The apartment is nice and clean; it's a bit far from the sights, but that's made up for by the subway station right next to the apartment. The host provided clear and easy-to-follow check-in instructions, and everything went great.

Очень рекомендую. Тихий, спокойный район, машину оставляли под окнами, рядом сиануия метро и магазины. Квартира очень чистая, все есиь для комфортного проживания. Терасса на крыше в вечерней Вене- потресающе. Однозначно приедем еще. Стоит своих денег на все 100.

Nice apartment, in the 10th quarter of Wien, short ride for the main attractions of the city (there is u-ban station few walkeing minutes from the apartment). The apartment is clean and modern and well furnished. Nice owner, easy to check in and out. Good value for money.

Expect the showerhead that need to be replaced (on my opinion the stream was to hard to handle), everything was well

We stayed here in the beginning of August 2026. We planned to stay for three nights, but only stayed for one. The positives: • The layout of the apartment is great, and it has a nice view and large balcony • The location is fine The negatives: • The apartment was filthy, there were large blood stains under the sheets and everything around the carpet/sofa was disgusting. • There were many ants in the apartment • The large windows had no curtains, so it was very difficult to sleep. • You get a code for the elevator, and then the code for the apartment is just the elevator code + the apartment number. This means we also knew the code to all other apartments and they knew ours. That didn't feel safe at all. • After the first night we got bites from what we suspected were bed bugs which caused a lot of stress. Later, the host claimed that an external company checked the apartment for bed bugs and that they found nothing. However, when asked for proof of this he didn't respond. In conclusion: Do not stay here, it was really the worst part of our trip.

Alles war prima!

Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber gut geplant. Klimaanlage, Preis der Unterkunft, Vogelnetz am Balkon wurde angebracht (letztes Jahr war noch keines dort und der gesamte Balkon war voller Taubenkot)

Ich war bereits letztes Jahr im Juni dort (meine Partnerin hat letztes Jahr die Buchung gemacht) und es hat sich leider nicht viel geändert. Weiterhin keine Vorhänge oder Rollos in der Wohnküche, die Lamellen im Schlafzimmer bieten keine richtige Verdunkelung, sondern lediglich Sichtschutz. Der Kasten hat keine Griffe, keine Haken in der Wohnung, um Jacken usw aufzuhängen. Auch die Türe des Gefrierfaches ist immer noch kaputt, sodass die Temperatur im Kühlschrank viel zu kalt ist und die Lebensmittel eingefroren sind. Für 4 Personen waren Zuwenig Gläser und Tassen vorhanden. Die Tür zum Vorraum fällt immer automatisch zu, wodurch sich die Hitze und Feuchtigkeit im Vorraum und Bad staut. Der Zugangscode zur Wohnung ist wahrscheinlich immer derselbe, da bei der Buchung letztes Jahr von meiner Partnerin genau derselbe Code war, was sich nicht gerade sicher anfühlt!! Eigentlich müsste der Türcode mit jeder Buchung geändert werden. Und neu aufgetreten sind: ein Duschkopf der in alle Richtungen spritzt und viel zu stark ist und ein WC- Sitz, der mehr festgeschraubt gehört.

Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht sogar Klima und eine außenterrasse außerdem ist safe Checkout und Check-In möglich was vor allem für spätere Check-Ins sehr praktisch ist

L'appartement est très clair et bien situé. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied et un supermarché juste au coin de la rue. L'immeuble est vétuste et parfois sale mais l'appartement est moderne et bien rénové. Nous étions contents de trouver des chaises de balcon toutes neuves afin de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse qui avait été bien nettoyé. La clim était appréciable avec les grosses chaleurs.

L'appartement manque toujours d'équipements. Il n'y a que trois verres à vin (dépareillés), pas de carafe d'eau, rien pour poser ses affaires dans la grande chambre, rien pour accrocher un manteau dans l'entrée... Ce serait pourtant simple et peu coûteux de mettre quelques étagères dans la chambre et deux crochets dans l'entrée et la salle de bains. Il n'y a pas de protège-matelas pour le grand lit ce qui est peu hygiénique :-( Le code pour accéder à l'appartement semble toujours aussi peu sûr.

Gospodarz pomimo wielokrotnego zapytania nie wystawił faktury, jak było ustalone przed pobytem.

Wszystkie pokoje były w porządku, łóżka wygodne a balkon był.super. Lokalizacja jak najbardziej w porządku wiec łatwe dojazdy.

