Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

Excellent room with runway view. Excellent customer service at bar and restaurant especially from Deepti and John. Staff were very knowledgeable about airport transfers and costs

I experienced several significant issues during my stay that caused major inconvenience and unexpected expense. There appears to be confusion regarding your multiple locations, and after paying for a shuttle to one of them, I was then required to pay an additional $35 for a taxi to reach the correct property. Once in the room, there were no accessible electrical outlets available for charging my phone. I contacted the front desk and was advised to use the USB port while keeping the television on; however, this solution did not work, and my phone continued to lose power. Because my phone battery was critically low, I requested a wake-up call at 6:00 a.m. to ensure I would not miss my flight. Unfortunately, no wake-up call was placed, and attempts to use the hotel phone were unsuccessful as the phones were not functioning properly. As a result, I missed my flight and incurred substantial additional travel expenses. This experience caused incredible stress and financial loss, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of basic services and communication during my stay.

I had a great stay at the Premier Inn, LHR T4. So convenient for the Terminal with a covered walkway between the terminal and the hotel. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed and good eating options too. Will definitely stay again next time I’m flying out from T4!

Stayed at lots of Premier Inns but this one is up there with the best. Every member of staff I spoke to could not be friendlier or more helpful. From reception, to breakfast, to check out. The room was spotless and super quiet despite being on the runway side of the building. So easy to get to and from Terminal 4 via a covered walkway. The best PI I have stayed in and the blueprint as far as I am concerned.

Had a very comfortable stay before my flight. At the evening meal I was served by the beautiful Deepti she was friendly, helpful extremely hardworking. All her customers had her full attention she went above and beyond!

The hotel and rooms are nice, spacious and modern. Very welcoming atmostphere from when you arrive. Convenient location to LHR T4 - just a 10 min walk away. Very clean rooms The food at the restaurant was very good. But what made it really outstanding was Deepti - she is one of the bubbliest, warmest people I've met. Her service was attentive and enthusiastic - she really took care of us, and all of the other patrons in her sector. Overall excellent service and value for money. Thank you!

Deeph was a bright star, welcoming from the start and giving amazing service. food was amazing, never went with out a drink.

Just along the walkway from Terminal 4 its an excellent location. I paid £109 for 2 people for 1 night with their meal deal dinner & breakfast the next day. The staff were fantastic. Very attentive & helpful. They even charged up my phone for me in their office. There is a nice bar area & a Costa coffee. Very comfortable bed, very clean great food.

I stay at this hotel fairly frequently and highly recommend it, has everything you need. The food in the restraunt is nice and good value and the rooms are always clean. Very easy short walk to the Airport and then transfer to which terminal you need.

Pro's - Ideal location if arriving from tunnel linked from the terminal itself. Staff very welcoming, friendly, polite and efficient despite how busy it was. Very good breakfast selection on offer. Con's - if arriving by car/being dropped off, entrance confusing - need to walk down the car ramp to the directions to reception in the car park. Rooms look tired. Tea/coffee in room minimal, so need to keep going to reception to obtain more. No decaff tea options available. Water from basin (used to make the tea) tasted reboiled all the time, not nice. No porridge on offer at breakfast.

This is now my go to LHR hotels regardless of which terminal I’m flying from. Easy to get dropped off by car and 20mins free parking to do so. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a nice restaurant- the pizza was soooo good! Always had early flights so never made it to breakfast yet. Short walk to T4 directly from the hotel via covered walkways and then Elizabeth line train to other terminals if needed.

Excellent hotel, a few minutes under a covered walkway straight into the hotel. The room was nice, the food was nice and the staff were brilliant, especially Valeriano, who serves us for dinner. Brilliant stop over if going to terminal 4. Jackie Hull

Always stay in premier plus room. Noticed nesspresso Coffee pods have changed to no name copies and the green and black mini chocolate bars have also changed to a brand I've never heard of so I think they're starting to cut corners. That said the meal in the restaurant was extremely good, the room is always spot on and the service and staff are very good. If they could just manage to stop the aircon from cutting out so I didn't have to phone reception repeatedly for them to reset at reception which seems to happen nearly every time I stay it would definitely be a 5 star.

