The apartment was great. It was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Towels and blankets were provided, and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything I needed. Everything in the apartment worked exactly as expected and there was plenty of space, so it was very comfortable for the whole stay. The property owner was also lovely, friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again

The apartment has a beautiful modern layout

Very Bad smell from the point we opened the door and it was continuously there in the bathroom 🤮🤢 There was no single dry towel ,all were wet and hanged on the drying rack!! Only one air conditioner in the living room,and one fan in one of the rooms !! And it was so hot in the afternoon!! I asked Ali about the air refresher for the bad smell , the toilet paper and cleaning products which were mentioned in the description!! He ignored my requests !

The apartment is far from the sea—contrary to what was shown on the website. The owner was not present upon arrival, and I faced difficulties picking up the keys after an exhausting journey with children. The apartment lacked cleaning supplies; I had to buy a floor squeegee, dish liquid, a sponge, and hand soap. I stayed for six nights, and although the owner promised to change the bed linen three days after our arrival, he failed to do so. The TV did not work for the first three days, which frustrated the children. The price was excessive considering the level of service.

Una completa vergüenza, si quieres joder tus vacaciones con una estancia en pésimas condiciones completamente esta es la tuya, baño apestando llegué y no estaba ni limpio del anterior inquilino con mierda en el bater, dos toallas en el alojamiento para 5 días por si fuera poco las dos toallas usadas y mojadas del anterior inquilino también, luces fundidas, cables sueltos por la casa un peligro para cualquier niño, basura del anterior inquilino en la cocina, sillon lleno de manchas negras, tuve que llegar y comprar lejía para poder dormir hay imagínate que vacaciones pase, encima le hablé al inquilino me dijo que pasaría y tampoco pasó porque sabe en las pésimas condiciones que estaba el alojamiento, bañera oxidada que da hasta asco bañarse hay por si coges cualquier cosa, casa llena de polvo por todos lados se ve que no se limpia hace meses una completa vergüenza y encima no te devuelven el dinero si no se ríen de ti en tu cara diciendo que te arreglarán lo sucedido y no arreglan absolutamente nada una completa vergüenza de lugar primera y última vez

Very nice clean apartment manager was very friendly. Always available for help and very friendly residents in the other apartments. Security was on point there is 3 to 4 security guards always patroling outside the building. Would definetly recommend also you few 100 yrds from the beach.

Interior

Anza itself is great. Seriously. Calm village, good vibe, peaceful place for a relaxing vacation. Not my first time here, and the area deserves it. But there are places here 100x better than this apartment. The only actual plus of this apartment is the interior. Looks nice on photos. That’s it. Everything else feels as cheap as humanly possible. The moment you touch anything, it feels like it’s about to collapse in your hands. Kitchen? No warm water at all. How exactly are people supposed to wash dishes? There are no cloths, no sponges, no soap, nothing. You have to buy literally everything yourself. Even batteries for the TV remote. Genius level preparation from the owner. For cooking you get: one frying pan and a kettle. Michelin stars incoming. Almost everything except forks and spoons was dirty. Or “fake clean.” You know, the classic wipe-it-with-a-napkin-and-pray technique. The fridge seal is covered in mold. They definitely pretended to clean the place. The only thing I’m 100% sure was washed were the towels — because they were still wet when I arrived. Bed sheets? Doubt it. Unless fabric now dries at light speed. Also interesting math: 4 beds, 3 towels. Good thing I don’t need four towels to survive. Hair was everywhere. Big hair, small hair, premium collection for every taste. On the floor, on the beds, in the bathroom, even inside the sink. Already there when I checked in. And now the masterpiece: the bathroom. Only the top shower head works. The hose shower basically cannot be used. Rust would honestly be the least of your problems. The drain situation is insane. After 2–5 minutes of showering, depending on your luck, the bathroom floods. Not joking. Water comes out of the shower area and starts traveling across the apartment. Unless you’re Flash or A-Train, you’re not escaping it. So instead of relaxing, you end up mopping the floor every single time. And judging by the condition of the bathroom door, this has clearly been happening for years.

Appartement propre et situé dans un endroit calme, idéal pour se reposer. Il n’y a pas de vis-à-vis, avec deux orientations : une vue sur la cour du complexe et une autre donnant sur la montagne d’Anza. L’accueil de l’hôte était parfait, très disponible et réactif. Petit point à vérifier concernant l’annonce : la photo mentionnant une vue sur mer ne correspondait pas à l’appartement que nous avons occupé.

Apartment beautiful, a bit short of equipment but the owner did go out and buy a few things for us but unfortunately we only stayed for 2 days as I have a bad heart and couldn't get up the hill when we went out.

Bonjour, Nous souhaitons porter à votre attention de graves manquements concernant notre récent séjour réservé via votre plateforme. L’annonce indiquait un logement en bord de mer, ce qui est totalement faux. La description mentionnait également des équipements sportifs inexistants. Aucune climatisation n’était disponible, contrairement à ce qui était sous-entendu. Pire encore, le logement est situé à proximité d’usines dégageant chaque matin et soir des odeurs nauséabondes et une pollution atmosphérique insupportable. Une seule clé nous a été fournie, alors que l’accès nécessite au moins deux clés. Ces conditions ont rendu notre séjour extrêmement difficile, en particulier pour la personne âgée qui voyageait avec nous, fortement incommodée par la pollution et les odeurs. Nous considérons que cette annonce était mensongère et ne correspond pas aux standards attendus via Booking. Nous demandons donc un dédommagement approprié pour ce préjudice. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre retour rapide. Je loue également des biens via booking et suis très déçue des informations non conformes acceptées pour certains propriétaires. La ubicación

Ali, the owner is very kind and nice guy, he help us with transport from airport to apartment, waited for us at night to show us what is and where, he was very helfull, all necesary things were in apartment, good bed, comfortable! For me that was very importnant. Anza small city but if You go 1 2 km further beaches are empty and beautiful! For sure it s good idea to go there and have relax. Enjoy!

Everything is very nice here.

Super nice apartment, very cozy decorated, friendly and easily accessible host. Surroundings are also safe and the car could be parked in front of the door (security walking around). There is 1 bedroom in the advertisement but there are 2 bedrooms. Lovely bed to sleep in and quiet surroundings. We will come back next time.

Ali was a great host. The location is in a secure and nice location just outside of Agadir town (15 min drive). The flat was clean and tidy. Being on 3rd floor was not an issue as there was a lift.

The property has no Air Conditioning which was the only downside. I guess, if there is no air conditioning then at least fans should be provided. Coming from Europe even December was hot enough. This surely will not stop us to stay at Ali's place.

Everything was on top

Lovely apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe, locks on apartment entry door and on elevator. Security was around and the parking was good and secure. Walking distance to a few restaurants and cafes. Little shop just down the road and a grocery at the end of the street. It was a short drive to Agadir downtown and just a straight shot. The apartment had a washer inside, which was awesome. Also a very cool sound system that we could connect to via Bluetooth. Lovely bathroom with rain shower head. Lots of toilet tissue. Extra blankets and everything you could need for a short or long stay. It was clean and well organised. Very light and airy and it stayed the perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet for a good sleep. Very good communication with Ali, who met us right when we arrived and showed us up to the apartment. He also suggested a good restaurant and cafe in the local area. He was lovely. Wonderful host! We would stay again.

No complaints

The apartment is located in Anza a bit out of the crowded Agadir city but close to all necessary needs (e.g. carrefour market down the street - 5min walk). The apartment is modern and looks exactly as in the pictures (french living room), equipped kitchen to make some meals. Ali was ponctuel, supportive and ready to help anytime.
