Die Größe des Zimmers.

Frühstück war sehr lecker und alles grundsätzliche war da.

Obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen war, war vom Verkehr nichts zu hören. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt war sehr gut.

Sobald der Zimmernachbar die Tür hat ins Schloss fallen lassen, vibrierte unser Kopfteil vom Bett. Der Frühstücksraum hat keine gute Akustik, es war sehr laut.

Parkplatz für 16 Euro ist etwas teuer

So dieser Hotel in einer schönen Lage in Lübeck, für eine Nacht Stopover. Fenster isolieren sehr gut, vom Bahnhof haben wir nichts gehört. Zum Holstentor und in der Innenstadt sind es rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bequeme Betten.

Als Teil einer Kette natürlich etwas unpersönlich, sondern eher praktisch.

Modern hotel met goed ontbijt en goede kamer met comfortabele bedden. Centrum van Lübeck op loopafstand.

We waren 30 min te vroeg en we mochten niet inchecken, we werden niet al te vriendelijk verzocht later terug te komen of in de lounge te wachten. Ik ben normaal gewend dat je ingecheckt word ook als je kamer niet gereed is, maar dat je dan gewoon je kamer niet in kan. Blijkbaar is het beleid hier anders, wat op zich niet erg is maar de manier waarop was een voorbode op hoe de rest van het personeel niet klantvriendelijk is. Het personeel was gedurende de 3 dagen dat wij daar waren zichtbaar geïrriteerd, kortaf en er kon geen enkel lachje vanaf.

L'emplacement près de la gare, La chambre spacieuse et confortable, le calme de l'établissement .

Positiv aufgefallen sind uns unter anderem die zwei verschieden dicken Kopfkissen, so dass man je nach Vorliebe wählen kann. Außerdem das sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Auftreten des Personals und das unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, besser geht es fast gar nicht. In die Stadt ist es nicht weit und wenn man nicht laufen möchte, fahren direkt gegenüber vom Hotel viele Busse. Die Größe der Zimmer ist auch super und wenn man ein Premier Inn bucht, weiß man eigentlich immer was man bekommt und dass man nicht viel falsch machen kann...

...aber leider haben wir diesmal was zu meckern. Die Dame an der Rezeption war dermaßen unfreundlich ohne, dass wir ihr einen Grund gegeben haben. Mit den Worten "TJA, Check-in ist erst um 15h" bin ich auch noch nicht begrüßt worden. Im Zimmer war es sehr warm und die Klimaanlage ließ sich nur zentral steuern. Fenster offen war leider auf Grund der Nähe zum Bahnhof keine Option und das dritte Bett nahm leider viel Platz vom Zimmer ein, da wäre es uns lieber gewesen, man hätte das dritte Bett nicht bezogen und als Sofa gelassen

ZimmerTüren knallen fürchterlich laut ins Schloss sogar mein Kopfende vom Bett hat gewackelt . Keine Kühlschrank bzw. Wasser auf dem Zimmer kein Telefon für Rezeption. Frühstückspersonal genervt unfreundlich🤷‍♀️versprochene neue Rechnung die für den nächsten Tag der Abreise wurde dann doch nicht ausgestellt.

Das Personal ist wahnsinnig gestresst und sehr unfreundlich. Da kann das Zimmer noch so sauber und das Bett noch so bequem sein, wenn der Aufenthalt mit einem derartigen Empfang am Tresen beginnt, möchte man das Hotel nichtmehr betreten. Die Kollegen scheinen sich unter einander auch nicht abzusprechen, sodass man Angelegenheiten mehrfach ansprechen und klarstellen muss. Die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht individuell einstellen (zentral gesteuert), sodass in einem viel zu warmen Zimmer geschlafen werden musste. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, würde ich für den Preis nicht nochmal buchen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Insgesamt ist das Hotel den Preis nicht wert.

Optik und Sauberkeit waren gut

Das Personal am Eingang und im Restaurant war nicht interessiert mir weiterzuhelfen kein Abendessen beim Frühstück nur Weizenbrot, kein Dinkel Der Putzmann auf dem Flur hat mir Pfefferminztee gegeben und war sehr freundlich

Zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Auf dem Parkplatz 50 m entfernt kann man günstig parken.

Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich groß und gut ausgestattet

Leider hat es nach 2 Nächten in unseren Zimmer sehr gestunken, so dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Bei Freunden war das Gebläse im Bad so laut, dass sie ebenfalls das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das Personal war nicht besonders engagiert und freundlich. Check-In um 15 Uhr wurde trotz freier Zimmer sehr ungern vorverlegt.

Für 2 Nächste war die Größe ausreichend. Die Betten waren super. Es war sauber und das Zimmer konnte mit dem Fahrstuhl sehr bequem erreicht werden.

Sehr unflexibel beim Check Inn. Wir waren 30 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Check Inn da und mussten bis 15:00 Uhr warten. Andere Gäste die am Vortag angereist waren, hatten dieses Problem nicht und konnten sogar 1 Stunde früher ins Hotelzimmer. Das Frühstück ist nur für Hotelgäste, jemand der nicht im Hotel untergebracht war durfte nicht mit frühstücken, auch wenn es nahe Angehörige waren. Schade, wir waren dann außerhalb frühstücken.

Super zentrale Lage, man ist sehr schnell am Holstentor und somit in der Altstadt.

Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption im Hotel, man landet in einem Callcenter.

Für den Parkplatz 16 € zu verlangen, ist etwas zu hoch. Im Internet stand, dass es ein Restaurant gibt, wo man etwas essen kann…, war nicht vorhanden.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es völlig okay. Das Hotel ist relativ modern. Relativ großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Müsli Auswahl hat mir gut gefallen.

Man sollte bedenken dass das Hotel direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof ist, aufgrund der Lautstärke konnten wir Nachts nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Wir dachten wir hätten die größte Zimmerkategorie gebucht (Vierbettzimmer), bekommen haben wir ein kleines 3 Bettzimmer was hätte aufgebettet werden können dann hätten wir aber gar keinen Platz im Zimmer gehabt sondern nur ein Raum voller Betten. Das wurde auch angesprochen, aber wir hatten laut Personal genau dieses Zimmer 'die größte Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Ein Blick ins gegenüber liegende Zimmer bestätigte unseren Verdacht das wir aufgrund Überbelegung einfach ein kleines bekommen haben zum selben Preis. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch jeden Tag das selbe und man sollte auch rechtzeitig frühstücken gehen damit man einen Tisch und auch alles vom Frühstück bekommt.

Das Frühstück war soweit gut, nur die Backwaren hätten noch etwas besser sein dürfen. Im Zimmer fehlt eigentlich für die Kleidungsablage ein Schrank, ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

De locatie was perfect ten opzichte van parkeerplek (achter treinstation), het station en de stad. We konden onze bagage stallen, omdat we te vroeg waren voor de incheck in onze kamer. De kamer was modern, ruim, schoon en de bedden fantastisch.

Bij ontvangst waren een aantal personeelsleden weinig vriendelijk. Weinig gastvrij. Dat was de dag erna veel beter bij de uitcheck. Jammer dat er geen kleine koelkast op de kamer was.

Sauberes, klimatisiertes Zimmer zu einem günstigen Preis. Wir fanden einen Platz für unser Auto auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und in 10min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Ich war positiv überrascht, dass wir die Züge nicht hörten, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bahnhof hatten.

Anbindung zu Zug und Bus, Ausstattung des Hotels und die Option einer Reinigung des Zimmers.

Achten Sie bitte auch auf die Sauberkeit vor dem Hotel (Unkraut in Gehweg und auf Rabatte). Es sollte bitte auch ab 6:30 Uhr Frühstück geben, nicht mit 15 minütiger Verspätung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Insgesamt hat alles bestens gepasst – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das entgegen der vorherigen Auskunft keine Parkgarage vorhanden war und wir unsere teuren Ebikes doch draußen stehen lassen mussten.

