Wifi not the best but not an issue

Great location with a fantastic view from the room. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The chef was very friendly and welcoming.

The Wi-Fi was very weak. There was also no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, which was quite surprising — honestly, this is the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel where these basic toiletries weren’t provided.

Room with fabulous views

I liked the relaxed homely feel of the place, staff were warm and welcoming. Loved the saxaphone player Mark who played there saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.xxx

The only issue i had was on the sunday morning they prioritised passing trade( iron man wales event was there) over guessed who did not have breakfast provided because they were making sausage and bacon roles to sell to supporters. I think they could have made sure guessed were still provided with breakfast and provided supporters with roles and drinks.

Location. Recently renovated room. Cleanliness

No wardrobe or hangers for clothes ( random hangers and only 3). No shower gel. No where to hang towels. No toilet roll paper holder. Internet working intermittently. No knob to close shower or toilet from inside. Breakfast no continental and short of choices.

The location is the best! Clean bedrooms. Good but you need to know to ask for fruit juice at breakfast.

The bed was like bouncing around like the sea. Too soft and uneven with no support, we were slipping onto the side rail. Had to put it on the floor for support. Room could do with de-caf coffee sachets.

Excellent location and hotel facilities

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist einfach unglaublich schön! Man kann stundenlang einfach nur raus schauen! Die Sessel sind super bequem und auch das Zimmer ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten hier eine wirklich tolle Zeit! Preis-Leistung ist super.

Ein paar Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten haben uns gefehlt: Haken für Jacken und Handtücher, sowie ein Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstück ist ein klassisches englisches Frühstück (Spiegelei, Baked Beans, Chips, Tomatensoße, Bacon, Würstchen, Pilze, Toast) Es wäre toll, wenn z.B. auch etwas Gemüse, Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Käse, anderes Brot angeboten werden würde.

Property is still going through some upgrades which is apparent when walking through the hotel but nothing too serious to put customers off staying, but my particular room had no cupboard or hooks for hanging clothes

Loved the staff, location, close to a car park, breakfast was good, room was clean.

Forth floor with no lift, was hard work getting luggage up there. No view, unless you stood on the chair to look out of the window. But on the bright side we got our steps in getting to the room.

Breakfast was good staff were excellent. But the room was dreadful no sink in bathroom it was in bedroom. Carpet 2 shades. Paper beginning to come away on ceiling. So so old fashioned looked like a room from the 60s.

We were in room 306 on top floor, at rear, so no Seaview. The room's decor was like a time warp to the 1970s/1980s. Most of the furniture looked like it was sourced from a bad second hand shop, all chipped and marked. The door to the room was black with white paint splashes, resembling a prison cell door! The bathroom had a badly marked bath and very poor grouting. The sink unit was not in the bathroom. This whole room was of very poor quality, bearing no resemblance to the rooms pictured on their website. If you think of very poor student accommodation, then this is what we endured!!

Been there a few times. Things are worse now no lifts my wife who’s disabled had to climb stairs. The rooms are smaller.

The landord was lovely, the staff were great, it was very clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was really good .room was a great size.

The room was very tired,the landlord did tell me he was in the process of doing thr rooms up, , but to charge £120 for that room was double the price it should have been, I would go back there but hopefully when its revamped.

I think the biggest problem was no parking but you do know that Wen you book ..my problem is I have a trapped nerve and we came for a short break to cheer me up I was horrified when there was no lift plus we were on the third floor those stairs killed me ... . Can't you o.possible fit in a lhift anywhere

Having no lift like I just mentioned it killed me walking those stairs I know you will say you asked for seaview which made the walk up those stairs bit better

All staff encountered were lovely , polite, friendly and helpful. The bars onsite were very pleasant and sociable. The location was perfect over looking north beach and a minute from the bars and restaurants...

The room I was in , I was told was not yet refurbished when checking in . The room.itself seemed a bit sorry, shower was hanging on and had to hold the head to use it. However it was just a bed for the night and didn't affect my stay too much.

The location was fantastic. We had a sea view looking over the Harbour. Breakfast was good. The staff were polite. Very clean. The bar next door was good. Perfect location couldn't get any closer to everything. Definitely stay here again.

It just didn't have a lift so if you're unable to climb stairs this isn't for you. My husband struggled but they helped with our luggage which was amazing.

The staff in the hotel were amazing. Really helpful and so so friendly. The location is excellent, we had a beautiful view and in such a good spot for town, the beach and all the pubs and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was fantastic and the staff were great.

The room we had was a little disappointing as photos on the website showed modern and newly refurbished rooms. Our room was very old and tired and very hot. The shower was coming away slightly from the wall. We only used the smaller shower head as the larger one didn't seem to have enough pressure. I think once all rooms have been refurbished the hotel could be lovely.

I didn't like a room. Building is very unlevel. Bed mattress is awful, very old and probably worned for many years . I was in pain every morning. Bathroom - shower leaking.

