Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre

The hotel is really close to the main train station but on the other side of all the activities, so for business travel it's good or if anyone wants to be in less crowded area, while still really close to the train station and dom.The staff is really polity and helpful and the breakfast is solid. The internet was working fine.

The elevator in hotel is a bit weird as it takes you between the floors so you still need to go with stairs one floor up or down. Hot water needs some time to "arrive" in the bathroom so some might think there's no hot water. There's no safe in the room which is also a bit weird. Value for money is extremely low but I guess it's related to the period of the booking as there's huge expo in Cologne so all the hotels were booked.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer! Alles top

The room itself was very big, spacious, and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower too, and was also very clean. The hotel itself was also nicely designed and quiet. Was a very nice, calm place to come back to and rest after a long day at Gamescom. The location was both good and bad - The good side: very close to the main station near the cathedral so commuting was very easy.

The location was also bad in that there were always homeless or shady-looking people near the hotel area - no one actually bothered me, but the general feeling was of a lower-quality area of the city. For a lone woman, for example, this might be scary at late hours (again, no one actually did anything, but just the general vibe). The breakfast was very poor from a vegetarian point of view - very few options for me to eat.

Purble back light! Comfortable bed. Very quiet and didn't hear much of other guests. Good location to walk into town etc.

Awkward couple of 'junkies' outside on the public corner. Police picked them up a few hours later, but it's one hell of an impression to arrive to. Didn't happen again during my time there!

location was a bit further from the centre of the old city than i had anticipated

Colazione ottima, posizione comoda, vicino a mezzi di trasporto

We stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately were not satisfied with our experience. The reception staff were not particularly friendly and welcomed us rather indifferently. There were also many issues with the room, even though we had booked a superior room. First of all, the shower was broken. It was leaking from several places, and the shower head would not stay in place and kept falling down. It was very uncomfortable to use. We were asked, “Do you want a different room?” but since we were only staying for one night and were already very tired, we did not see the point of moving. We stayed in the same room, but we never received an apology. In fact, the staff even laughed about the situation, which was very unpleasant. The towels also smelled bad and were clearly not fresh. We asked for them to be replaced, but the new towels were simply thrown onto the bed, while the old ones were left in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was installed so high that I could only see my head while standing on my tiptoes, even though I am of average height. Trying to dry my hair with a hairdryer without being able to see myself in the mirror was extremely inconvenient. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. The underfloor heating was on, while the air conditioning could not cool the room properly. It was extremely hot inside, especially considering that the temperature outside was +36°C. Why would the heating be turned on in such weather when the air conditioning is clearly not powerful enough to cool the room? There was also no way for us to control the underfloor heating ourselves. There were only two bottles of water in the room. Since this is a 4-star hotel, we expected drinking water to be readily available, as it is a basic necessity. After returning from a full day of walking around, we asked at reception for some water. The staff member told us that he would not provide any and that we could only buy it from the hotel. He even warned us that

it was expensive and recommended buying water at a shop instead. The next morning at breakfast, however, we noticed that there was actually always an option to refill our own water bottles at the drinks station. The receptionist simply did not offer us this option. Breakfast was another unpleasant experience. We knew that breakfast was included in our booking and had already been paid for, so we simply went to get some food. Nobody had told us during check-in that we were apparently supposed to find a member of staff ourselves and register for breakfast. One of the female staff members stopped us and told us that we would have to pay if breakfast was not included in our booking. She could not find us on the breakfast guest list, and only after asking another colleague did she find out that everything was fine and that we were allowed to eat. Why did we have to go through this embarrassing situation and worry that we were somehow not on the list when breakfast had already been paid for? We were then asked to choose a table. There was very little choice because most of the tables had been reserved. This was the first time we had ever encountered reserved tables at a hotel buffet breakfast. Our table, like most of the available ones, was extremely uncomfortable: it was very low while the chairs were too high. We had to bend down significantly just to eat and ended up sitting in a very uncomfortable position. Another issue was the language. The staff repeatedly spoke to us in German, even though they knew we were foreign guests. They kept asking us questions in German despite knowing that we did not speak the language. The location is convenient in terms of being close to the train station, but the surrounding area was unpleasant. There was a strong smell of cannabis everywhere. Overall, the unfriendly attitude of the staff and the poorly thought-out design and organization of the hotel made us feel like unwanted guests. Unfortunately,we cannot recommend this hotel

