The room size and bathroom was good.

We found it difficult to like much about this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, two single beds pushed together with a hard lump in middle. The breakfast was very ordinary, often not stocked up, had to ask for clean plates or mugs, coffee machine often not working, tables not cleared in timely manner. It was very disappointing. The property itself needs refurbishing, carpets in common areas were very very dirty. And finally staff were not overly welcoming or helpful at times. A welcoming smile would not go astray. We would not recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer hatte zu wenig Platz für Kleidung. Es gab keinen Tresor. Der Teppichboden war verschmutzt. WLAN funktionierte nicht. Beim Frühstück fehlten die normalen Dinge: Teller, Messer, Servietten, es gab kein Brot! nur Flit, welches sehr schnell weg war. Das Personal musste auf alles hingewiesen werden. War nicht organisiert!

Goede locatie, lift vanuit parkeergarage naar kamer. Goed ontbijt, voldoende plek bij ontbijt.

The location was perfect, with easy walking access to the old town. We could also park our car in the on-site parking station which was very convenient.

Gostei da localização, não peguei o café da manha, pois fui em mercados locais com intenção de conhecer também, mas o frigobar poderia ser um pouco maior, fora isso foi excelente mesmo, adoramos o local e a visita na região.

O frigobar poderia ser um pouco maior, como a previsão dos anos seguintes é ser mais quente, acredito que será para o futuro interessante ter ar condicionado.

Fijne locatie op loopafstand van de altstad. Niets op de kamers aan te merken, behalve dat zij klein zijn. Maar dat is het concept. Fijne restaurants aan de overkant van het park. Parkeergarage onder het hotel.

Posizionato poco fuori il centro, l'hotel rispecchia appieno le caratteristiche di questa tipologia di hotel. Camera minimale non troppo grande ma tutto sommato accogliente. la colazione possiamo dire più che sufficiente. Se prenoti qui sai già cosa aspettarti da questa catena alberghiera e ti da esattamente quello che dice. Plauso al parcheggio coperto, 20€ spesi bene.

La versione più economica dell'holiday inn, pertanto non possiamo aspettarci chissà cosa. Ma comunque nessuna annotazione negativa.

Friendly and helpful staff and good location within short walking dystsncecto old town and close to many cafes and restaurants and excellent supermarket.

No fridge in room. We didn’t need the room serviced every day for fresh towels, but making of the bed, and daily restocking of the tea, coffee and soap etc would be better than needing to ask.

We waren dicht bij het centrum op loopafstand. Wel even opletten in dit hotel dat je de trap op moet naar je kamer. Er zijn een paar kamers op de begane grond. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk.

Voor deze prijs kan er niets tegenvallen .

Het ontbijt vond ik echt matig. Tafels die niet waren afgeruimd, een heel sfeerloos terras buiten, dingen die niet werden aangevuld. Kapotte lift.

Bona situació entre l'estació i el centre de la ciutat, ben comunicat amb tramvia a la porta. Net, insonoritzat i confortable.

L'esmorzar. Hi havia tanta gent que era incòmode agafar el menjar del Buffett.

Teppichboden fleckig. Frühstück war sehr mager - keiner Servietten.

Die Lage war perfekt. Im Umfeld gibt es ein wunderbares Café und eine hervorragende Eisdiele. Vor der Haustür eine Bus- und Straßenbahn-Haltestelle. Praktisch sind auch die Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Zeitweise waren an der Rezeption fünf (!) Mitarbeiterinnen, die mit internen Arbeiten beschäftigt waren, sich untereinander unterhielten und uns minutenlang ignorierten. Das war sehr unangenehm und vermittelte uns das Gefühl, dass wir als Gäste eher lästig sind. Die Dusche ist großartig, aber die Fugen sind unsauber.

Zimmer sauber, gut gelegen, Preis OK, alles in allem gerne wieder, parken in Tiefgarage sehr angenehm.

Gute Lage - Bus und S-Bahn vor der Haustüre

Beliggenheden var rigtig fin, derfor valgte vi også hotellet. Morgen maden var almindelig, men fin. Rundstykkerne/ brødet var lidt tørt.

Die Lage ist gut. Rezeption war gut besetzt und der Bereich zum Frühstück war nett und das Buffet einladend.

Die Einzelbetten dürften gerne etwas breiter sein.

Dass es einen Miniflur gab, der extra türen für Bad und Schlafraum hatte. Die Lage.

Es gab nur ein Aufzug. Längere Wartezeiten möglich

Lage, Tiefgarage für die Fahrräder

Leider war das Internet zunächst überhaupt nicht verfügbar. Dann, nachdem wir es reklamiert hatten und am Abend wieder zurückkamen, ging es ebenfalls nicht. Am morgen funktionierte es - war aber sehr langsam.

Die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen und es gab genügend Parkplätze. Relativ zentral gelegen und zu Fuß waren die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Alles in allem für einen Kurztrip ok.

Das einzige Manko was für uns bestand, war das die Klimaanlage nicht gut funktioniert hat. Trotz höchster Stufe hat es sich im Zimmer nur schwer abkühlen lassen. Und dadurch, dass wir im Zweiten Stock waren und sich dort die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen, war es doch sehr warm.

