We stay here regularly and have reviewed the property before, do not want a request to review every time we stay.

Nice and quiet, Very clean, good bathroom and shower.

Would’ve be nice to have some side bed cabinets in the double bedroom. Not sure it’s possible but a door on one of the bedrooms would give a bit more privacy.

They give you one or two coffee sachets in reception for your room and like an individual teabag. would be nice to have coffee sachets and tea in the room already. Also the green light above the door is very annoying.

The hotel was very welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and my room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The best part about this hotel though are the staff, so helpful and kind.

There was nothing not to like.

We loved staying at the Osborne Aparthotel. Our apartment was very clean, spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, good shower and a lovely outlook over a green space. We were attending an event at the Congress Theatre and were delighted that it was only a few minutes' walk away. It's a great location for the beach, great restaurants and shops. We were able to have free on street parking just across the road which was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

I loved my room. It was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. I had a great night sleep with no disturbance. The bathroom felt very luxurious right down to the softness of the water and the soap provided. I was able to watch my shows at night using the smart tv. Great value for money and location is ideal to get to the beach or beachy head cliffs. I will definitely stay again

Parking isn't a draw forthcoming hotel although we managed to find free on street parking relatively nearby.

Professional and friendly welcome which continued throughout my stay. Refreshments and fruit offered upon arrival. Clean apartment and comfortable. Short walk from the beach, shops and art gallery.

My room had balcony doors. Their was a gap underneath and the bird feathers and droppings where coming in on the wind. I have COPD and was worried about my chest. I kept the aircon on day and night and had no ill effects. Although, this should be addressed.

Lovely spacious apartment, we had the delux room. Dog friendly hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location for tennis at Devonshire Park and the beach.

We did not realise that we had to pay £20.00 per night extra for our dog. It is probably in the small print somewhere but would be more helpful if this was brought to your attention!

The property was perfectly clean and much larger than we expected. We stayed in the family apartment with a large main bedroom and separate room for the 2 single beds for my children. There are 2 massive TV’s and everything you need to cook, large dining table, aircon, and marble bathroom! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay lovely when we made a special request. We love Eastbourne and will definitely return to the Osbourne again.

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodation and the warm welcome. We had a garden facing de luxe room with plenty of space to move around. Even though it was hot outside the room had aircon which was a substantial benefit. The kitchen was well equipped. Good bathroom. We were able to have a complimentary late check out which suited us fine.

The gap between one side of the bed and a wall was a bit tight - but would not be a problem for a slim person,

An extremely useful place, far better than an hotel for a longer stay, particularly with its own kitchen and seating area. Truly spacious apartments, enabling one to spread out in comfort. A real home from home, beautifully situated. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff, excellent location, and free parking right outside.

This is the 2nd year my family and I have stayed here. We take 4/5 rooms and can quite honestly say we love this gem of a place. Its location is fantastic, central to so many things to see and do, restaurants, pubs etc. very close to the sea and town. The staff are so hospitable and welcoming, kind and genuinely keen to help. Each room has kitchen facilities which is wonderful and so useful. Full size fridge and microwave. The showers are fantastic! The rooms are quiet and beds very comfortable and all have air conditioning which is a huge bonus. The entire place is extremely clean and well looked after by a team of lovely staff We love it here and will most definitely be back each year for our family reunion! Well done to all at the Osbourne. We are very appreciative of you and your service.

The room was a good size. The location was good, within walking distance of the town centre, train station and beach.

We booked two rooms specifically because both were advertised as having air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in one room was not working at all. There was already a fan in the room when we arrived, which strongly suggests that the hotel was aware of the problem before our arrival but failed to inform us. We immediately raised the issue with the hotel, but despite our complaint, they made no meaningful effort to repair the air conditioning or offer an appropriate alternative. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, particularly as the room was advertised as having air conditioning.

Location and free parking in the street. Superior room was good with a part wall between the 2 beds. We had our dog and they managed to put us in the ground floor. Nice staff very welcoming.

Pillows are very hard and the room was hot so didnt sleep great but except that nothing to note.

Good location and lots of light. It was a comfortable room where there was good space to relax and eat. The bed was comfortable as well.

Windows may need fixing as not all opened. It wasn’t the cleanest as floors were sticky and edges of the bathroom were yellow. In the kitchen, some pans were scratched to pieces, making them unsuitable for cooking. Having a few basics like salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee for short stays would be great as well.

We were attending a show at the nearby Congress theatre, so was a great location for that. Walkable from the station and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Smell in the room was a bit hmmm..., and I didn't sleep too well – perhaps due to windows not openning wide enough.

Very up to date with all commodities, clean and a good location. Easy access for my sister in law to use her mobility scooter. The bathroom was excellent for her too. Very comfortable beds. Excellent home from home. Staff are very very friendly and helpful.

