the time!

The property is very ridiculous. When I ask the guy at night 1 am. When. I am unable to sleep he said it’s too late to tell and he can not do anything having no regret even saying me message on the app I mean seriously if you are in front of me why should i message online and before taking the booking you should make sure that property must be clean and tidy so that stay can go smooth but these people do not care about guests

Rooms were nice and spacious and pretty much had all the necessities required for a short break away.

Only negatives would be that the air conditioner wasn't functional which normally wouldn't be an issue but in the current climate it was very noticeable. The light above the bed was flickering so I had to contact the staff (who disconnected the wiring altogether). As a family of 5, we could have done with a couple of additional pillows/blanket/duvet.

La terraza (la cual pagamos más por tenerla) no era privada, el vecino de enfrente tenía acceso por el patio a nuestra habitación la cual no se cerraba bien la puerta era muy peligroso. La lavadora también era en la habitación privada y era compartido fuera así que también era engaño. Hacía también muchísimo calor y no podíamos abrir el patio porque accedía el otro propietario a nuestra habitación privada. El suelo era de una moqueta que estaba con hongos (lo que hacía imposible caminar con libertad por la habitación). Además las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre.

Tal y como indica esta en una zona de obras pero también pasa la vía del tren al lado de la habitación y una carretera muy transitada. La habitación era muy pequeña y no contaba con los utensilios como para considerarla apartamento. Solo tenía un microondas, una nevera pequeña y un fregadero. No sabes el apartamento que te va a tocar hasta minutos antes de alojarte por lo que no sabes cómo es la habitación. No tenía ni una mesa con sillas para poder desayunar. Las ventanas eran muy pequeñas y hacía muchísimo calor. El barrio lo considero peligroso u llegar hasta allí tienes q andar unos 300 metros por una zona bastante deshabitada y peligrosa

Locatie was prima voor ons, vlakbij het centrum. Het was basic, maar wel schoon.

Kussens waren te zacht en het was behoorlijk warm. We wisten dat er geen airco was, wel een ventilator. Echter was het een erg warme week, dus dan is een ventilator eigenlijk onvoldoende. Daarnaast miste we een kastje oid op de badkamer, zodat je daar je toilettas op kwijt kon. Tot slot fijn als er wat afwasmiddel in het kastje zou staan voor algemeen gebruik.

Not the prettiest location but easy enough to get to the fun bits.

The room was walkable to birmigham new street and the city centre. Checking in was via a code and keybox which worked fine. Nice towels were provided. Kitchen was well equipped for its size

The location was in quite an unpleasant area of the city. Lots of broken glass and litter and very few people around made it feel quite unsafe. Room was worn with stains on carpets, mould and rust in bathroom. The room was unbearably hot so we were unable to sleep. Room was on ground floor so not safe to open window in the night. Requested a fan via the booking.com messaging system and issue was acknowledged and we were advised a fan would be provided. None was provided even after following up on the messaging system(which was ignored). No staff around for assistance. Very noisy and could hear adjoining rooms. Overall an exceptionally poor stay and would avoid, particularly if a solo traveller or female.

Emplacement : quartier délabré, en face des rails. Stationnement payant. Logement : pas d'espace de vie, juste une table pour 2 dans la chambre (logement pour 5). peu de matériel de cuisine. Dérangeante odeur de détergent dans la salle de bain.

Quartier très sale et qui semble abandonné. Un équipement minimaliste ... 2 cuillères, 2 verres 2 mug ,2 chaises pour 3 ! Un canapé convertible bloqué ! Une seule serviette de bain à notre arrivée ! Le responsable a été très réactif mais n'a pas réussi à nous dépanner. Heureusement que mon fils est parvenu avec beaucoup d' efforts et un couteau à le débloquer sinon ses nuits auraient été plutôt inconfortable !

Fairly well located, close to the bullring and think tank. Staff were very responsive to one issue raised during our stay. Kitchen well equipped

Mostly clean. One of the bed sheets had small brown grainy stuff on them that we didn't notice until late in the evening. Some bits of wear and tear evident around apartment. Mattress was very hard. I like a firm mattress but even I struggled with this one.

The bed was a bit stiff and the tv is not so easy to watch from the bed .

Good location, good response from owner. Was clean, however little worn such as the carpets and sofa but for just putting our heads down and the price couldn't complain. But maybe laminate flooring for the footfall of people and some throws for the sofa would help with that.

Even though the location was perfect for commuting, the surrounding area is run down. Admittedly, there is work being done in the area. So it would be nice to go back and see how it has developed. All that being said it apartment itself is fairly new and well maintained.

The two rooms were spacious. Nice little kitchen with full size fridge and freezer. Very good location wise. A short walk to bullring shopping centre and the city centre. Easy to get around and plenty parking outside location although you do have to pay. TV in bedroom comes ready with all streaming apps.

From the moment I stepped in I could hear a leak. The shower was leaking during my whole stay which disturb my sleep at some points and also affected the hot water. The hallway light was motion activated but it would turn on even if someone OUTSIDE the apartment walked past meaning that it would turn the light on while we were sleeping. Also wasnt expecting there to be no living room

Nice comfy homely rooms and good location

The apartment was very spacious and clean, it was close to city centre and the coach station. Overall, it was really good value for money.