Close to the train station, and good area with good restaurants nearby. Still quieter area for good night sleet. I was surprise to see Indian restaurant next door, I ate dinner there for all the days i stayed here as it was convenient. Location is superb, you can walk to the Koln dom (Cathedral), Neumarkt, walking street around with shopping malls. From Kolner Dom it was also easy to walk down to Rhein river view and chill evening for drinks and dinner. Please note: The hotel does not have onsite restaurant to order food , it just offer the breakfast.

No Dine in or room service of food. But it didn't bother me much as they have plenty of restaurants next doors.

Room was much bigger than I thought. The location was also great and reasonably easy to get to the HBF (although the walk can be a bit sketchy at night). There was also a street with restaurants nearby which was convenient. Luggage storage was fine but not super secure (they’re just in the corner of the reception area).

The suite was nice but not accessible. You had to take an elevator that required you to walk up/down half a flight of stairs. They were also at the back of the building and required additional walking to get to. Cleaning is done on request only.

Everything. We were very close to the cathedral, like a five minute walk and it was a good execution of a futuristic hotel.

They don't their own parking lot.

Niente.

Oda genişti, otelin konumu gara yakındı

Aylar öncesinden rezervasyon yaptırdım ama ek binada bavullarla merdivenler çıkıp inerek ulaşılan bir oda verildi üstelik 15 te geldik ama oda hazır değildi yarım saat bekledik, odaya gittik bir başkası da aynı odanın kapısında olunca beraber tekrar resepsiyona gelmek durumunda kaldık, odanın bize ait olduğu söylendi.. Yani otele giriş ve bize verilen odanın konumu uygun degildi

I asked for a room overlooking the railway and they gave me one. Genuine gigachad behaviour XX

Nothing

Pretty close to the main station

Faucet in the bathroom almost falling off, noisy room if facing the railway tracks Very noisy climate control

Location

The stuff we’re possibly the russets and racist people I have ever encountered. It was the night shift man. Older gentleman

Central location. Modern, clean facilities. Great breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh. We also loved ‘Happy Hour’ ! Friendly, helpful staff

Nothing not to like

Great location, friendly staff who went above and beyond to be helpful. Clean and comfortable and a nice breakfast.

Nothing

We stayed for one night . Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quiet and we slept very well. The room was small for two people, but perfectly comfortable for a short stay, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly, and we also liked that coffee, drinks and cocktails were available at the hotel until late in the evening.

Disposable hotel slippers and an electric kettle in the room would make the stay more comfortable. The tissue holder was empty, but after I contacted reception, the staff brought tissues immediately, which I really appreciated.

Grote kamer.

Sociale deed het niet zo goed

Pulizia, colazione, staff e posizione

L'espai un pèl just i el personal del matí un xic sec

En general tot be

-Sehr gute Lage -freundliches Personal -Frühstück top -Preis/Leistung

Gibt nichts negatives zu sagen

Nähe zum Bahnhof

extrem laut von außen durch Verkehr

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and there was a good shower. Wide choice of food for breakfast with good vegetarian options. Good proximity to the railway station. Very reasonably priced.

We found it difficult to find our room.

Great location and excellent and very helpful staff.

Great location near the train station, which suited us as we were on the way from Prague to London. The staff were really friendly and competent at reception and our room was clean and cute, tucked away on the top floor of the first building. It had a K kettle, good and quiet air con and fab black out curtains. Which meant we got a really good nights sleep. There is a busy road on one side of the hotel but many of the rooms face away in a different direction. As long as you don’t get a room on that side of the hotel it’s a great stop over spot. And really good value. We found a lovely beer hall five mins walk to the north, just us and the locals as it’s slightly out of the central area. Had lots of outside seating and good service. Would recommend the local beer and homemade potato pancakes at Brauhaus Em Kolsche.

We liked everything about our room. But may want to avoid rooms near the road.

