The service as always is superb . Radhika was lovely, nothing was too much trouble . We will definitely stay and eat here again .
It does what it says on the tin - clean rooms, comfortable bed, basic but adequate dinner. Nothing special but good value for a night before a flight
Very nice setting when you walked in. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great location for airport and the noise level was fine considering you are under the flight path. Comfortable beds.
Perfect overnight accommodation before flying out from terminal 2 next morning. We booked the premier plus room with food package and the evening meal was excellent as was the buffet breakfast the following morning. All staff are polite and courteous, and the ambiance is nice. We didn’t take the shuttle bus, but used the public service bus 105 stops right outside which goes straight to the terminals and is much cheaper! Overall highly recommended, we’d definitely stay again
Helpful and friendly staff made our stay prior to a long flight hassle and stress free . The bed was so comfortable, normally I don’t sleep well in strange places but no problem here . The breakfast was well worth it , and the cocktails we had in the evening were excellent.
Great stay night before your flight - right next door to the Purple Park and Ride, really easy and staff were great! Lovely hotel, nice bar and restaurant too! Would definitely stay again, rooms are nice and big too.
Excellent value for money. Lovely and clean. Food in the restaurant was really good. Close proximity to airport with the Hoppa shuttle bus running frequently from right outside the hotel.
Lovely hotel , like the way there’s a big entrance and walkway with bars and restaurants, gives a feel of not being in a hotel , food was good and drinks . The room was good , clean and tidy and had a good sleep, due to the comfy bed. Only bad thing was turning up and having to pay a large car park few for the car , wasn’t happy . As nothing was mentioned when booking .
Great premier inn for a night before a delight from Heathrow - friendly staff, clean hotel, lovely restaurant and bar area - would recommend
Initially informed on website that breakfast started at 6:30. As we were leaving next morning at 6:30 we passed on meal deal. However the amazing server Radhska corrected this incorrect start time and we were delighted to be able to take the meal deal after all. This needs to be corrected on site and receptionists need to be informed too. Much better start time. Thank you Radhska.
A really enjoyable experience in Premier Inn, heathrow T2T3. The staff went above and beyond anything that could be expected of them. Arfa and Leslie presented a gluten free breakfast with the utmost diligence . The best premier we stay at . Thank you Arfa, Leslie and Gary
Stayed here for a few nights prior to a holiday in Australia..great rooms and the beds are so comfortable.. good choice of meals jn bar/restaurant.. staff friendly and approachable…breakfast buffet in restaurant is excellent! Very good location and easy access to all terminals at airport…
I had booked an accessible room which was located near the font of the hotel which was great. Very lovely room, spacious , however, the couple above the room made so much noise, moving furniture, scraping things on the floor, stomping on the floor from the time myself and my hubby arrived about 5:00 pm till 01:30 am in the morning. We complained to the manager who came to the room with security several times and heard the noises himself and understood our concerns and both the manager and security spoke to the couple several times throughout the night. They apologised but they continued making noise. The manager offered to move us to another room about 11:00 pm but we felt no as we liked the room we were in and why should we move ?, if anyone should move, it should be the couple above as they acknowledged that they were making noise. The staff were as helpful as they could be but the building needs better soundproofing as you could hear every stomping footstep, dragging of suitcases, moving of furniture etc. The only other thing which is a concern is crossing the main room to get to the hotel from the bus across the road. There is NO official crossing in front or near the hotel. The nearest traffic crossing left or right to get to the other side to where the hotel is based is a good 10 min walk. As someone with a disability, it was terrible as it started to rain and walking that 10 mins to enter the hotel was awful. There is an "unofficial" crossing across the road in front of the hotel which would be a perfect but it's a real risky crossing as you have to wait until the traffic dies down and run across. I don't know how this can be managed better but it needs to be addressed that not everyone drives to the hotel and that adjustments needs to be done. The hotel itself with location to the airport by public transport is excellent- bus journey to and from is approx 10 mins and cost around £1.75 each way - compared to the airport shuttle bus which is £6.00 each way. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the food was ok, not brilliant but good. My overview is that I would definitely book the hotel again, its good value for money , location great and lovely staff. But ....need to make crossing the road from public bus stop more accessible and the soundproofing the flooring / Ceiling needs to be seriously looked into. Apart from that I would definitely recommend the hotel.
Checked in late one night, for a couple of nights, after our original accommodation was not what we expected. Room was perfect for our needs and the hotel clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant was clean and food amazing. Would recommend this place.
Within easy reach of Underground and Airport. Ideal stopover for night before a flight. Clean and quiet typical premier inn rooms with restaurant, bar and Costa Coffee on ground floor. Regular shuttle bus provides Regular transfers to terminals
It was an extremely great experience with the buffet morning breakfast the dishes were cooked perfectly and presented beautifully..we would highly say thank you for the fantastic staff Gizel .Leslie . Abdul.Gary and Sandra these staff members always welcomed us with a smile they made us very comfortable and even knew what was our favourite dish and maintained a good teamwork and hygiene..one of the best Premier Inn staff we have ever met during our stays ..We wish them with happiness and Good Wishes .
