La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. La cocina es completa e impecable. Además, las bicicletas nos permitieron recorrer y disfrutar parte de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas muy cómodas y el baño también muy confortable. Francisco siempre estuvo muy atento y fue muy gentil con nosotros. ¡Un 10 de 10! Sin duda, volveríamos. Lo acogedor que es, la ubicación ya que está muy cerquita de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes. Parada de autobús que te deja en el centro. La casa está súper completa.

Der Empfang war schon sehr nett und die Lage von dem Haus ideal. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötig. Der Supermarkt gegenüber war ideal und ja auch jeden Tag lange geöffnet. Die Fahrräder waren bestens und ideal um nach Palma Stadt zu fahren. Ich kann nichts negatives über die Wohnung sagen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Lage ist super, bis zum Strand sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, für die Fahrt in die Innenstadt von Palma kann man den Bus nehmen oder etwas 25 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Toll war auch, dass der Gastgeber Getränke bereit gestellt hatte. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und abends dort gesessen. Das war toll. Alles war sehr sauber,gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Die Fahrräder waren sehr unbequem, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Ottimo appartamento su 2 piani, molto pulito, ho cucinato e c'era di tutto per la pulizia e per la cucina. C'è anche la lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice. ampi parcheggi gratuiti sulla strada a pochi metri dalla casa. Ci sono anche delle biciclette per arrivare in pochi minuti al porto di Palma (2,8 km). Esiste una pista ciclabile dalla casa al porto, è perfetto per andare in centro senza macchina. Chiavi consegnate direttamente dal proprietario. Dovrebbe insegnare ad altri proprietari come gestire una casa vacanza. E' veramente il top anche se non è proprio nuova

Se devo trovare un difetto, tutte le biciclette sono con la luce non funzionante o con le batterie scariche. Per fortuna che c'è la pista ciclabile per andare in centro

Було все продумано до найменших деталей. На кухні всі прилади, праска, фен… Навіть крем від засмаги. Велосипеди це окрема насолода, ми змогли їхати навіть на пляжі які знаходяться далі від помешкання і звичайно ж центр Пальми в 10 хвилинах на великах .

Ми вже пізніше побачили 2 камери спостереження, дуже сподіваюсь, що вони були вимкнені)))

Having stayed in various apartments in Europe this was by far the best yet. Not an apartment as such but a lovely house with large kitchen, lounge and downstairs toilet downstairs and three bedrooms and a huge bathroom upstairs. Good storage in all the bedrooms, comfy beds and good quality towels. The outside terrace was lovely and there is an outbuilding with washing machine and tumble dryer. So well equipped and so much provided - several large bottles of water, dishwasher tablets, cooking oils and spices, books left by other travellers, bikes, umbrellas, beach towels and chairs. The host, Xisco, was lovely and collected us in his car when the airport taxi left us in the wrong location without us realising. He was quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay. The location was great for us - a large supermarket directly across the road, few minutes walk from the small marina which was pretty and 10 minute stroll to Platja de Can Pere Antoni beach which had two sunbeds and a parasol for 19 euros, toilets and several restaurants and an ice cream café behind it. Palma was a 35 minute walk to the cathedral or we got a bus from the end of our road for 2 euros each. We liked being out of the city but within easy reach. As a residential area it was nice and quiet in the evenings too. Our favourite day out was the old train to Soller and the tram up to the Port of Soller which was beautiful. We had a lovely and reasonably priced meal at Enco, just around the corner from the apartment and would have liked to try Las Palmeras on the corner but it was closed for most of our stay. We found other menus nearby quite pricey. Honestly cannot recommend this apartment enough - plenty of space for a family. Thank you for a lovely stay Xisco.

Fan and coffee machine broken

Lovely house with a nice garden, full equipment, we got everything we needed. Location is excellent, in a quiet area. We reached the centre by bikes in 10. min. Beaches are in 5 min, super market just in 20 sec. All together, I would absolutely recommend.

Double bed is very squeaky, towel rack rosty. Only a few plugs! Mosquitos in the night. The apartment would need some renovation.

Fab location. Supermarket across the road. Bus stop less than 100m to and from Palma town or a 15 minute walk. 5 mins from the beach, some fab restaurants and bars. The house itself has a kingsize bed, plus 2 bedrooms with twin beds, fully air conditioned, bikes to use, kitchen with everything you’d need, a big lounge with TV and Wi-Fi.

There were 6 bikes and only 2 worked (with a bit of tweaking). It could possibly do with a info file about the location, stating markets, nearby shops, pharmacy, which buses (as you can’t use cards on the local EMT buses).
