Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Amazing stay . The room was very clean and comfortable..the beach was clean ,sandy and not rocky The swimming pool is suitable for children and adults.. Great location..very close to the city center The staff were so friendly and helpful espacially Mr Hassany.🫶 Highly recommended ! I will come back again.❤️❤️❤️

يعيب المكان دخول زوار كثيرين يجعل الشاطئ مزدحم احيانا لكن قد يكون هذا كان بمناسبه الاعياد و الاجازات الرسميه لان زيارتى السابقه كانت العام السابق و لكن فى شهر اكتوبر و لم يكن مزدحما

It is a standard city hotel rather than a full-scale resort, though it does have its own cozy beach. Consequently, services are minimal, and breakfast is not provided. My room was on the second floor and was generally fine. On the plus side, it featured a comfortable king-size bed with clean linens, efficient air conditioning, and a small balcony. On the downside, the bathroom was very outdated, in poor condition, and required some caution. Nevertheless, hot water was available, so taking a shower was not an issue. The water took a while to drain from the floor, but this is a common problem throughout the property as renovations are moving slowly. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, making everything very accessible. While the beach is small, it is quite pleasant and popular with local expats who pay an entry fee to use it. The location is excellent. Right across the street, you will find a grocery supermarket, a currency exchange ATM, and the lively El Mamsha promenade packed with affordable cafes. The guests were mostly local Egyptians, along with a few European retirees. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it gets quiet in the evenings. Some of the buildings are still under construction. Right now, they are finishing a large new swimming pool and have just replaced all the beach umbrellas, which shows the hotel is gradually improving. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay if you prioritize beach access and do not mind basic, no-frills conditions.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Für die Verhältnisse, des Landes, war die Unterkunft super… 👍🏻 Das Personal ist spitze, man kann eigentlich 24 Stunden lang seine Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen 😎 Der Strandbereich ist vollkommen ausreichend und auch dort wird man gut versorgt. Die Auswahl an Getränken und Essen, war ausreichend und auch gut 👍🏻

L’eau été marron .. et rempli de chlore les chambre non rien avoir avec les photos Et de plus il utilise les photos de la piscine de la résidence voisine mais en réalité la piscine ne leurs appartient pas vraiment mais il vous propose de vous y baigner

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Отличный апарт-отель на первой линии. Месторасположение очень удачное - я в принципе люблю этот район в Хургаде. Рядом есть магазины, недорогие кафе, аптеки и другое. Мамша длинная улица, по которой можно спокойно гулять, в отличие от шумного Шератона. Номер был не большой, но там было все для комфортного проживания: чайник, холодильник и даже плита))) НО! Самое главное - кондиционер! Не старый, как во многих отелях Хургады, а нормальный и современный))) В номере был небольшой балкон с видом на море. На территории чисто - персонал постоянно занят благоустройством. Перед моим отъездом запустили фонтан с подстветкой!!! Ранее останавливалась всегда в другом апарт-отеле, но теперь буду бронировать здесь. Мне понравилось)
Не очень понравился пляж: маленький, много шезлонгов, все близко друг к другу. Столик принесут по просьбе, пепельницу тоже.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Mi è stata assegnata una stanza a venti metri dalla spiaggia. La spiaggia è attrezzata con ombrelloni e dei lettini che sono inclusi nel prezzo. La notte si dorme bene (almeno nella stagione in cui sono stata io) perché c'è silenzio. Mi è piaciuto molto tutto il contesto e il fatto che ci fosse un frigorifero in stanza.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Muy buena ubicación, la playa era increíble, sin piedras y repóseras gratis. Varias secciónes estaban en remodelacion, por eso habia algo de polvo y escombros, pero no afectaba. Habitación amplia, y buena onda en recepción, por mas que no hablaban ingles fluido.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Ami különösen tetszett, hogy a szoba mindössze 30 másodpercre volt a parttól. A parton jó hangulat uralkodott, az emberek pedig kedvesek voltak.
A szállás sajnos nem volt megfelelően kitakarítva. A WC koszos volt, a bútorokon por volt, a fürdőszobában pedig jelentős vízkő volt jelen. Megfelelő takarítással ez egy nagyon jó szálláshely lehetne.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Tesiste çok kısa konakladık zaten fazlada kalamazdık. Oda çok pisti tuvalet biz odaya girmeden önce kullanılmış difın bike çekilmemişti odanın içine tuvalet kokusu sinmişti. Etrafındaki binalarda tadilat devam ettiği için odanın içinde inşaat tozu vardı odamıdın balkonu vardı ama çıkmak mümkün olnadı inşaat pisliği balkonda yoğunlaşmıştı. Personel elinden geldiğince ilgili alakalı lakin odamızın biz gelmeden önce kullanılmış olan tuvaleti ve odanın çok kötü tuvalet kokması çok çok kötüydü. Banyodaki kirli kokulu yer silme paspasını söylemeden geçemeyeceğim. Otelden çıktığımızda personel valizlerimizi güvenli bir şekilde muhafaza ettiler hatta üzerimizi değiştirebilmemiz için bize yer gösterdiler. Otobüs bileti alabilmemiz için bize yardımcı oldular kişisel olarak verdikleri her destek için çok çok teşekkür ederim.
Oda pisti, yatak çarşafı temizdi ama yanık ve yırtıktı, tuvalet pisti tuvalette pis kokulu yer paspasları vardı. Biz sadece odada 3 saat geçirdik ve çıktık. Kaldığımız odanın etrafındaki inşaat devam ettiği için orada temizliği sağlamak zor olabilir. Belki inşaat süreci bitince daha temiz daha konforlu bir yer olabilir. Bu haliyle sakın tercih etmeyin.

