Großzügige Räume. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Essen.

Persönlich kein Freund von offenen Bädern, aber das haben wir vor Buchung gewusst und in Kauf genommen.

Service 1a, Größe des Zimmers, sehr freundliches Personal die sich sofort um alles gekümmert haben. Frühstück und Freundlichkeit sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, eventuell jammern auf hohem Niveau aber ich hätte mir ein wenig mehr erhofft. Heraushängende Lampen, vergilbte Toilettendeckel, Türen die nicht besonders schließen. Die Lage direkt an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße war auch nicht gerade Urlaubsfördernd. Tag und Nacht Lärm der Roller und Autos. Die Fotos entsprechen meiner Meinung nicht ganz der Wahrheit. Vom Hauptpool schaut man direkt auf die gegenüberliegende andere Straße sowie auf eine Betonwand. Ein wenig enttäuschend für uns, wir dachten es sei mehr Natur, leider recht Nahe im Zentrum wo die Hölle los ist. Jeder hat andere Vorlieben, unseres war es nicht.

Notre villa 2 chambres avec piscine privée était très jolie et conforme à nos attentes, et propreté nickel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un peu en dehors du centre de Ubud mais facile de s'y rendre en Grab et ce n'est pas mal de n'être pas au milieu de cette foule en permanence ! Le personnel était très chaleureux et pro. Nous avons eu une fuite du toit dans notre chambre suite à une forte pluie mais les réparations ont été faites tout de suite (sous la pluie les pauvres !) et ils nous ont offert un cocktail au bar pour nous faire patienter pendant ce temps. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant que nous avons essayé un midi était bon. Les massages balinais étaient très agréables, du coup j'en ai fait plusieurs. Les chambres étaient préparées pour la nuit (tous les rideaux tirés etc), très agréable.

La villa a besoin d'être rénovée (lavabos ébréchés, meubles abîmés, miroirs tâchés...) mais cela n'est pas non plus rédhibitoire, cela donne un petit charme ancien à cette villa balinaise. Le wifi ne marchait plus très bien à la fin du séjour après la forte pluie, cela n'a pas pu être réparé malgré leurs efforts. Le petit déjeuner inclus consiste à choisir un plat dans la carte. Du coup c'est soit omelette, soit pancakes, soit pains et viennoiseries, soit fruits (chaque plat étant très copieux), mais pas un mix d'un petit peu de tout, c'est très frustrant ! Nous étions 4 donc nous prenions un plat de chaque et partagions, mais tout le monde ne peut pas faire ainsi.

The cleanliness of some items in our room like the insects curtains were very dirty and not in good shapes.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional staff at this resort. I have never had such attentiveness at a stay in all my travels. Staff are always friendly and smiling, it really brightens the day. From arranging all transfers, the amazing food at the restaurant, room cleaning first thing in the morning while having breakfast…it all made for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Ubud area.

Ubud traffic can be kind of crazy, but the resort is only a 20 minute walk to the centre. There is a twice daily shuttle, but often just walking is the more convenient option.

Ein tolles kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, das dem Gast jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Unsere Villa war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage war auch super. Zwei Mal am Tag gab es einen gratis Transfer ins Zentrum von Ubud, man konnte aber auch laufen. Fas Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man konnte aus einer Speisekarte pro Person ein Gericht auswählen.da wir zu fünft waren, hatten wir immer eine sehr große Auswahl. Das Frühstück konnte man im Restaurant zu sich nehmen oder für eine Gebühr von 100k aufs Zimmer liefern lassen, was wir häufig genutzt haben. Auch ein floating breakfast ist gegen Gebühr möglich

Arya en zijn team waren echt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze laten je er echt thuis voelen. Onze villa zeer mooi, ruim en verzorgd. Fijne locatie, weg van de drukte maar toch dichtbij het centrum.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Luwak Ubud Villa in the Jungle Suite. The team were attentive throughout, with a special mention to Arya, who went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy. He had a wonderful manner with the children and really helped make our stay memorable. We stayed in the three-bedroom villa with a private pool, which was a fantastic space to relax. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Balinese barbecue evening, with traditional dance performances showcasing local culture and talent. Overall, we came away very impressed and would happily recommend it.

Our only minor criticism was that the private pool was a little on the cold side and the odd powercut. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay and very little to complain about.

Wir hatten eine Familienvilla. Diese war stark Sanierungsbedürftig. Kaputtes Parkett, fleckige Wände und eine Menge kleiner Tiere. Bei den Fenster und Türrahmen konnte man durch schauen. Eine Einladung für Insekten. Wie die anderen Villen aussahen können wir nicht beurteilen . Wir können dem Management nur raten dringend etwas zu ändern.

