Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La ubicación es buena, siempre que voy a Roma me quedo por esa zona porque queda cerca de termini y en el medio entre el coliseo y la fontana. La habitación era grande y cómoda. Y estaba limpio. Estábamos de paso por una noche nada más Asique para eso estuvo bien
Llegamos casi a las 9 am y no nos dejaron dejar las valijas hasta las 10:30 am. Asique nos tuvimos que quedar tomando un café. Y entiendo que el check in era a las 14 pero le dijimos que si tenía la habitación lista si la podíamos ocupar porque estábamos cansados del viaje y queríamos tirarnos un rato, bañarnos y arrancar (incluso si teníamos que pagar un extra por esto no teníamos problema) , a lo cual nos dijo que no, que no podía. Y nosotros vimos como había una habitación completamente ya terminada, limpia y lista para ser ocupada. QUE DESPUÉS ES LA QUE NOS DIERON!! No dijimos nada igual, le dijimos todo que sí y volvimos a las 14. No es grave pero si alguien me recibe apenas llego y encima ya tiene la habitación libre y me la da aunque sea pagando un extra suma a la experiencia y es una razón para volverlo a elegir. En cambio en este caso no

Bueno la verdad le faltó mas limpieza al baño que es algo esencial cuando uno viaja y se queda en un hotel. Las toallas tampoco estaban tan limpias el papel de baño tenía un olor un ooco extraño... Quedamos decepcionados cuándo vimos que la nevera estaba sucia... 😒 Porque es fundamental, al menos nosotros valoramos mucho la limpieza en cualquier lugar donde nos hospedamos.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The location is great, close to Termini train station and also many restaurants and supermarkets. Still, the room is facing a quiet courtyard, so no disturbing noise from anywhere. There was also a former kitchen where it was possible to borrow a kettle and some cups.
The former kitchen was a complete mess. It would have been better to equip the rooms with kettles and cups instead of borrowing from the kitchen, and even better to restore the previous kitchen to a functioning kitchen again.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The location was good, being very central and convenient for exploring Rome and if you arrive/depart by train. The room was a good size and having an elevator was helpful, although there are some stairs to climb before entering it. It is a small elevator but better than walking up the stairs with luggage. The courtyard entrance to the building is nice. Great to have breakfast but it is at a cafe up the road, Only coffee drinks included and a sweet pastry, it would be great to see a savoury option and tea or hot chocolate for those who don’t drink coffee.
The property was more dated than expected, and the photos online gave a better impression than the reality of the room. Cleanliness could be improved, and the shared areas tidied. The corridor outside the room was cluttered and could easily be organised to create a better first impression. Unfortunately, we were disturbed by very noisy guests in the neighbouring room until the early hours of the morning. We messaged reception but did not receive a response at the time. We were later advised by staff that we should have knocked on the guests’ door ourselves, but we feel noise issues should be monitored and managed by the property owners, especially at night.

El alojamiento estaba limpio y organizado, y la atención del anfitrión fue muy buena en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y responder nuestras preguntas. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar a futuras personas que deseen hospedarse aquí durante sus vacaciones. Fue una experiencia muy agradable y volveríamos a rentarlo. We had an excellent stay. The property is very well located and offers easy access to many tourist attractions, which made our trip much more convenient. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the host provided great service throughout our stay, always being helpful and attentive. We highly recommend this place to future guests looking for a vacation rental. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Check-in time was ridiculously late compared to other hotels. They charged for keeping luggage for some time after check-out (every other hotel we stayed at kept our luggage for a couple of hours for free). Just overall unhelpful behaviour that makes one’s trip unpleasant. We had to wait outside the main door for hours before they accepted to keep our luggage in the morning (before the check-in) as we arrived to the city a bit early. Just bad experience compared to all other hotels we stayed at.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, kein Komfort und für den Preis einfach eine Zumutung. Man fühlte sich nicht sicher, und jedes Kommen und Gehen auf dem Gang der Pension war extrem laut. Sehr sehr einfach, unangemessene Preis.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Great location for both trains and Ciampino shuttle bus, only a few minutes walk. More of a room in an old building than a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. The room was basic but clean, the air con and Wi-Fi worked, hot water and a small fridge. What you would expect for this price in Rome. Felt safe enough walking around if sensible and there are a number of restaurants on this street including ones that do €5 breakfast just outside.
The room could do with a bit of maintenance.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026We zochten een betaalbaar verblijf, in Italiaanse sfeer, de grote deur met daarachter de binnenplaats voldeed daar aan. De drie kamers die verhuurd worden zijn in een voormalig appartement, maar wij vonden dat juist wel wat hebben. Ja het is wat gedateerd, vooral de badkamer, maar schoon en helemaal prima voor ons! Fijne plek. Airco en koelkast. Buurt bij station wat tè toeristisch, maar als je de andere kant op loopt ben je direct in de leuke wijk Monti. Verder veel op loop afstand en metro vlakbij. Wij vonden het oude groene trammetje ook een aanrader!
Het voldeed aan onze verwachting. Het is goed om te weten dat het dus geen hotel is. Maar voor ons was dat geen bezwaar, juist wel leuk.

Un solo toma corriente libre EN TODA LA HABITACION, la heladera hubo que esperar 48 hs para que enfríe, el ventilador de techo con ruido poco cómodo, falta de protección en caja de luz, agujero en puerta de acceso y baño .