We loved the beautiful newly renovated and stunningly decorated large comfortable seaview room. The views are incredible and the hotel is situated right above North beach and the harbour. The hotel bar and restaurant, Puxleys and the reception area is spacious and welcoming and again stunningly newly decorated. The hot full Welsh breakfast was very good. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We will be returning! Thank you so much.

The room.was shabby,dated ,bathroom all needed upgrading. Didnt reflect the initial impressions of the hotel and this should have reflected in the price maybe having a different rate for rooms not yet upgraded. no cold choice for breakfast

The room was at the very top , no lifts , there was a half wall outside the window so the only view was the wall and sky

Amazing location, right opposite one of Tenbys beaches & really easy to get to from The Green car park.

Only downside was no WiFi in the hotel room, worked with no issues in the lobby. (Tenby has poor signal so no phone signal/data/wifi generally)

The breakfast was adequate, but the toast and bacon I’ve been hanging around too long but otherwise okay

It would’ve been nice to have the food cooked a bit fresher I’m not left hanging about

Lovely hotel, we had family room for two which was good size and very comfortable with sea view.

Air-conditioning would be good. TV was a bit small for size of room.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, alles war sauber.

Mauvais accueil Chambre au 4eme étage sans ascenseur sans climatisation si ce n’est un aérateur bruyant Refus de changer de chambre alors que sur votre site 3 chambres étaient disponibles, dont une avec vue sur la mer pour le même prix.( 168€ ). Petit déjeuner servi uniquement à partir de 9h. Refus de le servir plus tôt malgré notre demande car nous avions prévu des activités . Je me permets de rappeler qu’un hôtel est avant tout fait pour dormir

Stayed for one night top floor room 402 very comfortable bed,had a fan which was needed has it was very hot due to heatwave tea and coffee in the room and a hair dryer breakfast was lovely .

We were on the 4th floor in a room that seemed or had seen better days! Very old fashioned and not what the pictures show on booking.com. We asked to move and we were refused due to hotel being full. On check our day we had cleaners knocking on the door from 9am and continued every half an hour. The last knock was at 10:45 and the cleaner said you do realise you check out in 15 minutes to which we replied yes we are aware

The location was wonderful. Staff were very friendly especially the evening porter.

The shower was terribly disappointingly. Both the pressure and the temperature we're inadequate. Also I have severe lung problems and there were no lifts. This made accessing my third floor room very painful.

Loved the renovations so far and location was amazing, with good views of the sea.

The room needed renovating. Shower leaked and was rusting. Carpet was covered in stains. The breakfast was really disappointing. Just offered a cooked breakfast (which wasn’t the best) and I did not want a greasy breakfast so didn’t eat much. Even if they offered some cereal, or fruit would make a big difference. Only was given one piece of toast by the chef, when I asked for another one as that is all I was eating, he looked at me as if I shouldn’t be asking that, like the food was rationed. Shame as the hotel has had great improvements and the location is amazing, but things like the breakfast really lets it down.

The room was small but very nicely decorated and the view from our room was amazing couldn't be better looking out over the beach and rolling sea... The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had very good quality and just helped your self to as much as you like great start to the day..And to top it all off was the themed pub joining the hotel with all it's film poster's life size models and movie memorabilia ..I loved that place.... Definitely will be returning some time very i hope soon 👍

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. You got exactly what you paid for; good breakfast, fantastic location being right on the sea front and lovely people.

There have clearly been some renovations recently, which I don’t think had quite reached our room as the bathroom was quite outdated. However, it was clean and functioning which is all we could ask for.

Room was the worst I have ever stayed in. The shower did not work. We were not able to bathe. The only window in the room had dried seagull shit covering it with view blocked by outside wall less than 1 meter away. The cupboard back had fallen off. The walls were cracked & wallpaper coming off. Paint was chipped on all walls. Bathroom floor had cracks in it with brown mould. Furniture was cheap & old.

Location is FAB! Best Seaview rooms! Great New furniture! Great full English breakfast! Best mushroom ever!

Stayed in the double room on 4th floor (many stairs!!). It was so hot like a sauna. Super small window so no breeze could get through. All four rooms on the attic had to sleep with the doors open to get some air in the rooms.

Amazing location with extensive sea/cliff views. Very clean, large spacious room with lovely bathroom. White fluffy towels and soft light quilt for summer. Very nice staff. Right in sea front.

Only had cooked breakfast 🍳 I only eat cereal yogurt fruit etc but none available 😢. Otherwise it’s fabulous

The guy who checked us in and the other guy who checked us out were very kind! The room was in a great location and it was a nice room.

Bed was a tad hard for my liking

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean & the view of north beach from our bedroom window was absolutely perfect. The room had a modern, airy feeling to it and the fan provided really helped keep us cool with this hot weather we’re having. The hotel provided you with everything you need and it’s a the perfect spot to access all the amenities Tenby has to offer.

There was nothing negative that I can say about this hotel.

Very out dated no lift and we happened to be placed on top floor not good when my partner has copd ...maybe there should be a choice for your rooms when booking also breakfast wasn't the greatest we ate out 1 of three morning's didn't spend much time in the hotel 😑