Photo non conforme a la réalité, lit pas confortable, cuisine collective très précaire, même pas de chaise pour manger dans ma chambre.. Je demande une serviette on me dit oui pour au final juste me prendre l’ancienne et pas avoir celle que j’ai demander .. Murs tellement fins que j’entends les voisins se doucher, parler, marcher, Je ne recommande pas..

When I arrived there, the worker on reception told me that didn’t get the payment.. It looked like Booking.com stolen the money of the costumers . Otherwise what happened? Very bad an experience , it’s my second time I used this company, and both of times are very bad ! Shame on you!!

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025The one and only outdoor karaoke bar in all of Hurghada is right next door and keeps things lively in your room until about 3am.
Receptionist was clearly unwilling to provide the recently renovated 2BR balcony apartment that we had reserved. Instead, we were given a tour of five rooms in varying states of decay. Eventually settled for a decrepit monastic cell with a tiny window and a bathroom larger than the bedroom.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Брали номер без завтрака . В номере была кухня , все необходимое было : кастрюли, ложки, вилки , чашки. Прекрасный вид на море и восход солнца из номера , окна в пол , светло, комфортно, современно . Сразу чистый пляж . Сотрудники каждый вечер просеивали песок через сито от мусора. Я нигде не видела такого . Персонал очень внимательный , следят за порядком , всегда готовы придти на помощь . Море чисто, тёплое , хороший заход в море , мягкий песок , на этом пляже можно смело плавать без специальной обуви от корралов . Вечером возле отеля в ресторане можно сходить на дискотеку . Осталось приятное впечатление от этого отеля , рекомендую.
В отеле идёт ремонт и не все дорожки замостили , поэтому участки ремонта приходилось обходить . Думаю ,что скоро все доделают .

The beach area is open to day use, the beach area it self is very small I thought it’s only for the hotel residents, turns out there is huge number of people who book the beach area for daily use ,and it’s very crowded specially in weekends that we can’t find lounge chairs available on the beach, and most of them even don’t keep the place clean, they throw there wastes any where !!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2025The location is perfect. l had a sewiew room, the hotel locates directly seaside. Youssef is very friendly and lots of thanks to FO Manager Hasan for helping free late checkout. Rooms dont have telephone to directly connect with reception. The room was cold and they send my room a fan heater. The beach and the sea is perfect and clean. l like the hotel so much, if l go to Hurghada again, l will prefer Elixir Hotel again. Thanks for everyone, hope to see you again
l think the only probşem was one of the receptionists can not speak English, it was hard to communicate in checkin time and l couldn't pay with card their system wasn't work and l had to go to ATm for cash money.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2025I bought it because it's in a good area. The accommodation is old but clean. It was enough for me to sleep. But if I compare the price with other accommodation in Mamsha, I wouldn't go again!
it needs renovation - urgently!! the sidewalks are very broken. and the area around the buildings looks like a construction site... and what disappointed me the most was that I thought the price included entrance to the beach, but they want $5 for entrance. for 1 day. in other places the beach is free.

Anything at all, the rooms are not as shown on Booking, they showed me three different rooms and it was very sad to see, I’m a well travelled including hostels and so on, but something like this never seen. They are renovating, working till 24h all the halls are broken, the curtains of the bathroom orange of dirtiness; honestly very disappointed place. If they have the room of the pictures, they might be a couple of them, but all the exteriors are in ruins
