Het zit op de 2e etage, je moet 6 lange trappen op wat erg vermoeiend is zeker met de warmte dit jaar. Fijn dat er een ventilator aanwezig is maar een airco was beter geweest (eigenlijk ook noodzakelijk vonden wij) omdat het binnen 28 graden was en die warmte werd in de middag alleen maar erger

The bed was comfortable and the location was central.

The building is quite run down. Stairs up to the apartment are very used and uneven. The furniture and equipment in the apartment is very cheap. All four chairs are wobly, it is not possible to darken the whole apartment so we woke up with the sun. The worst was the cleanliness: the towels smelled clean but had left over blood and makeup stains, the dark couch had WHITE stains and the floor was full of dark long hair (we are both blond so they were definitely not our own).

Het was er erg warm maar op zich niet gek na de extreme hitte die we net gehad hebben. Er stond een goede fan om te verkoelen. Het was drie hoog op een smalle trap. Voor mij niet erg maar als je een grote koffer bij hebt wel krap.

This Accomodation is really a GEM in Antwerp! I was initially hesitated due to the stairs mentioned in some of the review as I have a sizable luggage travelling all the way from Asia. However I must emphasize that I didn't mind climbing the few flights of stairs as the moment I opened the door, the apartment is the best reward. It was clean, bright and the owner has obviously taken great care in providing quality furnishings and amenities to make a stay as comfortable possible to the guests. I have stayed in 12 accommodations during this trip in Europe and this apartment definitely rank amongst the top three! Last but not least, the team managing this property is very attentive and professional.

Having considered the joy I received, I wouldn't mind the stairs.

Het appartement was schoon met een fijne keuken en badkamer. Het was groter dan het leek op de fotos.

Bij het boeken kreeg ik te horen dat mij enkele dagen voor aankomt checkin instructies zouden worden gestuurd. Op de dag van aankomst kreeg ik een bericht dat ik de instructies pas zou krijgen wanneer ik ik de city tax betaald had. Ik zag dit bericht pad 1 uur voor aankomst en kon de host niet bellen. Dit leverde stress op en was niet fijn. Het appartement is erg gehorig en ligt aan een drukke straat. Ik heb beide nachten slecht geslapen door het lawaai van de straat.

Přespávali jsme pouze jednu noc, ale i tak se nám ubytování moc líbilo. Krásný byt v nejvyšším patře a nachází se v centru. Ubytovali bychom se určitě znova.

Ráno do pokoje svítí slunce přímo do obličeje a nedá se úplně zatáhnout závěs, ale tolik nám to nevadilo

Апартаменты включают все необходимое. Кровать удобная, постель чистая. На кухне все для приготовления есть. Тихо, уютно, комфортно. Находятся в центре, добираться удобно.

El tercer piso por escalera no es apto para todo el mundo y entraba mucha luz en la mañana por la ventana. Pero así y todo creo que lo vale porque es un departamento excepcional.

Locatie en appartement. Zeker voor de prijs mag je eigenlijk niets verwachten. Heel ruim en comfortabel appartement.

De entree is wel heel armoedig. Tevens ook behoorlijke wietgeur in de gang. Overigens rook je dat niet in het appartement zelf. In het appartement zelf kleine dingen zoals geen deksel op prullenbak en allemaal peuken in de dakgoot met asbak.

Great apartment with all the material necessary. It was clean and really near the Kavka Oudaan and the antwerpen centraal station. I stayed only one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff was really cool too, answered fast and helps whenever you have a problem.

Énormément bruyant vis à vis de la rue, des voisins (on vit littéralement avec eux, on entend absolument tout) et même à l'intérieur du logement car ca résonne énormément vu la grande hauteur sous plafond Lit très peu confortable, et canapé lit également et ou il n'y a aucun drap supplémentaire de fourni... Commun de l'immeuble vraiment pas propre avec des fortes odeurs de poubelles jusqu'en haut Ambiance froide

Sehr schönes und stylisches Apartment in super Lage. Treppen in den 3.Stock etwas steil, aber die Wohnung entschädigt dafür. 😊 Beschreibung und Infos zum check in/out waren klar verständlich Parkhaus sehr nah, 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Centrally located; apartment was very clean and in line with the pictures.

