Premier Inn London City - Tower Hill

Arrived at the hotel room in very good clean condition. Staffs was extremelly helpful and made the stay more relaxing. Had an amazing stay in this hotel. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay. The room was big, immaculately clean and very quiet. And, the best bit - the most warm welcome from Anmol at the front desk. So polite, a big smile and genuine warmth. An absolute star!

Awful experience! On the coldest week of the year, our heating in the room was not working. It was actually blowing in cold air!! We complained to staff on reception 3 times, and they did not resolve the issue, or offer us an alternative room. Would NOT stay here again. I recommend choosing a different hotel, if thinking if staying in London City!! I certainly will be 😡

The hotel was ok, but very unhappy with administrative service. It's impossible to get anything amended in your reservation.

Great hotel for the value for Money , friendly staff , I would take combo( Breakfast & Dinner) if going with kids , the dining area in the evening is small ,however, the breakfast restaurant is large compared to the evening dining space. 10 min walk to the Tower Hill Bridge, convenient if you can walk and want to be in the middle of London.

We had a premier hub room very spacious, a fridge and coffee machine as well as a kettle for making drinks, well worth the money

The experience at Tower Hill Premier inn was great for us as a family, the staff were just so kind, generous and helpful, we were treated with real respect and enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 8 nights and the location was also perfect. We slept well, the room was quiet and comfortable. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would return.

We had a spacious family room on the lower ground floor, very comfortable beds (less so the sofa bed), clean, functional, quiet, good temperature of the room, TV worked with decent range of channels. Food good - we had breakfast both mornings and dinner the first night. The most exceptional part was the service received from the staff - wow, they work HARD - manning reception, checking in, waiting on and serving at the bar - all with a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly nice at all times. The only gripes were the wifi but there was an option to upgrade to a better version but we didn't want to pay. Otherwise this is superb value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely reception from arriving and leaving . Cristina, Ammon, Mo plus other Staff were superb . Nothing was too much for them to help.

Location is handy to underground. Hotel rooms very cold and cold showers. Had to request the heating as told it was controlled by receptionist to 'energy save'. Staff helpful and polite. Maria especially.

Clean room. Great breakfast, friendly staff. The tub is very tall and quite dangerous to get in and out of for well mobile people- keep in mind when booking a normal suite if low mobility. There was a generator sound you could hear non stop from our room on the 5th floor- almost sounded like bass of music but constant.

Very well located hotel, close to both Tower Gateway DLR and Tower Hill tube stations. Polite and helpful staff. Surprised at how big our Premier Plus room was. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Slept well in a comfortable bed, windows and curtains effective at keeping noise/light out. Breakfast room is small and can get busy but staff kept breakfast items replenished. A really great place to stay only a few minutes walk from the Tower of London.

I didn’t have the breakfast, but the pubs nearby were nice. Staff is friendly, the hotel is a little outdated. Also the AC decides when it is going to work, I didn’t spend too much time in my room so it was fine. Would stay again!

Family trip stayed for 3 nights. Everything was fantastic. Team were very attentive to everyone. Breakfast and dinner was really good.

Great value for money, lovely spacious room with nice bathroom. Staff very welcoming and location was great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because our room wasn’t cleaned on the day we requested. We stayed for 3 nights and asked reception if our room could be cleaned on the second day. It was noted down on the request sheet but wasn’t done. Other than that everything was great and we would be very happy to return when we’re back in London. We didn’t eat or drink anything in the restaurant/bar so can’t comment on that.

AWFUL! We arrived on the 27th Sept around 3:30pm. Got checked in quick. We left around 4:30pm for the evening to attend an event. On arrival back around midnight, our room had been cleaned and all of our belongings had been taken and removed. It took over an hour to locate our items, which weren’t in lost and found. They were just left in a bin bag on the cleaners trolley!! Absolutely disgusting. Then we agreed we did not feel safe staying at the hotel and tried to leave. The reception guy stated a manager would be in touch with my on the 28th Sept in the morning via email. The morning came and no email! We have been through a traumatic experience thinking our room had been broken in it. The manager has not once reached out to us to send apologises or help us get to the bottom of this. I have now sent a complaint to the head office, in which I’m still awaiting a response from. Currently seeking legal advice because our situation has NOT been taken seriously! We are waiting for a full refund due to the situation and the fact we did not feel safe to stay the rest of night because of this!!

I loved my stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly, beds were comfy, clean bathrooms all in all I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. The atmosphere were great too.

The room was clean and the hotel was close to the tower hill train station. The breakfast was excellent, we would stay here again.