This place is a great choice for someone after privacy and a peaceful escape into nature.it has a private pool and offers relaxing atmosphere .

it may not be the best option for families with young children, as we notice several burn worms around property, and a frog under the bed and hearing it while on bed was very disturbing. Also it require better cleaning and maintenance.

The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, the villas were beautiful and we had so much space.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

We had a very relaxing stay at the end of our trip. The staff were all so accommodating and the included breakfast was a bonus. We enjoyed plenty of in room meals which was always delivered super fast and never a fuss. Our rooms were cleaned so well every morning at a time that suited us. I want to give an extra shout out to Arya who made our stay complete with his amazing service and friendly smile. We felt so well looked after.

Few more bugs and ants than Seminyak being in the mountains. One bathroom did back onto the busy road with a large wall but it is Bali after all. Never felt unsafe in our villa.

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Dîner exceptionnel La masseuse de l’hôtel était très compétente et agréable.

Deux grands inconvénients à cet hôtel: -bruits tout au long de la journée: scooters des 2 routes avoisinantes, gecko qui chante toute la nuit, bruits du personnel dès 7h du matin (puisque ma salle d’eau était juste à côté du restaurant et non couverte) -petit déjeuner très limité: choix que d’un seul plat par personne qui n’est pas suffisant mais le manager a pris en compte de ma remarque et m’a permis de prendre une assiette de plus pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Such a beautiful hotel! I stayed in the room that faces the jungle, the view is breathtaking. The rooms are very stylish, spacious and beautiful. The staff are super friendly, always went above and beyond to anticipate and accommodate my needs.

整体感觉很阴，点心罐里有蚂蚁在爬，设施有些成旧，卫生不算太好，马桶感觉很旧，淋浴看起来也并不舒服。泳池看起来也不是很干净，最诡异的是，除了进来的大门，服务员从另外一个楼梯走进别墅的院子送饮料，感觉很没有安全感。看到房子以后孩子们完全不愿意住在这里，哪怕凑合一晚，我只能损失两晚酒店费用，带着孩子们见到另一家酒店。

环境非常好，酒店员工都很热情，我和我父母在这度过了非常开心的3天。早餐的炒面非常好吃😋

蚊子有点多，但因为周围植被和水池较多的原因可能无法避免

Очень скользко в ванных комнатах, когда идет дождь, то есть каждый день в Убуде дожди. Стекает с крыши. Холодильник с муравьями, работает только морозильник. Персонал приходил убираться, сидел над душой, я попросила 10 минут, а они заходят. У зоны бассейна нет лежаков, непонятно поплавал и где релаксировать. То есть какие-то небольшие минусы, некритично, но картинка складывается менее привлекательная)

Villa exceptionnelle, immense, très bien équipée: salon, cuisine, 2 chambres spacieuses avec salles de bains, jardin et piscine privée très bien entretenus. Petits-déjeuners délicieux et variés à la carte. Massage balinais relaxant. Personnel charmant et disponible. 25min de marche pour arriver au centre d'Ubud, navette de l'hôtel possible pour l'aller, payante pour le retour (nous ne l'avons pas utilisée)

Mouse Poo under the pillows, dirty pool, bath seal broken and shower was broken, far away from everything so no one would deliver, WiFi didn't work, bed was hard and everything did not look like the pictures

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Aufteilung und der Pool sind wunderschön. Man hat sein eigenes kleines Reich das komplett abgeschirmt ist von anderen Gästen. Das essen im Restaurant war gut die Preise waren ok. Service vor Ort war Super selbst ein Shuttle Service wird angeboten.

Ubud ist eine sehr geschäftige Ortschaft auf Bali. Daher das einzige Punkt der leider negativ in dieser Unterkunft ist, ist die Lärmbelästigung Tagsüber durch den Verkehr - nach meiner Einschätzung ist das aber nicht von Gastgeber beeinflussbar noch lässt es sich in Ubud vermeiden. Wir hätten uns aber gefreut wenn mehr Geschirr und Besteck in Zimmer Verfügbar gewesen wäre. Gab kein Set für 4 Gäste.

The friendly staff were so professional and welcoming. The villa was beautiful and so spacious, perfect for a family with easy access to the restaurant.

There were too many different keys to open front doors and gates. One master key would be great.

The staff was amazing, super helpful especially with all our request with our baby (16 months old). The food was nice, traditional Balinese food which we love. The Spa was also very nice, we loved the hot stone massage.

Need maintenance, a bit run down, water came in from the roof with the heavy rain, aircon was not working in one of the rooms

The hotel was stylish and the room was lovely. Lots of space and cool to look out to the jungle. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive.

Very slippery paths to the rooms. Do not replenish tea or coffee and wouldn’t give us anymore when we asked even though we had paid the same for 3 night so don’t see why we shouldn’t get team and coffee every night. No water in our room on the last day.