Brak dużego lustra

Foarte curată și o zonă liniștită și aproape de mijloacele de transport în comun.

Nu avea cuptor cu microunde 😅

Great apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our trip. The location is perfect for exploring Vienna. Check-in was smooth and the communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very well located and well equipped. The metro and a supermarket are within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, as was the sofa. There were also coffee capsules available, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place, and it also offers a beautiful view.

The host promised us that there was an elevator, but unfortunately it wasn’t working, and I had to walk up six floors on crutches. I understand it’s not his fault, but he could have told us before our arrival.

Ζεστό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με εξαιρετική μόνωση, μεγάλη τηλεόραση και όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη στην κουζίνα για τρεις μέρες. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα και μαλακά και το μπάνιο μεγάλο. Η πρόσβαση με τους κωδικούς πολύ εύχρηστη και εύκολη και ο ανελκυστήρας σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη με τα απαραίτητα μαγαζάκια και η στάση του μετρό είναι το πολύ 10 λεπτά μακριά οπότε είχαμε πρόσβαση σε ολόκληρη την πόλη. Ο ιδιοκτήτης απαντάει γρήγορα στα μηνύματα για να λύσει το οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα

Έλειπαν μερικές κρεμαστρες ή μια ντουλάπα παραπάνω και ίσως κάποιο κομοδίνο δίπλα στα κρεβάτια

The apartment and its equipment are new. Good location and easy access (all with codes, no keys). No live interaction with the host 👍 Clean.

There is no shelf in the shower zone, where to put your personal bath belongings on and it is extremely uncomfortable to open the cabin every time during the shower time when you want to take or leave shampoo, conditioner etc. No plug socket near the bed and no night lamb on the bedside table.

Betten mit Haaren und Urinflecken überseht (keine Matrazenschoner drauf) nur ein Kleiderschrank und dieser ist zu klein für 3-4 Leute Küchenstühle fleckig Wasserkocher dreckig Frostfachtür defekt im Kühlschrank Couch voll mit Flecken Balkon mit Aussicht über Wien ist eine Fehlinfo, man schaut auf eine verdreckten Taubenverschlag Balkonmöbel verdreckt durch Taubenkot Ansprechpartner schwer erreichbar und sehr unfreundlich Anfrage auf Stornierung wurde abgelehnt selbst Booking.com Kundenservice erreicht den Vermieter nicht Zwecks Klärung Bewertungsnote 9,0 nicht gerechtfertigt

An sich eine schöne Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung. Jedoch müsste dringend wieder renoviert werden, Wände sind teilweise dreckig, Eisfach war kaputt, lauter Verkehr.Einrichtung wirkt sehr billig. Matratzen extrem weich.

The apartment is fantastic - can’t fault it.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig (ÖPNV).

Haus: Noch in Sanierung befindlich. Haustür: Mitget. Türcode obsolet, obwohl Unterkunft in einem der beiden kriminalstatistischen Hotspots der Stadt). Hausflur: Abschreckend. Wohnung optisch zun. relativ schick . Türen von Wohnbereich und Bad so angebracht, dass die Klinken an der jeweils anderen Tür entlangschrammen (was entspr. Kratzer belegen). Bad: Lampe überm Waschbecken nicht angeschlossen, ebenso wie die Steckdose für Fön, Rasierer). Steckdose neben Waschmasch.anschluss nutzbar. Entlüftung des gefangenen Raumes ohne Funktion. Duschtür könnte an Kante des Waschbeckens zerschellen. Wohnraum/Schlafraum: Vier Stühle am Esstisch nur flüchtig so zusammengeschraubt, dass sie bei leichtem Kippeln oder Schieben wohl auseinandergebrochen wären. Bei DECATHLON ein einfaches Tool besorgt und mit dem passenden Imbusschlüssel die 16 Schrauben festgezogen. Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd nicht angeschlossen. Sofa bereits ziemlich unappetitlich (einfache Decke besorgt u. daraufgelegt). Teppich vor dem Sofa komplett verhaart. Vermieter stellte auf Anfrage einen Billigstaubsauer mit fast keiner Saugleistung zur Verfügung. Von der Terrasse hereingetragene kleine Steinchen schaffte das Gerät nicht. Terrasse bei starker Besonnung nicht nutzbar. Schlafzimmer: Zwei IKEA-Betten zu französischen Bett zusammengeschoben - darauf eine große Matratze und für zwei Personen ein gemeinsames Deckbett (am Fußende bereits zerrissen). Für zwei Personen ein Schränkchen (ca. 2 x 60 cm mit insgesamt 5 Kleiderbügeln. Kleidung mithin großteils in den Koffern belassen. Gardine an Fensterfront ungekürzt - hängt ca. 50 cm in den Raum am Boden. Türgroßes Fenster ohne Gardine. Auf allen Schränken klebrige Staubschicht.