Great location. Easy access to train station and short walk to cathedral and main city area.

Rooms are looking at bit ‘tired’ looking in places.

Great location and pretty cheap

Room stank from toilet - if i forgot to close door when leaving room it wafted and filled the air ready for when i came back.

Excellent location 👏

No fridge

Perfect for rail travellers, close to the station and the city centre. Also a fine bar 5 min away; brauhaus schreckenskammer. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful,

Nothing

Good service near station friendly staff

The staff were amazing.. really friendly but professional

Comfy Beds, Large size rooms, Aircon was working great which I appriciated since it was very hot.

My room was at the back in a different building and I had to go up and down a lot of external concrete stairs with luggage.

Very clean

All normal

Kahvaltısı normaldi.

Odada buzdolabı olmaması hoşuma gitmedi. Terlik de yoktu.

Good location, nice and clean. Very comfortable beds.

There were only 2 tea bags in the room, so 1 each every time I asked for more they just gave us 1 each again. I felt awful but had to keep asking for them. We only wanted a cup in the morning and then one in the evening before bed. Also the cleaners walked in on us too. Luckily I still had my towel round me otherwise they may have got a shock. 😂

Gutes Team

A fantastic Premier Inn! Great location (for the train station & cathedral), incredibly clean rooms, comfy beds and wonderful AC during the summer!

Niente

It was a fantastic room, i have mobility issues and George at the desk, checked us in, made sure we had the perfect space, he went above and beyond, of i could rate higher than 10 out of 10 i would

Nothing i didn't like, everything was spot on

The room was fairly basic, which is what we expected given the price. That being said, it met our expectations: it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was decent. To top it all off, the hotel staff was friendly. All in all a pretty good little hotel.

Loved my stay here! Super comfy beds, great shower, and the team at reception were so helpful with directions. Will definitely be back!

Very nice room, great view. Hotel is a bit "tired" but overall it was clean Would definitely stay there again, ideal for Princess Theatre, 5 minutes walk

Came here with family as we were having a family gathering at a restaurant near by. There was issues with staff sorting rooms out so we didn’t get in our room until 4:00pm or so. But they opened the restaurant so we can have a drink. Our room was ready during our drinks which we managed to check in. Comfy beds as usual. Would go again if in area.

Great location. Very warm welcome from the staff.Clean and tidy room. Plus parking on site a short walk no complaints we enjoyed our stay..

Comfortable bed and clean room if you remembered to ask for it to be cleaned!! Filthy restaurant which hasn't improved since a year ago (photos) Safety issue regarding electric supply to lights on tree (photo)

We stay here on a weekly basis for work purposes and everytime its a great stay. The rooms are always clean and the food in the restaurant is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to racheal (rachel) on reception, who goes above and beyond everytime we stay, she has a friendly smile and is always chatty and nothing is evwr too much troubke with any issues. She is a credit to the company! Which is also a reason we always come back to this prwmier inn

The hotel was easy to find straight off the motorway. The receptionist was lovely and the room, even though quite a walk, was lovely. We also had breakfast which was excellent

Our room was not ready when we arrived around 3.30pm. There was a queue and we discovered they were short staffed and our rooms were not cleaned. It was suggested we wait in the new restaurant. We had to wait til 5pm for the room to be ready! The coffee, we feel should have been complimentary after this wait. We had less time to get ready for dinner at 6pm, as we were out to an event at 7 30pm. We had to wait nearly 45 mins for four little plates to arrive. Then there were issues with the til. The staff did their best, but felt there wasn't enough of them overall. Hopefully the teething problems will diffuse with time. The room was great and we slept well 😃

Parking was free (whilst multi-storey cannot be used) and very close. Very friendly. Everything was very clean and they have the comfiest beds!

I think the only thing that lets Tiverton Premier Inn down is the car parking. The multi story is accessible but is costly. Also I was stung by having a parking permit stuck to my windscreen. This was because the ticket machine at 10.30 decided not to issue a ticket after an attempted payment. Consequently an over zealous park attendant stuck a notice on my screen at 7.0am.Not impressed so I think Premier Inn needs to have an agreement with Mid Devon Council about resident stays.