I had selected this Hotel due to its location near the Big Bus stop, Metro, and the Tower. However, even at it's expense, there was no fridge, no safe, no amenities, no frills at all. We stayed one night and transferred to a different hotel nearby since it was more of a budget hotel, despite the price we were paying. However, staff was great and nice.

Las señoritas de la recepción fueron groseras a la hora de hacer check in, uno de los integrantes de mi familia le habló en español por accidente y fueron muy despotas burlándose de nosotros. De ahí en más la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, tienes estaciones de tren a 8 minutos caminando y de autobús a 5 minutos. También las habitaciones muy limpias y el desayuno está muy bien.

Nice hotel for the money.

The hotel is conveniently located by the Tower of London and by many trains and buses. The breakfast is included, which is convenient, as well. Water is available by the entrance, and staff are happy to assist you if you want to use the tables to eat your own food, even to heat it up. There is low water pressure from the shower, though. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner.

A localização do hotel é ótima, perto da torre de Londres e muito próxima ao metrô, o que facilita muito conhecer outros pontos da cidade. Acho que falta apenas um frigobar nos quartos e mais opções no café da manhã, não tinha nem queijo para colocar no pão, mas de resto tudo foi perfeito.

I stayed in this hotel from July 14-16, 2025. Everything was perfect, especially considering the price range in travel high season in London! The hotel is clean, and the room was a comfortable size—not too small. The train station is very close by. Tower Bridge, Borough Market, and the river cruise are all within a pleasant less than 30 minute walking distance, with plenty of historical buildings to admire along the way. The staff may not appear overly enthusiastic at first glance (which seems typically British), but they are genuinely helpful. When the handle of my suitcase lost a screw, I asked Maria at the front desk (my apologies if I've remembered your name incorrectly) for directions to a nearby repair shop. Instead, she proactively provided me with screws and a screwdriver and fixed it herself, saving me both hassle and money. Additionally, she politely declined the tip I offered. I was truly impressed by her kindness and professionalism. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this Premier Inn again on my next visit to London.

Property was way below our expectation. Looked very old, carpets were dirty In many places. The restaurant was really below par. No food after 9 PM. We arrived about 1030, very hungry, the only thing they had were some cookies and some peanuts, which they actually charged us for rooms were clean, but small.

The hotel room was comfortable, but there were some shortcomings. There was no safe for storing valuables, no iron, no refrigerator. The wardrobe was very small. During our 5 days of stay, our room was never cleaned. Although we hung a tag on the door asking them to clean the room.

WiFi was terrible, they changed more for a little bit better service. The lobby was always a mess, stains on the carpet and in our room. The toilet paper was small napkins. The TV stopped working with any controls, could not turn it off or adjust the volume, no help from the front desk, said they would send someone. After almost 2 hours working on it, I finally had to get my fingers deep behind to unplug it from the outlet, an hour later the front desk help showed up. Definitely would not go back.

El hotel es muy sencillo pero bastante funcional. La habitación se encontraba muy limpia, las camas son cómodas y los blancos en excelentes condiciones. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero funciona perfecto para dos o tres días sin problema. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Una ventaja es que nos permitieron guardar el equipaje antes del check in (debido a que llegamos a las 9:00 am) y después del check out. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de Metro Tower Hill por lo que es muy fácil ir a cualquier lugar desde ahí. También se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del London Bridge y de la London Tower, así como a 10 minutos a pie del Skygarden. En los alrededores hay varios minisuper (Tesco, Sainburys, Coop) para comprar bebidas, ensaladas, sándwiches, snacks, etc. En general, es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Londres a un precio razonable. Sí regreso a esta hermosa ciudad, volvería a hospedarme aquí. Recomiendo reservarlo con anticipación para ahorrar aún más.

The management has cut out basic features for a hotel. The given reason was to "cut costs". The room has NO clock, NO telephone to call the front desk, and NO plans to ever provide any. They seem to deliberately provide a "hostel" level of service, rather than a real hotel. Fwiw, the room and bed were fine and clean. However put in a $10 alarm clock for your customers' convenience. Oddly, there are two food menus in the room, but to phone to place an order

We stayed in a room for four people, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was very spacious, better then we expected coming form North America. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast offered. Worth the supplement. We enjoyed our stay, even if it’s not in the most iconic part of London. However, it’s close to the Tower of London and Tower bridge whiz is nice.

la propreté et le silence de la chambre 219. En revanche peu de place pour ranger nos affaires . Etre obligé de demander que la chambre soit faite et les poubelles vidées, les serviettes changées et le lit fait . En revanche très bon petit déjeuner et un personnel très serviable.