Clean rooms and great beds

Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut. Für einen Stadtbesichtigung sehr gut geeignet.

Nicht alle Fenster hatten Verdunkelung was in der helleren Jahreszeit zu Problemen beim Schlafen führt. Die Oberseite des Kühlschrank und des Kleiderschrank müssten gereinigt werden, war alles voller dicke Staubschicht in Augenhöhe. Steckdosen hingen teilweise heraus oder waren locker.

Central location & good public transport options, very clean and modern apartment, nice view

I travelled with my family for three nights, from 26th December to 29th December, and the stay exceeded all our expectations. The self check-in process was seamless, making our arrival completely hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for a family stay. One of the biggest advantages is the central location. Public transport is easily accessible, and there are several supermarkets nearby, which adds great convenience for families. The separate living room and large, well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment was bright and airy throughout. The sunlight streaming into the kitchen each morning made our breakfasts truly delightful. It was an absolutely wonderful stay, well worth it, and left all of us happy, relaxed, and thoroughly impressed. ⭐

The only drawback was the entrance area leading to the lifts and corridors, which appeared quite dirty and poorly maintained, giving an unwelcoming first impression. It seemed as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. Apart from this, everything else was perfect and met our expectations.

The apartment is very comfortable. The heating is excellent, which is very important to me on cold winter days. You can control the temperature on each radiator even at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a terrace with a view of the Viennese rooftops. The mattresses are of a softer type. everything is relatively new and clean.

My wife needed a coat rack and a larger closet for a longer period.

It was clean, and good location.

For 4 days of our stay at this apartment we got only one big and small towel for each person. Also the surprise for us was the room we saw for the first time when we got there. When we booked the apartment the pictures weren’t showing one room with bunk bed and one with double. So we thought we would get 2 double beds, considering that it was on the pictures when booking.

Curatenia in apartament nu a fost la cele mai bune standarde. Iar avand in vedere ca este un apartament de 3 camere, nu am avut suficient spatiu pentru haine, in apartament este un singur dulap cu doua usi, care era situat in dormitorul cu pat de o persoana.

Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment & that was above the vanity in the bathroom. A toaster would also be an inexpensive addition.

We stayed in these apartments with our family. Good location, close to public transport and shops. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay that matches the description.

It’s clean, the host is helpful and answering fast. The bed has very soft mattress (if you have problems with back it is probably not good). It is warm, with a lot of windows on the last floor under the roof.

Sockets in the bathroom are not working, one of them was pulled out from the wall. There are no washing machine.

I'm still waiting for the host's response to my question! I didn't like the communication with the host. There is no parking place near the apartment. The host does not help you with that. Parking = big problem.

I really have nothing to complain about. Everything was superlative. Cleanliness, pleasant smell in the apartment, equipped kitchen, and the heat was more than enough. On the first day I left the heat on, but in the last 2 days I turned it off because it was no longer needed. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The owner was always very kind. I really recommend this apartment!

Perfect apartment the host sent us very clear check in instructions a day before in our opinion the apartment looks bigger than we expected, when we arrived it was clean, warm and just felt like a home away from home the host is also very accommodating we had issues with the hairdryer and he came to exchange it in under two hours also as someone who loves a good bath the bathtub is phenomenal it’s huge and it could easily fit two people. Thank you so much for having us we’d love to come back again!

Location is quite close to the subway station and grocery stores. But also there is nothing worth doing around here unless you go closer to the downtown area.

Property seemed nice at the first glance but at closer inspection it’s pretty disappointing. If you only need a place to sleep for 1 night it should be okay but if you are staying with friends or family for longer it’s not worth it. AC in the bathroom doesn’t work, AC above the stove is not working and looks like it’s just there, being useless. If you have more than 1 phone that needs to be charged, forget about it, there is only a couple working socket in the whole place, and it’s nowhere near the place it’s actually needed. No washing machine , no pods for the dishwasher, no shades anywhere!

There was no hangers for jackets. Missing separator between bathtube and the bathroom which makes hard not to flood the bathroom when showering. All others was good.