Hotel pulitissimo, personale accogliente, disponibile e competente. Parcheggio custodito a pagamento, ma ottimo modo per risparmiare sui costi del parcheggio pubblico o dei garage (non esistono parcheggi liberi!). Camera luminosa, pulita, letti comodissimi. Scelta dei cuscini aggiuntivi, in buste singole e sigillate. Prodotti bagno disponibili, sia in doccia, che accanto al lavandino. Spazi comuni bellissimi, arredamente confortevole e caldo. Buona colazione. Ottimo punto di partenza per la visita della città a piedi o con i mezzi. Ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Nulla da eccepire!!!

La struttura e bellissima, molto pulita. 1 chilometro a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio privato all'aperto disponibile al costo di 16€. Non ho fatto colazione per cui non posso valutare.

Personale della reception del 20 agosto maleducato, indisponibile e freddo come il ghiaccio. Avevo un problema legato al wify, l'ho fatto presente alla reception e la ragazza ha alzato letteralmente le mani e ha detto che non poteva fare nulla. Poi ho risolto da solo. Siamo arrivati alle 14.25. In precedenza avevo richiesto l'anticipo alle 14 del check in, ma non è stato possibile ne per me e ne per le decine di persone arrivate dopo di me. Molto nervosi e scontrosi il personale alla reception. Per me è un punto a sfavore, quindi negativo su tutta la linea. Una sola chiave per entrare in camera, noi eravamo in 2 e ogni volta che uno di noi doveva lasciare la camera per andare in garage, o semplicemente uscire per qualsiasi motivo, doveva lasciare al buio l'altro in camera, visto che la tessera era necessaria per accedere al parcheggio e per prendere l'ascensore. Fortunatamente in altri hotel della stessa catena e sempre in Germania mi sono trovato bene.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und in guter Qualität. Die Lage zur gut fußläufig erreichbaren Altstadt und gleichzeitig zur Verkehrsinfrastruktur sowie Parkplatz sind ideal.

Das Internet könnte schneller sein, so dass der mobile Hotspot genutzt werden musste. Leider fehlen beim Frühstück Vorkehrungen für Diabetiker z. B. besondere Brotsorten (Vollkorn) nicht vorgehalten.

Er is een oudbouw en een nieuwbouw deel. Voor de nieuwbouw moest de bagage vanaf de parkeerplaats voor de oudbouw worden versleept via de straat.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel in zentraler Lage. Von hier aus konnten wir alles fußläufig erreichen. Obwohl mittendrin war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Da wir zur Stoßzeit frühstückten, war es allerdings sehr voll. Das Personal war trotz der Hektik und der Fülle absolut freundlich, ruhig, geduldsam und zuvorkommend.

Nicht so gut fanden wir die Einrichtung des Frühstücksraums. In der Stoßzeit sind manche Gäste auf das Sitzen am Tresen oder auf kleinen Sesseln an kleinen Tischen angewiesen. Ein solch großes Hotel sollte hier ausreichend geeignetes Essmobiliar bereit halten. Das Personal hatte aber immer einen verständnisvollen Blick für freiwerdende Tische.

Brand new hotel right near the train station. Staff were great, breakfast was plentiful, room was nice and clean. About a 10min walk to the old town - flat and easy.

It wasn't a big issue, but they ran out of car parking at the hotel and we had to park in a lot down the street (but on the plus side, i think it was cheaper!)