There air con wasn't very powerful in our apartment. (Not a complaint), just the only slight negative we could think of.

I have stayed at Osborne's previously and been given a large comfortable room, sadly I received a very small room with an uncomfortable mattress that was totally shot and worn out so my partner and I did not sleep. But I realise it was a late cheap booking so I understand.

Instead of a garden view, we had tinted glass (could not see through at all). If it would be a rainy day and we would have to stay inside all day, it wouldn’t be nice. Also, weird smell throughout the apartment, even air con didn’t help.

The room was very small. Access was difficult. There is no reception parking so you have to park out on the road and haul your luggage to the hotel. The street parking is free but it's also a free for all. You may or may not get something close. The window in our room wouldn't open because it had a broken handle and it was screwed shut. When the AC failed the room was very hot and stuffy.

The curtains still let a lot of light in at the edges. Bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen lacked basic essentials such as a chopping board and can opener. Lady on reception didn’t listen properly, just because we arrived at the same time as another two people staying, she kept assuming we were all together despite explaining we weren’t multiple times. We were only given one room key and then questioned when checking out why we only handed one room key back by the same woman. No receipt given after payment.

We were in the garden (ground floor) flat, but windows were all frosted so we couldn't see out.

We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year yet the aircon had been left on all morning and so the room was nice and cool - very thoughtful and welcoming. Good value for money. Facilities include fridge, cooker, microwave etc - even a washing machine. Comfortable accommodation with a good sized shower with good flow. Staff always friendly and helpful. Location is very good - near to the theatres - not on the sea front but only a few minutes walk and a quiet area.

Perfect location for us visiting family for the air show. Great to have kitchen facility and the window onto the "garden" space. Great shower and a very comfy bed!

Bed on wheels moved while sitting eating breakfast, I nearly fell down the back! We were next to the lift as well which was quite noisy through the night. Tiny sink so tooth brushing was a little tricky for my rather tall husband.

Sehr schönes Hotel ist großzügigen Zimmer. Man kann von dort aus Touren starten oder in die Stadt laufen. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Das Parken war etwas nervig aber letztendlich hat man in der Nähe immer etwas gefunden. Die Küche könnte mal wieder neue Töpfe und Pfannen vertragen. Die waren doch schon sehr abgenutzt. Außerdem hätte die Küche auch noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein können.

On a health and safety note, we were surprised the sash windows opened fully at the bottom, as we were on third floor, it could be a danger to some, although it was not an issue for us and we firmly believe people should be responsible for their own safety first, sadly it's not always the case

The location is not bad, the staff was nice and helpful.

The room was tight, especially around the bed area, the TV is not in the right place and is a bit big for the room. No bed stands to put things on. A note saying where the utensils are. The beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the WiFi wasn't great as it kept locking out, and the signal wasn't good.

Multiple times staying at this wonderful aparthotel. All rooms are spacious and clean with aircon and full kitchen. The staff are very attentive and assist immediately with any issues. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect for the beach front and the town centre and the pier.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. There was a lot of hair found in the shower and on the shower walls in one of the rooms. However this did not affect our stay and we would happily return. One of our party is in a wheel chair and the room allocated had the bed against the wall so they would have had to climb across to get in and out of bed. We did manage to swap her room with someone else in our party but it is worth noting that some of the rooms only have access to the bed from one side as the bed is against a wall. This was the same for 2 of the rooms with double beds. We had a total of 3 rooms each with double beds.

Location was great, in easy walking distance of the beach and shops, restaurants etc. Managed to park for free on the road where the hotel was located. Would much prefer to have parking spaces out the front instead of picnic benches. This would be super helpful.

The location was perfect. Literally walking distance to the promenade and the town centre. The appliances in the kitchen were perfect and the whole building was spotless.

There were no available parking spaces close to the hotel and the mattress was hard but that’s personal preference for me to have slightly softer for better sleep.

Great position

Staff refused to issue a second key. The key was needed to keep the lights on, so one person cannot go out with the key which was a nuisance. Two guests, two keys? When did this become impossible? Bathroom was hazardous. The shower tray was built of tiles jutting out into the floor space leaving a very small space to skirt around the basin to get to the loo. We had to be very careful not to catch our feet and possibly break a toe or worse. Cupboard was dirty on check in.

Staff are friendly, place is always clean, good amenities and thankfully lovely cold AC definitely what was needed after a very hot day, we will continue to come back again every year

The property was very clean and the beds were comfy with very good quality bed sheets. The rooms have air con and the kitchenettes were extremely clean and also the bathrooms were lovely.

My only critique would be that the water pressure could be a bit better. Not a complaint just maybe something to improve on.
