StarsHollow Cottage

Super quality accommodation, gorgeous views, great amenities and a fantastic host.

My stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The location is breathtaking — surrounded by peaceful nature, fresh air, and stunning views in every direction. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the small touches — like the warm blankets, local wine, and detailed guide to nearby hiking spots. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape from the city, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind in the mountains

The host Janine is such a sweet lady and the cottage absolutely beautiful I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to slip into a little adventure with your partner. She made our stay so special.🙂

Attention to detail in the cottage was exceptionally high :). Very high quality finishings & furnishings. Loved the view of the mountain and the vineyards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :).

Exactly as stated on the website; lovely place inside and out!

Absolutely everything!

Beautiful property with beautiful views….tranquil and blissful

Beautiful views of the mountains and the vineyard. We loved the splash pool as well as the firepit.

We loved everything about it. The only thing that I can say is that the owners live next door which was a bit of a surprise as we thought it would be more private. Saying that - the hosts were amazing and we hardly saw them as they tried to keep it private for us. But it should be known before booking

The host made us feel welcome, and the attention to detail made us feel so special. The cottage is beautifully decorated and well thought through. The environment made us feel relaxed within minutes. You only need to pack your bag! Drinks, wood, ice, coffee, and spices are provided, to mention a few. StarsHollow Cottage was the perfect birthday breakaway!

Hospitable host, very clean. Well equipped cottage.

Overall everything! It had all the amenities we needed and was clean and warm

All good.

We just loved the whole idea of the cottage and the environment, was so peaceful and relaxing. Thank to janine she organized everything and made sure we had everything that we needed.

The property provides everything you could ask for in a compact and neat package! The view is out of this world and perfect for a romantic getaway! The host’s are amazing and accommodating, providing special touches to turn a cottage into a full holiday experience!

Location and privacy was amazing. The views are exceptional and just the feel of the cottage was so cozy and welcoming. The finish and attention to detail is top class as well as the surrounding and winefarms

Everything was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved every moment. Maybe a handle on the inside of the bathroom door would make sliding it easier once inside of the bathroom. But further we would not have changed a thing

The view was absolutely stunning, it was super close to everything, but was private and surrounded by nature. This place is immaculately kitted out. You really don’t have to bring anything but clothes. The hosts really put a lot if thought and effort into this place, making it such a gem. Its so wonderful to have access to the surrounding farm, being able to hike up and watch the sunset. Everything you will need or want to do is either at the property or within 5 minutes from there. The hosts were so sweet in offering info on restaurants around the area, also having the menu’s of each place available! We were so happy that they allowed us a later checkout for my husband’s birth day! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Riebeek Kasteel and the surrounding areas. You won’t regret it!

Perfect little cottage for a romantic weekend getaway. Conveniently located. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend!

The Unit is beautiful and modern with all the amenities one could need, the washing machine was a saving grace. The area is very beautiful and quiet. Feels like you are living in nature. THe honesty shop products, from Wine to rusks and drinks and other snacks is a great to have if you dont want to go to town.