Das Frühstück war gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der vierten Etage, welches als Premiere Plus Doppelzimmer deklariert wurde, nur diese Zimmer haben einen Minikühlschrank. Die Lage war gut. Man war zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt. Zu den Parkkosten in der hotelnahen Tiefgarage können wir nichts sagen, wir haben auf dem Parkplatz Poststrasse geparkt und auch 20€ pro Tag bezahlt.

Wir waren in der heißen Augustwoche dort und haben uns so sehr auf die Klimaanlage gefreut. Diese war der totale Reinfall. Im Hotel TV wurde wurde versprochen, daß die eingestellte Temperatur an der Klimaanlage etwa eine halbe Stunde braucht um sich anzupassen! Die Wahrheit ist, wir haben die Klimaanlage um 19 Uhr bei einer Zimmertemperatur von 30 Grad eingeschaltet. Innerhalb von 12 Stunden hatten wir immer noch eine Temperatur von 27 Grad im Zimmer. Auch das Fenster ließ sich leider nur zum Kippen öffnen, somit war auch von dieser Seite keine nächtliche Abkühlung möglich. An heißen Tagen nicht zu empfehlen.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the main attractions of Heidelberg’s Old Town and the castle. However, it is located right in front of a bus and tram stop, making it very easy and convenient to reach the Old Town by public transport. It is also only a 10-minute walk from the main train station, which was very convenient for us. There are several large supermarkets nearby, which was also very useful during our stay. The breakfast was basic but quite satisfactory, with everything we needed for a good start to the day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be a very convenient choice for exploring Heidelberg and the surrounding area.

Nedideli kambariumai, kaip ir daugelyje panašių viešbučių. Parkinge vietų nedaug viešbučio, bet leido statyti į kitų įmonių vietas.

Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Öffentlichrr Nahverkehr direkt vor der Tür. Edeka um die Ecke.

Unpraktisch gelegte Türen über Türen im Bad, die ständig im Weg umgehen oder die einem „in den Rücken fallen“ wenn man sich nur umdreht oder am Waschbecken steht. Leider auch keine frischen Handtücher bekommen.

Airco werkt niet top, maar is ook niet per se te verwachten met 37 graden buiten...

Letto scomodo e troppo sottile. Letto matrimoniale, ma poi sono due letti singoli vicini Cuscini scomodi, anche quelli di scorta. Non passa aria nel bagno non c'è una ventola.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad y el personal es amable. La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia, teníamos café, té y agua fría. La verdad todo estuvo bien y, en el caso de que volvamos a Heidelberg, sin duda volveremos a alojarnos aqui.

No hay nada que no nos gustase.

Grundsätzlich ist alles sehr okay und wir werden gerne wieder kommen!!

- Das Einchecken klappt leider (fast jedes Mal) trotz Reservierung nur, wenn ich meine Buchungsbestätigung vorzeigen kann. - Der Teppichboden kommt sehr in die Jahre. - draußen hätten wir uns ein wenig Beleuchtung gewünscht.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage, von der aus man alle Attraktionen fußläufig gut erreichen konnte. Außerdem lobenswert waren die leise Klimaanalage und die Größe des Zimmers. Praktisch waren auch der Wasserkocher und Tee und Kaffee. Gut war auch, dass es Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage gab. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die Beschilderung der Parkmöglichkeit bzw. die Information darüber im Internet könnte genauer sein.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The bed linens were spotless. Great location, within walking distance of the old town and also conveniently located to the train station. There's an excellent supermarket in the same building. We'd be happy to stay here again. Thank you for your professionalism.

Always enjoyable.

Floors were so badly creaking from above we could not get any sleep. TV remote controller was broken and there is no hand rose for the shower only a ceiling rose which means you cant have a shower without getting totally soaked. Parking was a joke. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is very badly sound proofed you could hear everything from everywhere especially the floor creaking.

Room wasn't very clean gave me wrong room will not return again as I've stayed in many and I have to say this is the worse one

Have stayed here many times over the last few years. Staff were friendly and helpful but the car parking prices are unreal. Once you’ve parked you can’t move your car or you have to pay every time you move it, £8 whether you are there 10 mins or 6hrs, or £15 over 6hrs. So we parked up and we’re going to go out for a meal using the car, but to move the car once and return for the night is a whopping £20!!! And that’s if you’ve managed to get a discount code or it would have been £23!!!’ Absolutely disgusting prices, I understand it’s not the Premier Inn’s fault but come on, basically putting another £20 on the price you’ve already paid for the room. Needless to say, this will be our last visit to this particular Premier Inn, and that’s purely because of extortionate car parking charges.

This hotel is typical of all Premier Inns. It is situated in a very noisy area with no soundproofing and very drafty windows. The price is too expensive for what you get. The breakfast, although unlimited, is still very expensive.

Bar staff very nice. Tried to check in 10 minutes early and the reception lady (really unfriendly) just stated if you want to check in 10 mins early it’s £15. No customer service focus at all.