A great hotel we thought! My plan was to stay here on the Friday night with work and my Wife and 2 boys join me on the Saturday to do a little Christmas shopping at the adjoining Westfield shopping centre. We parked the car and went to check in at the Premier Inn to freshen up before leaving to watch Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham which was my gift to the family before Christmas. Upon arriving at the desk a young lady couldn’t locate our booking from the reference i gave. I had changed my booking from Stratford on the Friday night to a Premier Inn Hub in Fitzrovia, closer to the work function i attended but was clearly told this wouldn't effect my Saturday night booking where i had reserved 2 twin rooms at £147 each as the hotel didn't have a family room available. When the Lady found my booking she called her colleague over (Luca Jesus) who claimed it was him i had spoken to, i thought at least this will sort out my room for the night! Anything but....he said after a 5 minute conversation that he SHOULD HAVE said to me on the phone i needed to rebook.....but i pointed out to him that he's right and should have however didn't..........i then asked ok we're here needing 2 rooms for tonight, do you have availability and secondly can you honour the £147 quoted previously ..... he said no and I’d have to book online as he couldn't take my booking, he also said they had 21 room available.....the problem was online the rooms were £444 each which i couldn't believe.....he offered absolutely no apology or help.....i turned to my wife and kids and said we'll have to drive the 3 hours home after the match at 11pm......I will say the lady who gave me his number was really apologetic but also couldn't help as the Manager had left 5 minutes earlier. This completely ruined our weekend and could've been avoided with a little common sense. 21 free rooms and nobody willing to offer the rooms at a rate that was written in the notes on the booking on Premier Inns system..... I will reconsider my hotel choice in future for both work and leisure. Thanks Rob

It is close to the tube and the international station. It is very near to the national express stop. It is next to a great shopping centre. The staff is really kind and the room are clean.

Service was terrible. Though the staff were nice enough, the systems and processes to save money have really compromised this hotel chain. Everyone always seems to be overworked - they have the same people checking people in and working at the bar! So at times I was waiting 15 minutes to get what I asked for – fresh towers, toilet roll or whatever. Other times I'd be assured the things would be delivered to my room but then wouldn’t hear back from anyone. I've have to call to chase - no phones in the room as they don't want you to call them - but I'd just call from my mobile externally into the hotel. Again the automated operator sends the same message - they don't really want to deal with you at all and you're a nuisance. I stayed 4 nights and paid for a Premier Plus room with which you get free water daily. On a couple of occasions I had to really argue with them to give me this as they had run out of cheap still water so were trying to fob me off with sparkling (which I don't drink), they wouldn’t let me have a couple of bottles of water from behind the bar. I asked for a late checkout, I was happy to pay, but they insisted I come down to reception at 9am the next day to confirm. What’s the point of that? I wanted a lie in! I used to stay at this hotel a lot but never again. It wasn’t cheap either - £750 for just 4 nights! Awful service.

Great location. Shopping, dinning and travel to city. Clean facility and great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. My room was next to the entrance to the floor so it was a bit busy but it was quiet at 10PM.

A great location and good value. The room was comfortable and quiet. As we were staying 2 nights we were advised to say if we wanted our room cleaned which sounds a great idea until you realise that you don’t have clean mugs for the second night stay so we had to opt for our room to be cleaned. Maybe having an option of a top up to give you clean mugs and more tea/coffee would be an option as I don’t think the room needed a full clean, although there is no towel rail to let towels dry so you also need fresh towels. The bar on an evening is lovely.

Lovely stay with my Mother and daughter this weekend. Hotel is very convenient for shopping and also attending Abba Voyage concert. We were warmly welcomed and had a lovely room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was organised well and the staff friendly. Big shout out to Sun, who was so friendly and attentive. Very clean room too! Monica on reception was so kind with answering questions and storing our luggage. Just made a wonderful weekend for us all, - thank you so much! Helen, Judith and Jessica xxx

Don't stay for food use the food in the shopping centre and restaurant they do not have a clue how you can get a ham and cheese toasties wrong 3 times is beyond belief how you can run a Sunday buffet with no food urgency is beyond belief especially when you have kitchen guy telling all customers Saturdays are always quite but Sunday are always like this 3 friends who never got to eat together as food not out and if it was out it was cold or hard asking for small plates for toast to be greeted by a shrug of shoulders and I don't no if we have any clean use a napkin that lovely with pancakes and honey Watching a Italian family ask for the allergy menu 4 times no one gave it to them they left in the end a complete embarrassment I felt so sorry for them they could not get a refund as paid for there breakfast already do yourself a favour go somewhere else for food The cleaning staff are wonderful for the rooms and so friendly just a pity your other staff are not 10/10 for there service and attitude in keeping rooms clean and smelling nice
