Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Pésima experiencia: robos en la habitación y total desprotección de la gerencia Mi estancia en este hotel fue nefasta. El 14 de agosto, fuimos víctimas del robo de una cadena de oro en nuestra habitación mientras estábamos en un tour. Ese mismo día, otro huésped sufrió el robo de un anillo de oro. Al averiguar, supimos que la persona encargada de la limpieza llevaba apenas una semana trabajando en el lugar. Lo más grave fue la actitud y la falta de colaboración de la gerencia: Atención grosera y nula ayuda: El gerente se negó a colaborar en todo momento. Para radicar la denuncia formal en la DICRIM, la Policía de Turismo (POLITOUR) exige la presencia del personal del hotel, y ellos se negaron a acompañarnos o facilitar el trámite. Cobros abusivos y represalias: Me cobraron $79 USD adicionales por la estancia de mi amiga sin incluir ningún tipo de servicio o suplemento. Tras reportar el robo, el trato empeoró drásticamente: dejaron de limpiar la habitación e incluso se negaron a suministrarnos papel higiénico. No se dejen llevar por las opiniones positivas ni por la categoría del hotel. La atención es deplorable y no hay garantías de seguridad. Consejo para futuros huéspedes: No lleven ningún objeto de valor y piensen dos veces antes de hospedarse aquí.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026I loved how modern, clean and spacious the property was. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. I also really enjoyed the pools, the overall aesthetic of the property and the convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping team were excellent — our room was always clean and well maintained. Gabriel at the front desk was also incredibly helpful. He gave us great suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. The staff were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Apesar de ter cozinha, os utensílios eram pouquíssimos, não tinha uma panela de tamanho suficiente para fazer um macarrão… fui pedir na recepção e o funcionário falou que eu teria que comprar uma panela

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Precioso. Tan bien decorado, no le falta ni un detalle. Los recepcionistas fueron un amor. Especial gracias a Ivonne, que incluso nos ayudó con el transporte a nuestra salida. Nuestra habitación era gigante, cómoda, moderna y con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Plancha, lavadora, utensilios de cocina. Todo muy limpio. Las piscinas muy bonitas y limpias también. Éramos 3 chicas y nos sentimos seguras en todo momento.

Die Fenster waren nicht so gut gedämmt und es war ziemlich hellhörig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach zwischen den Resort-Anlagen. Fußgängig lässt sich da kaum was machen.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026This hotel is one of the closest to the airport, but still in Punta Cana. Most units have a kitchen, so the grocery store 2 minutes away is very convenient. Restaurant, Pizzeria, and Cafe on site.
The only downsides are that they do not accept American Express, and if you stay in the F suites, they back onto the main road and it can be very noisy

Los dptos tienen todas las comodidades para cocinar y lavar ropa si es necesario. En el mismo complejo hay un restaurante/bar donde te sirven el desayuno, muy bueno y completo, nosotros también cenamos en el lugar y un ambiente excelente y la cómoda y tragos riquisimos.
Está ubicado cómo para moverse en auto. En plena ruta y un poco lejos de la playa.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Es precioso el sitio, el personal súper amable como todo el mundo en República Dominicana. La habitación súper grande la cama xxl súper cómoda, el aire acondicionado que nos salvó la vida y tener el Súper Lama al lado era un puntazo.
Lo menos que me gustó es que para ir a la playa al ser la mayoría privadas era muy complicado y no es viable ir caminando, ya que la única carretera que vimos para ir no tenía acera y pasaban muchos coches de trabajadores. No hay problema porque tienes mil maneras de transporte a buen precio. Por lo demás todo genial

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The staff is amazing and very helpful. The restaurant next-door to the hotel has the best food. I love that it was within walking distance maybe 100 feet from the hotel. We went there for lunch and dinner, that’s how good the food was.
The location is very close to the street. The noise from outside wakes you up in the morning. You can hear the cars going by and horns honking.

The fire alarm went off every day, nothing really was done about it. Got locked out and couldnt get back in. Code was not working. Staff hardly speaks english, the safe didnt work and they had us waiting 50min to fix it.

Staff needs to be trained ASAP . When I arrived to do the checkin 2 guys talking to each other instead of taking g care of the client. When I got my room the TV control didn't work and we informed it at the front desk telling us we need to wait x maintenance person, so weird, nobody went to che k that so at night 9:15 I had to very upset what happened, meaning the full day with NO TV. It's incredible that the issue was resolved in less than 5 min when one person change the remote.Seems funny but at the same time you can observe the inexperienced personnel in charge at that moment. Looks more than ARBMB than a hotel, never ask if we need the room to be cleaned or taking off the garbage, etc, etc.

We stayed at this hotel in Punta Cana for three days, expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately it fell far below that standard. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room facing the road, advertised as soundproof. This was not the case at all—traffic noise was clearly audible, and early in the morning, construction work began at 7:30 a.m., making it impossible to rest. In a 5-star hotel, soundproofing should be effective and any potential disturbance—such as nearby construction—should either be communicated in advance or avoided entirely through proper room allocation. Additionally, the room was missing towels and the safe was not working. While the towels were delivered after about an hour, the safe remained unusable throughout the stay. Basic amenities should be fully functional and checked before guest arrival. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options and served in a restaurant outside the hotel. At a 5-star level, guests expect a rich, varied breakfast offering, ideally on-site, with both buffet and à la carte options. Even more surprising, we were asked to pay an additional $3 just for a small amount of milk in the coffee—something that should unquestionably be included and never treated as an extra charge in a hotel of this category. After raising our concerns, we were moved to another room. While it was quieter, it was again missing essential amenities: there was no hairdryer, and the safe was still not working. We only received the hairdryer at 9 PM on our last night, after requesting it multiple times over two days. In a true 5-star hotel, such requests are handled within minutes, not days. Furthermore, the room was never cleaned during our stay. Daily housekeeping is a fundamental standard in any luxury hotel, often including even twice-daily service. The checkout process was also extremely frustrating.

The place is a bit far from the beach, about a 10-minute taxi ride (600 DOP each way). The reception staff were slow, and I didn’t like that the price shown on Booking.com is not what you actually end up paying upon arrival, which I found very unusual given my extensive travel experience. Because of this the receptionist had to pretty much go through this process to every new customer that came in, hence why the service was slow. This happened also with another hotel in DR.

Although the hotel and facilities were nice, it's not super close to the beach. It's around 20 minutes walking. It's not bad, however, the road to go to the beach is not nice, there are no lights, the road is very bad and it doesn't look safe. We had to take a taxi to go and get back from dinner. It's not related to the hotel, it should be government structure to improve the beach and place for tourists and locals.

The one-bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations it had such a modern, stylish feel that made it instantly comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was beautifully designed, fully equipped, and perfect whether you want to cook or just enjoy the space. One of my favorite features was the lighting. It was truly perfect great for taking pictures and especially ideal for doing makeup, which made getting ready feel like a luxury experience. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. On top of that, the service was top-tier. The staff was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was smooth throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Punta Cana, you won’t be disappointed.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, avisamos y vino un señor de mantenimiento que la verdad no sabía. Decía que funcionaba y se retiró, el aire no andaba y marcaba error. Al final pedimos cambio de habitación y ahí si estuvimos bien.