We got a really good rate for this hotel and I don’t know why I had never stayed here before. From checking in , to size of bedroom , to comfort of bed, - all was perfect. The hotel had a busy vibe downstairs, but the bedroom was very quiet. There is a phone in reception to book a taxi for the next day and all worked well.
Very convenient location. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent.
I stayed only one night, I was on my way to Canada. As soon as I reach the hotel, I was very impressed. The lady on the desk was very helpful. The room was super. The bed was very comfortable. I thought it was great value.
Great stay - all staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Re transfer bus to the airport allow 45 mins (traffic was gridlocked even at 8am Sunday) to get from hotel to terminal !!! Buses also a little irratic vs timetable - allow plenty of time!
I stayed because I had an early flight.
Accessibility to public transport
Perfectly forgettable.
LHR Airport was close by
Everything was as promised. Food was decent. Clean and modern enough
I would have appreciated proper shampoo and lotion.
Room decor not as exciting as photos, and not very clean
Great hotel, close to the airport with a bus that takes you right there. I’ve stayed at a few hotels near Heathrow and this is the only one I would go back to.
Public bus stop not far from the hotel. Easy check in / out. Great Costa onsite open ‘til 10pm. Comfy room and bed, great option for early morning flight.
Great for a night before a long flight. Comfortable room. Reasonable dinner and excellent breakfast.
No
Ok
Good choice for an overnight stay when flying from Heathrow Airport the next day. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was awesome!
Staff service is excellent. I forgot to get the name of he customer service representative because I was so stressed figuring out why I couldn’t check in online. The male receptionist approached & asked me what I needed. With his help, I was able to check in online. He was so patient trying to check us in online. He didn’t stop until my concern was resolved. Thank you very much to this young guy. Excellent customer service.
The location,bar and restaurant facilities
Hotel was OK but the upholstery needs to be cleaned desperately. The free Internet was poor. Had connectivity issues on the last couple of nights. It's a very convenient location
Was only there a short period of time, so no big remarks. Bed was comfortable.
I didn’t know about the shops until I got home I didn’t walk around just went near my gate but I was very comfortable and boarding was excellent
I enjoyed this hotel. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that it had a few dining options including a Costa Coffee bar. There were also lots of places in the lobby to relax and read. I did find the hallway carpets dated and stained and there was no small fridge in the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
Room was fine. Dining area at bar was not. Filthy floors and dirty tables had not been cleaned
Good location for Heathrow, great lobby and eating/drinking/seating areas, nice areas! Room was quiet, big, modern, only quibble would be that we had very loud walkers and small kids, we think, above us and it was pretty loud, especially at 430 AM when they must have been getting ready to go.
I had experience in the beginning. I tried to confirm an expedia booking and received push back. There wasn't an attempt to assist me frkm the start of the call... but come to find out I wasn't speakibg to someone onsite. When I arrived they were warm and welcoming. Twas a great stay.
Very convenient for Heathrow. Room was spacious clean with good bed
Did not have time to see.
It was a fantastic close to the airport stay. Comfortable be le hot flow in ng shower and very comfortable bed and pillows. Only complaint very noisy bathroom sliding door.
The hotel was close to airport. Staff were helpful.
Close to LHR and comfy beds!
Super. En todo atencion limpieza bonito Estuvimos el 26 y 27 sep/ 2025 Tranporte bueno en la puerta bus te lleva al tren muy cerca increible super gracias agradable y economico de verdad que si
Such a pleasant surprise for an airport hotel. Great bed, perfect deep bath after two weeks of crazy travel. Nice staff and 10 minutes to Heathrow. Will definitely stay here again.
Great location, spacious and clean rooms with minimal spending near London Heathrow.
Staff can do a better job in terms of communicating. Rooms are outdated . Breakfast buffet is not good at all, bad quality. Will definitely not stay here again.
Used for an overnight stay for a morning flight. Checking was quick, bed was very comfortable and we used the bus system to the airport
I think it needs shuttle transportation to airport
My wife and I stayed here so that we could be close to Heathrow for our early morning flight. Check in was effortless and our room was amazing. Bus transportation to and from the airport was available - even in the very early morning. We ate at the restaurant and have no complaints about the quality of the food. I would recommend staying here.
Great spot to overnight before a flight. The restaurant was fantastic and well priced. The service, especially the host and Nico our server, were top notch. The attention they provided for food allergies were like nothing I've ever experienced. 5 stars aren't enough. The area isn't great for outings but that isn't what we were there for so we didn't care. The hotel made sure we didn't need to leave for what we needed anyway. Well done, Premier.
Clean room
Vey convenient and large hotel. Had upgraded room, very comfortable.
If your looking for a convenient hotel by the airport then this one is perfect and has a shuttle for a fee to the airport.
Economical transportation to the airport met us at the hotel. While we chose not to go back into downtown London due to the weather, Had we wanted to a local underground station was just blocks away. The cost for services compared to competitors was attractive.