The only thing that bothered us was a wedding venue nearby, which was quite noisy until about 11:30 pm. Then again, it only bothered us the first night and we stayed for three.

I was disappointed the wrong wifi was sent and the correct wifi wasn't send until an hour before I was leaving( (despite asking). There were no tea/ coffee goodies. Dishes were very poor quality . No fans or working AC. We booked during a heat wave in UK. Parking outside and topping up every few hours was a pain. Pillows were awful. Possibly worst pillows I’ve slept on. The pillow were definitely now ‘Pillowing’.

Ants on the ground in the bedroom and an insect found in the bed too!!! Also, no curtains, only blinds. So all of the light came into the room after sunrise.

On arrival outside apartment ( which was not easy to find ) there was no car park opposite only the main railway lines. The property looked nothing like its booking advert. On steps to the property there were several people sat on the steps drinking beer etc from cans and bottles and all were not very well dressed. It was in a quite run down area and my wife and I did not even bother to stop. It was nothing like its description on booking site. Drove straight past and booked another Hotel

Bed was very uncomfortable and hard sofa bed was also very uncomfortable. Pillows we're very flat. Tried to contact them for 2 days before arrival and did not get back to us we tried through the app email text and phone calls we never got any answer and no replies Night time was very loud music and people bring loud did not care about so called quite hours

Close to the station and also close to the establishment I needed to get to for business purposes. Use of the small kitchenette was handy.

The room appears to be an afterthought extension added to the property to maximise rental income. In my view, it is better suited as a long-term bedsit rather than a short-stay apartment or guest room. The space is extremely small and compact, with very poor ventilation, resulting in a persistent stuffy odour. There is a small window near the bed and another in the bathroom, but neither is practical to open as they overlook an active building site, with construction workers operating directly outside from early morning until late evening. There is also a rear door concealed behind a wardrobe that opens onto the building site, raising concerns about both security and safety. The overall condition of the accommodation is disappointing. The head of the bed is propped up on a stack of bricks wrapped in a plastic bag. Both the bedding and bathroom linens were stained. Several bathroom fixtures, including the towel radiator, toilet paper holder, and shower head, showed significant rust. Chipped furnishings and poor-quality decorating further detract from the property. Cleanliness wasn’t the best, particularly the shower floor, which was not properly clean and a vape left under the bed. In addition, some of the advertised amenities were not provided. For example, a fan was listed but absent, despite being desperately needed given the poor ventilation and the extreme heatwave currently being experienced. Finally, communication with the host was unsatisfactory. Response times to reported issues were typically four to five hours, and the responses provided were neither helpful nor supportive in resolving the problems raised.

The room was clean, instructions to access the room were good.

The house rules clearly stipulate a quiet period from 11pm to 8pm. Unfortunately, the room next to me had an all night party "Rav" from 11pm to 4:45am. The room could do with black-out curtains to limit light entering the room. The bed was a little small for me.

Easy access following receipt of instructions via email. Entire space was extremely clean and quiet. The shower facility was very good and the bed very comfortable. A good experience all round.

The location is a little off putting. It is however, easy to access central Birmingham and it results in a super quiet stay.

Not very clean - dirty bathroom, hair in the bed and stained carpets. Very little soundproofing against the noisy neighbours (at least someone was having a good time here). Very flat pillows and uncomfortable bed. Ended up just driving home at midnight because the atmosphere felt very off and sketchy.

The room was very clean, the bathtub is amazing. The little kitchen is useful although not for anything complicated.

There was no coordination at all with anyone from the staff. I stayed there for few days and nobody new if I had to do the check out or not. Staff knocked on my door thinking it was my time to leave (more than once), other guests tried to enter in my room... Not a proper way to rest. Mattress was a bit hard but that might just be a personal opinion.

The area is very run down and felt slightly unsafe to walk in. There are no shops, bars or cafes nearby. There are very few people around on the streets. The flats sit within the HS2 development site and many buildings are either derelict or have been razed to the ground.

The location was really good for where we needed to be and it was clean in the apartment.

The bed was rock hard, not very comfortable and there was so much graffiti and rubbish on the streets surrounding the apartment, it was a bit off putting.

It was clean, room was spacious, bedding and sofa were nice, attached kitchen with appliances was a very good addition.

Noise from railway track nearby, no milk for rea or coffee, poor quality cheap coffee , no shampoo in bath.

The hot water was not working in the sinks and the shower, On a double bed there was only 3 pillows for 2 people and the pillows were very thin, even using 2 pillows together still was low, there should be 4 pillows on double bed.

The bed was SOOOO comfortable! It was clean and had good facilities. Perfect for our stay.

Slight drain smell in the bathroom but nothing too bad, needed small hand towels in the bathroom. The location was a bit noisy I think due to a wedding but nothing too disturbing (supercars out on the street)

Bedding was white and clean along with a cosy feel. The location was in the centre of Birmingham so if needing that very useful.

We were staying in Birmingham for the one night for a Concert at the 02 which was pretty close to the property, However after the concert we returned back to the property to get ready for bed and at around midnight saw figured on the other side of the door and they tried the door handle multiple times, luckily for us as two young girls staying there we had locked the door but this scared us so much that we didn’t end up staying the night and drove back home to Manchester half an hour later after the incident, this was a very scary experience. There was also a weird smell coming from the bathroom along with banging. In a rough area.