All was fine

The apartment was comfortable, clean, equipped with all we needed for 2 days trip. The location was good with walkable distance and with a good connection by the public transport.

Nothing specific. But maybe good to mention. The apartman is located on a 3rd floor in an old building with a narow staircase. It was not a problem at all, but I would not like to climb up with a big suitcase or a small child/stroller.

We really liked the apartment, it is well equipped, spacious and in a great location.

Location is okey

It was difficult even to get a key passwords from locker as host wasn’t responding and didn’t sent it on time. Was quite rude while on messenger. When we arrived to property it wasn’t cleaned after previous guests. Here were the moment we lost any connection with host, no response for two weeks already. So we didn’t stay overnight and left this messed apartments.

Location was good. Very close to the centre, not in the best part of the city, but it was fine.

When I tried to take a shower, the water was not getting warm. I tried calling the owner, but they only replied via text message. They didn't come over to help me fix it, but gave me not very clear instructions on how I could fix it myself. This didn't work, so I only took cold showers and was not able to use the bathtub. I booked the suite because of the bath, so I was very disappointed. When I tried to make an arrangement with them to compensate me for the inconvenience, they didn't reply anymore. It's a nice place, but would not go back to it because of this. If something is broken, you say sorry and come over to fix it as soon as possible.

The appartement is really well located and spacious.

We had a really bad experience with the Luxury Stay Suite and had to go home early (2/3 nights): The first morning, the boiler was broken so we didn't have hot water. Things like that happen but after the comments I've red on Booking, the problem with the boiler was already known since at least a month and people before us didn't have hot water. So far, the situation's okay, our contact finds us a solution quite fast and send us the code to another appartement. Once there, the apartment code is wrong and we realize we're in the wrong place. After half an hour waiting for an answer in the rain with our luggage, we were directed to another apartment, much smaller than the one we'd rented. The next day, we're told we can return to the first apartment around 2pm. Except that the cleaning service arrives at 1pm; she gives us the manager on the phone who apparently doesn't know our situation and rudely asks us to leave. Worst of all: We return to the first apartment and are told by the plumber repairing the boiler that the work will take several days, so we understand that we can't stay. After contacting the agency, they tell us that we indeed can't stay and that no other apartments is available and no other solution is found. So we had to go back home (fortunately we came by car and not by plane...). No commercial gesture was given to us other than a refund from Booking for the night we were unable to stay (which is the minimum!). Moreover, the exchange with our contact, who until then had been friendly and accommodating, ended badly, telling me that "I shouldn't be making such a big deal out of it", that it was "already a nice commercial gesture to reimburse the last night" and that "it's not that bad to have to wash your hair with a kettle and a saucepan".

the flat was recently renovated and decorated with good taste although it was evident that everything had been done in a hurry

there was a problem with the boiler that we hadn't been warned about and it took many tries and lots of hours in order to fix it. We arrived there on Saturday night and there was no hot water to have a shower with. Also, there was a hole on the ceiling of the bathroom so there really no privacy in that room

Host was very helpful and answered my many questions leading up to the stay. Property was very nice and well equipped, bigger than it looked in photos. Big TV with Netflix and other streaming services. Wifi was great. Full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Host provided tea and coffee. Property is centrally located, just three tram stops from Central Station. Several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, including a few night shops.

Nothing specific that I didn't like, but a few things for travelers to know. The property is on the top floor, meaning it can be challenging to reach if stairs are an issue and/or you have a lot of suitcases. Two other concerns that are specific to the summer: noise and heat. The property is located on a busy street with trams, cars, and large trucks. With the windows closed, this is not really a problem. However with the windows open it is a lot of noise. Bring earplugs to sleep. Secondly, the property is on the top floor which means it gets quite warm in the summer. Again, a challenge if you want to leave the windows open to cool down because of the noise. The owner could do a few things to help deal with this, including installing heat-blocking blinds on the windows and possibly air conditioning.