Great location for airport travel.
Clean and comfortable room
Clean room and staff were helpful
Great hotel!
Excellent location with easy access to airport and local services via bus 105 and 111. Great all you can eat breakfast, quiet and comfortable rooms. Pleasant front desk staff. Great amenities.
Was a quick overnight stop, everything was fine.
The rooms were really clean and spacious. Fairly quit for an airport hotel. The tub in my room took almost an hour to drain after the shower (reported). There is an ‘ambient’ light behind the headboard. When I turned it off it blinked every 15 seconds ALL NIGHT (also reported). Nice hotel but ask not to stay in room 11 if you want a shower or sleep.
Good value for the money
Enjoyed our stay but was mislead by photos in the listing. This location did not have a soft play/ children’s area. Which was the main reason we booked here. Would have chose another location if I knew that. Overall the hotel was well kept and had a ton of amenities.
Fantastic staff
The hotel was larger than I had expected. Very nice! If you are a traveler from USA you will need a UK adapter. Good food in the restaurant.
The host were super friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed the stay
Include with reservations information on how to get to hotel from train station. Clarify that if you would like to be able to walk to terminal 3 then you should make reservations at the Premier Inn at terminal 4.
great stay beautiful hotel
Tired hotel that clearly is a bus terminal for Heathrow. Beds fine.
Carpets and common areas disgusting. Stained and smelly. Thankfully room was not as bad as the hallways. Very basic but room I had was reasonable modern. I suspect that’s because I upgraded. Thank goodness I did.
This is a great location for a night over when traveling. Staff is friendly and warm and the facilities are clean and spacious. Love the bussing service from terminals 2 and 3.
Staff very accommodating
Clean room
Transportation to the airport was accessible.
It is close to where we traveled to and arrived at. Friendly and helpful staff.relaxed atmosphere, good food choice and meal deal
airport shuttle was convenient, food options were ok, room was great and comfortable. slept like a baby.
We had the quadruple room as it was the only room available at last minute booking. It was clean and the bed was comfortable The hallways were worn and carpet dirty and needed a new coat of paint For the price point it was a very good deal. Very close to Heathrow Airport. Get the 111 or 105 bus to and from the airport it’s quick and easy and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Everything is cashless so you have to tap your credit card
A three star hotel
Good vhoice
Bed bug! The hotel room looked lovely. The hallway looked totally dirty. We were bitten up come morning.
I like transportation
Very convenient for flight the next morning, clean room, and modern. But the carpet in the ground floor hallway definitely needs to be replaced. With every step I took, I questioned the quality of the hotel. Also, although there are many charging ports, I found that only having two USB ports and one electrical outlet (at the desk, not even near the bed) would have been troublesome had I not been alone. Oh, also no luggage racks nor a shelf to put the luggage on.
Overall pleasant experience; courteous and helpful staff. Well done and no complaints
We had a one night stay before our flight so the room was very convenient
Not that comfortable. Very cold room. Only one coffee pod and not enough milk and sugar
While this hotel was located near terminal two and three runways you have to take a shuttle bus for 6.50 pounds to get to the airport. On the website it says it's a 15-minute walk but there is a tunnel to the airport that says no pedestrians. Even if you could walk through the tunnel it would be a lot longer than 15 minutes. The shuttle was convenient coming every 20 to 30 minutes. They just need to say that on the website. We were pleased with the hotel rooms and restaurant.
Clean ,convenient and beautiful service.
Lack of basic stuff
Hotel was clean and beds comfy.
Great value hotel with very nice hotel rooms. Lots of options for food and drink on-site made this a unique experience compared to most girls which only have one bar or one restaurant. Location might be a little tricky to find without sat nav/GPS.
Easily reached by the bus Hotel Hoppa and takes about a 15 minute ride from the airport. This was a surprisingly comfortable and well equipped hotel. Very reasonable rate through Expedia. Restaurant and bar were clean and had a reasonable selection for dinner. Rooms were spacious, clean, well appointed. I would stay here again if I needed to stay by the airport.
Close to Heathrow airport with convenient shuttle ($12) Comfortable bed.
Very vlean room, excellent staff.
I stayed here for 1 night before my flight. The hotel itself looks a bit old, but I was pleasantly surprised that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really appreciated having fresh towels and a working shower, which made the short stay easier. The main downside for me was the bathroom and hallways. The bathroom wasn’t tiled but had a strange carpet-like flooring with odd stains, and the hallways also showed noticeable stains, which didn’t give the best impression. Breakfast was available for £13.99, with standard options like eggs, mushrooms, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, and cereals. The selection was average, but fair for the price. Check-in around midnight was smooth and easy, which I appreciated after a long flight. Getting to the hotel cost me £25 by cab, though you can also take a bus for about £7, and the ride to and from the airport is only around 15 minutes. Overall, for the very affordable price, I’d consider staying again for just 1 short night, but not for a longer trip.