I missed my flight so needed a decent place to stay the night. I found this fast on Trivago I was way better than expected. Go the great full breakfast.

Visited before a flight for food in the evening. Chose premier inn even tho we were not staying there due to decent vegan options. Great service in the restaurant from Bikas thanks so much

The hotel was straight forward to find using Google maps. We had a room overlooking the runway which was interesting. The windows were well insulated so there was no disturbance from the aircraft taking off. The room was fine, comfy bed, clean bathroom tea and coffee with kettle. The room was clean, pleasant decor and space for luggage. The value for money is good when you compare it to most of the other hotels we looked at. Although we didn't eat, the restaurant and menu looked good and the prices reasonable. We did use the Starbucks on site. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would book again if we had to fly from Heathrow early on.

The Staff at this Premier Inn are absolutely amazing, as was the dinner. We would definitely recommend staying at this Premier Inn & look forward to staying there again in the future.

Deepti at the bar is a lovely lady, very hospitable, I turned to leave as I saw "restaurant closed" and she was very perceptive even as she was already serving a customer and offered me a menu. Even as I ate my meal she was conversing with customer. Very charismatic and intuitive lovely lady.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff

The room was quiet. Terminal 4 is quite a walk from the motel. You walk through a structure similar to a jet bridge. Grab a cart for your bags. The room was clean. Bathroom was very high from the floor. No fridge or microwave. Coffee/tea station available as well as a blow dryer. TV options were okay.

Not too far from airport, the staff was really nice and very helpful. My uber was easy to find when i needed a ride and the room was really nice and clean.

This was surprisingly great quality for the location and price. Walkable from terminal 4, great dining and bar options plus the staff were fantastic

Staff in the restaurant were very accommodating by getting us food as the restaurant had just closed and we were starving.

Staff very friendly and breakfast options excellent. For us the best thing was being able to walk from Terminal 4 to the hotel. Admittedly a brisk 10 minute, but very convenient. Room was wonderfully quiet

Perfect for an overnight stay at Heathrow

Very fast and easy check-in. Loved that it was connected to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway. When we arrived, it seemed like our request for a baby crib wasn't included in the booking, but they delivered a pack and play within 15 minutes and set it up for us (even though it was 11pm!!). Great place to stay for a night. Not much character, but it's clean and comfy.

Charge for checking one hour earlier was not appreciated

Improve restaurant service

THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED EVEN THOUGH WE REQUESTED IT SEVERAL TIMES. THEY JUST KEPT OFFERING FREE BREAKFAST WHICH WE DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR. STAFF especially Alex (manager) was very rude and combative.

Excellent value for an airport hotel connected to terminal 4. Easy to get to terminal 2 via the free Elizabeth Line. I had an enjoyable dinner at the restaurant on site. The room was well appointed and clean except for a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door from the previous guest. There was a long line for check in at 3:00 pm but it moved fairly quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Dirty & run down. The carpets in the hallways & room stained. The hotel room smelled musty. Bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel needs a complete renovation. Even the coffee machine at breakfast was putting out luke warm coffee. The reception staff were nice & helpful but the restaurant staff were lacking in service and were not friendly at all.

A comfortable hotel we have often used to overnight prior to flights to Canada.

Staff was great at answering questions. Hotel hoppa missed the time we were aiming for. Did not appreciate having to pay for a taxi on top of the hotel hoppa.

It was nice that this was connected to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very quiet and clean room. We were in a ‘superior room and found the bed comfortable. Wifi was tricky to start with but OK once the link with the ‘ultimate wifi’ code arrived by email.