They took super well care of us. The staff decorated our bed for our arrival and we had a great stay with them. The hotel is not in the busy center, so the area is quiet and perfect if you plan on moving around with scooter like we did.

The villa was beautiful and private. The staff, especially Arya, were genuinely kind, friendly and helpful.

What a great choice we made to book our anniversary stay in this villa where Luwak made sure our stay was very special and celebrated. They did an out of this world setup on the bed and also flower arrangement in the jacuzzi for our anniversary…we cried tears of joy ❤️‍🔥. Aryan and Manik were especially very welcoming and supportive and always answered all our questions with soo much grace and smiles. This is a 100/10 place, way above and beyond as the villa itself is generously sized and very comfortable and stylish giving a true feel of the Bali culture with Bamboo, wood and baru colors. .

Everything g was amazing, just wish there was a door inside the living room for access to the second bedroom to make it easier to connect with our son.

We had great time in Luwak Ubud villa. Beautiful place, not very far from the center but far enough to escape the noise. Delicious breakfast and amazing ladies in the spa. I would highly recommend!

The three bedroom villa was huge! Plenty of room, clean, comfortable villas. The pool was lovely and got plenty of use by our three kids. The included breakfast was delicious and set us up for a good day exploring, adventuring or just enjoying the villa. We liked that the villa was away from the busy Ubud centre and that there was a convenience store opposite the villa for snacks and other necessities. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Arya who went out of his way to ensure we had the best stay, organising transfers, tours and anything we needed - thank you Arya! We did not want to return home - but hopefully we will be back to enjoy the villas again. A memorable holiday.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, from the private pool and comfortable beds to the excellent facilities. The restaurant served amazing food, and the cocktails were fantastic. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Arya, Agung, and Dodi, who made our trip extra special with their advice, great conversations, and constant smiles. Their local knowledge helped us plan our days and make the most of our time. Having a personal driver when needed made everything so easy and seamless. The air-conditioning was also a lifesaver after long days in the sun. The location was perfect, close enough to the town but far enough that traffic wasn’t an issue when trying to sleep. The traffic going into town at peak did add extra time however with a scooter this can be beat. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back!

The property is stunning, and you feel like you're living in a forest. The bed and bedroom was extremely comfortable and air conditioned. The pool was beautiful. The servicestaff was very friendly and helpful.

We didn't get our free 15 minute massage and every time we asked reception, they had some excuse (although the resort was empty). The view from the hotel pool (not the private one) was a road, kind of spoiling it. The resort breakfast was a bit limited but still delicious.

The staff's service attitude made us feel very warm and they often asked about our needs. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. Laundry service is available (charges apply)

Although the pictures looked very clean and tidy, after actually staying there, I noticed the room's appliances showed signs of age, with a hint of dust in the corners, giving it a worn-out feel. The sofa in the living room also felt itchy, suggesting dust mites. I recommend using a vacuum cleaner to thoroughly clean it. The bamboo weaving on the poolside lounge chairs was a bit worn, so I'd recommend replacing it. The tiles had a lot of marks—I don't know what they looked like, but they looked very dirty. I recommend buying a high-pressure water gun to clean them.

My wife and I went for our honeymoon, the property was beautiful, very spacious, the views were amazing. From the moment we stepped on the property, the staff was phenomenal, especially Aria. Aria was an amazing host, he was extremely friendly and never made our requests feel like they were too much, he was more then happy to great us every morning and make sure our stay in Bali was exquisite, he helped us schedule activities at very low rates, and put together an amazing barbecue night, introducing us to the food and culture of Indonesia. The food at the villa was delicious, and made with love. My wife and I felt very welcomed and Aria helped us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was beautiful with a private pool. The staff made sure our room was clean every morning upon leaving our villa. We booked a 2 hour couples massage, afterwards we felt very refreshed and the staff were very attentive. We will recommend this property to everyone traveling in the area.

The hotel is breathtaking, with a stunning pool area and balcony overlooking the river and wilderness, which they walked us through to our room. The room was stunning, spacious and a cute little balcony - peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they couldn’t have done enough to ensure our visit was special, providing helpful services and recommendations.

Love that there was a restaurant that did breakfast, lunch and dinner. That was the main reason I booked as I had no idea what was in Ubud. First time in Ubud and Bali in general. Rooms and deco were fantastic. Staff were also fantastic and always happy to help.

Ran out of water one night while washing my hair and wasn’t fixed until the morning. Linen was a little bit dirty. Was also a little worried about cliff. The walk to and from the room. Also if the foundations were stable as the staff building on the opposite side didn’t look stable. I’m not sure how it happened but I closed the outside balcony door so that the mosquitoes wouldn’t go inside while getting my washing and got locked out on the balcony for 1hr 30min at about 10:30pm at tonight. I had left my phone and everything inside. I was yelling for help until someone in the room below me heard. A little scary as I was travelling alone, and the hotel is a little far away from reception and all other buildings. It also seemed quiet like there weren’t many people staying at the time that I was there. It might be worth putting a duress alarm on the balconies or similar. I thought I was going to be sleeping out there and no one would find me until housekeeping came in the next morning. I was meant to check out the next day but needed to leave early to catch a ferry.

