Reviewed Dec 14, 2025This homestay is near to batu caves. On top M3 shopping mall. My family was happy to stay here. The house was clean, with complete facilities like towels, wifi, air-conditioning rooms and clean bathrooms.The owner responds fast and easily communicates like they are guided clearly. Reasonable prices for four rooms and three bathrooms.

1. The access card to enter the lift is not work, so have to go to lobby and ask the security guard to open the door for us, it is inconvenient for us to go to parking lot. 2. The charging port is not enough, only 2 ports at dinner area.

She requested for copy of IC of all guests and even demanded for RM250 deposit which is claimable within 3 days....no other home stay has done. She was rude and not willing to listen. Very bad experience and lost my money for no good reason because of her accusation.
The way the owner requested for the copy of IC and deposit and abrasively mentioned that all the homestay practice the same . No professionalism and tarnishes the reputation of Booking.com

Upon arrival, we noticed water leakage stains on the ceiling. Water was dripping onto the TV and TV stand, and the bedroom was also leaking, leaving water all over the floor. We contacted the host to request a room change, but she said she only had one unit. She offered a refund if we checked out, but it was already 6 PM, raining, and we were exhausted. She claimed the issue would be fine once the rain stopped (Bencana Alam) and said she’d get back to us, but never did. When we followed up, she ignored us and instead called Booking.com. Two rooms had aircon issues—no airflow, not cooling, and filters clogged with dust. Despite notifying the host, she ignored it, so we had to clean them ourselves. When using a chair to open the aircon filter, the seat panel broke . Since she collected a deposit, we took pictures and informed her—no response. The ceiling fans had no remote, stuck at maximum speed, and the host didn’t respond. No toilet paper was provided, and after searching the whole house, we had to ask the host—again, no response. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled bad. The cleanliness of the accommodation was very worst, the sofa very dirty. Really make us feel bad for staying with the hygiene concern!! Worse still, after we check out, she mentioned will refund us the deposit within 3 days , but they only refund us on the fourth day after we check out. We booking the accommodation was to rest instead of doing cleaning service for her. Fortunately we could get back our deposit and just only RM50 of compensation for this uncomfortable staying experience . The remaining problem please check the photo.....

Reviewed Dec 14, 2024The block was attached to the mall, which was pretty convenient, even though there was no direct connection to the mall itself. You can conveniently get the basic necessities that the homestay doesn't provide, like soap, toilet paper, etc. The apartment is on the top floor and has 4 bedrooms. 3 of the rooms had at least one queen sized bed. The apartment has a spacious hall. The huge recliner sofa was comfortable. We appreciated that there was a basic washing machine. It is reasonably clean. This place would be good for large families who are not too fussy.
I would have preferred it if someone from the homestay met us either at check-in or check-out. Considering that the apartment can accommodate 9 pax, we wished that the dining table had at least 6 chairs instead of the 4 provided. Or at least have some foldable chairs about for the additional pax. The apartment itself could use a bit of patching up and minor renovations. In one of the rooms, water dripped from the ceiling. The apartment was sufficiently clean, but we saw several baby cockroaches scurrying about, on the dining table, on the bed and the toilet. Something smelled funny in the kitchen. Overall, this is an okay stay.