Our only wish is that there was some help going between the hotel and terminal four on the walkway like wheelchairs or a conveyor belt. I'll be back.

Lovely staff and both dinner and breakfast were splendid. Our waitress Deepti was wonderful. The Accessible shower flooded the whole bathroom so I had to request extra towels to mop it up before my husband on crutches could safely use the facilities. Maybe a mop squeegee could be left by the shower. There's no shuttle to terminal 2; take a taxi.

Easy walk from Heathrow Terminal 4. Very strict about 3:00pm check in. To check in early £15 charge. Plenty of space to sit and wait for 3:00pm but then a line of people waiting to check in.

The room itself was fine. Handicap room but that’s what they put on Expedia. Frustrated that the booking said a bottle of water in the room which wasn’t immediately apparent but there were 2 bottles in the fridge. I drank 1 and then was billed $7.50 a few days later. Hate being nickel and dimed.

I loved the restaurant's, everything was delicious, everything smelled delicious. We ate dinner at Thyme and I really enjoyed it. The service was excellent

Short way to go airport.

Property does not have the room we paid for (2+2 beds- quadra). Property manager Alex was stubborn - he assigned to me 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed. Refused to assign 1double + 2 sofa.

It was close to airport. The room was clean but there was a heavy smell of disinfectant in the room. Staff were adequate.

The rooms we booked were not available when we arrived. Two of our guests had to share a bed. This is unacceptable.

Easy check in and clean, comfortable room, though the furniture was a bit shabby. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. I would stay again.

I stayed at Premier Inn for 2 nights in early September for bthe beginning then end of my stay in the UK. The first night, I was greeted warmly by staff at the front desk and was happy with room I was given. On my last night I arrived approx 15 minutes before the 3pm check in. As I approached the front desk I was met by a staff member who told me that

Personally, I felt this hotel was not clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel had very limited food options.

When we arrived we were appalled to see the Kiosk check-in after arriving exhausted from our trip. Thankfully, there was staff there to quickly assist. BUT when we got to our room, we discovered the WiFi was very weak. I called the desk to ask about it and she informed me that the free WiFi was only good for texting and we'd have to come downstairs again to reception to pay $5 for the "premium" WiFi. This is ridiculous! We should have been told this at check-in, but it's also crazy to have to pay $5 for a premium. I made the trip downstairs to pay the $5. When I got back to the room, the internet was no better. I had to go back to the lobby where the Wi-Fi was stronger.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out process!

I have stayed at this hotel before and was very good but my stay on Tuesday 23rd September was not good at all.I was given a room as if I am in a nursing care home with bathroom smelling of urine.Shower water was stagnant.No refrigerator and room not clean at all.I am very disappointed.

Ideal after flight from Australia, ramp to Premier Inn, check in easy. Drop off/Pick up luggage 20mins available-bonus..Would use again.

The hotel was excellent...The staff does an outstanding job checking you in (a few had heavy accents and were difficult to understand at times) and the location is amazing....it is in Terminal 4 so taking a plane out the next day is so easy.

Good value and the restaurant was excellent. Room was basic but clean with a good bed. The tunnel from T4 to The Premier Inn and other hotels desperately needs repainting - it’s embarrassing to have non UK visitors seeing it.

The hotel is very busy, but check in and check out was quick. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the carpets throughout the hotel and room were grungy, stained, and worn. The cost of the full breakfast was reasonable.

The hotel is well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Food options are limited besides a costa coffee and restaurant onsite because it is a 30 minute walk to restaurants. The pedestrian access is terrible beyond the walkway to Terminal 4. There is really no entrance/ lobby nor pickup/drop off areas.

The entire staff was extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful. This is a very convenient hotel to Heathrow - the train takes you right to Terminal 4 & the entrance to the covered walkway that leads to the lobby. It'll be my go-to for arriving/departing international flights as I felt safe as a solo traveler and the room was clean, quiet and just what was needed.