Small but boutique resort, fantastic in-house restaurant, delicious breakfasts overlooking the beautiful communal pool. Our villa was spacious, with a super comfy bed and gorgeous private pool to cool off after sightseeing and shopping. The most incredible bathroom, and fab outdoor lounge area. Arya the manager was so full of personality and the epitome of professional hospitality, whilst making us feel part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for Arya and his team. We even had a Balinese dancers one night with a seafood BBQ dinner. Shuttle into centre quick and easy or just $5 to get dropped off any other time.

Luwak Estate was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left it was just awesome. We were welcomed with nice cold drinks after a late arrival n car trip. The rooms were very clean and the staff made us feel welcomed. Each day our room was cleaned beautifully. My family of 5 loved it here and we will definitely be back. Thank you Luwak Estate for your wonderful staff and accommodation. A++++

Manque de sécurité manque d intimite alors que nous avions une villa . Tout le monde pouvez rentrer comme il le souhaitez porte d entree avec aucune fonction. Frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas linge de sdb tacher . Aucune intimité pour les toiilette et sdb . Au tour de la maison debri et salete. Cuisine sans aucun + pas de cafe pas de the rien . Piscine froide . Pommeau de douche casser .rien es entretenu correctement c'est juste su superficiel . Pdj compris mais pas cafe au lait ... tu na pas le choix sois cafe noir soit rien du tt . Cest dommage 400 e deux nuit cest vraiment exagerer je ne recommande pas du tout

Estaban haciendo obras y no tuvimos agua unas 3 veces en tres días, lo solucionaron enseguida, tampoco me gustó el acceso al hotel ya que hay coches del hotel aparcados y para entrar tenías obstáculos de la bonita entrada.

The villa itself was much bigger than expected. It was absolutely gorgeous.

The property had all we needed and more. First time we visited Bali and were welcomed with the hospitality you can only dream of. The Villa was out of this world. Each family member had their own room and everything was so open and refreshing. The staff (Especially Arya) went out of his way to accommodate us. He booked tours for us and was always available to arrange transport or whatever we needed. When we visit Bali again, this place will definitely be on our list of stays! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Literally nothing!

The three bedroom villa is located on street level, backing to a busy road. Even late at night you can still hear motorcycles passing. There is a rattling sound from the window in the 3rd bedroom as well from the vibration of the air conditioning. Just make sure to bring ear plug if you are staying in the 3 bedroom villa. The villa is clean, but bedding, linen, especially pillows definitely need updating. There is a persistent musky smell on the bedding, and unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. I have informed the front desk, and resorted to use extra towels to cover the pillows. There is no water dispenser in the villa, and no cutlery provided in the kitchen too. We did request to the restaurant which were provided promptly, but it’ll be good to provide some basic cutlery in the kitchen. Staffs, food (restaurant), and massage were excellent.

The villa’s are close to Ubud Centre ( Ubud palace / Art Market ) and they offer transport to the city centre. The three bedroom villa was very spacious, easily accommodating six people - great for a family ! The kitchen facilities are all there, great for in room dining - you can cook yourself, order room service or even order take out via Grab / Gojek ). The beds are comfortable, the pillows are devine ( I wish I could have kept one ! ) and omg the towels are so soft - even the pool towels. The private pool is beautiful and relaxing - my favourite place in the villa, pool chair and a book, there was nothing better ! And, the food at the restaurant was plentiful and very delicious - the beef burger was next level and our son ( 14 years old ) loved the pizza’s and pasta. The breakfast included was delicious, and the eggs cooked to order were perfect every time, try the vegetable omelet - it’s so good ! And, then there’s the staff - what can we say, they are more than friendly, they treat you like family. From the welcoming reception staff, to the restaurant staff, to the room attendants and maintenance staff, Ari and his team are there to make sure your stay is as relaxing … or as adventurous as you want. We wanted a relaxing stay at the villa’s and it was exactly what we had - a great villa, amazing staff who genuinely want to make your stay enjoyable, delicious food and a great pool - we can’t wait to be back ! Thank you Ari and your wonderful team, it was because of you our stay was more than we hoped for !

The showers were outside, which we loved with fish in the pond around the bath ( so peaceful and enjoyable to watch ) but the water pressure was a bit hit and miss and we had to call reception a couple of times to get it fixed … but when it was fixed, omg - it was absolutely devine ! Exactly what you hope for with an outside shower - so peaceful and relaxing !
