Personal sehr nett und können etwas gebärden, kümmert sich um alles, da wir Gäste gehörlos sind. Uns sehr wohl getan

Nur draußen ein Stück Weg ein bisschen unheimlich, aber Nähe Bahnhof normal. Ich war aber nicht allein, mit einer Freundin zusammen gelaufen.

Beim Frühstück hat mit nur das Wasser aus Flaschen gefehlt. Die Auswahl an der Bar ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Bei geschlossenem Fenster waren die Geräusche der Strasse gut auszuhalten. Keine 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und von den U-Bahnen entfernt. Fussläufig in die Innenstadt. Optimal für Stadterkundungen und Kulturtrips.

Es ist ok wenn nicht der Zimmerservice jeden Tag auf der Matte steht. Aber eine kleine Belohnung für den Verzicht, z.b. in Form einer Flasche Wasser, halte ich nicht für zuviel verlangt. Glück auf

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof war gut. Ebenso Zimmer und das Personal.

Die Umgebung am Bahnhof ist nicht so toll und manchmal sehr laut. Aber das ist bekannt.

Die Lage ist spitze! Und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

In booking you can book 3 adults in 1 room, but when I arrived they refused to give the room saying that 3 adults are not allowed it is mistake of booking.com. I had to call booking and in the end they agreed to give the room, but I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby at 12 am before getting the room. That was not customer friendly behaviour from hotel.

Funktional ausgestattet, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Gegend hat uns wegen der vielen Lokale sehr gefallen.

Der Zugang ist etwas umständlich.

The place it is in, we got there later when it was dark and on a Saturday night. The streets were full of people drinking (which wasn’t the problem), homeless people, people begging, a strange feeling, i didn’t feel it was safe and couldn’t wait to get to our hotel. I think all in all if you know what to expect in Frankfurt city then you are fine. As a first time to Frankfurt I was quite shocked. It just had a strange feeling about the place. The day after, was the aftermath of the night before.

Upscale hotel right next to the train station. It was the perfect base to venture out early and return late using public transportation. Everything was clean and looked fairly new. There were several outlets to charge devices. Despite the location in the city center it was quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, a localização é ótima para quem quer estar perto do trem, nao da para escutar barulho de trem ( acústica e ótima), gostei de tudo

The pillow was comfortable. The person on reception was jolly.

Holes in the curtains. Stained carpets. Very hot room and air con didn't work and was very noisy. Shower was weak. The room was generally grim, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Very overpriced for such a grotty room.

Overall a good hotel with a very good price / quality ratio. Parking was available for us at 15€ per night. At check in the staff spoke perfect English.

The area around the train station is not very nice. A lot of people under influence and a lot of homeless people lying around. It smells of urine and bad hygiene. Not the fault of the hotel obviously but it still did not feel very safe in the late evening. The breakfast was not worth the price. Croissants were the soft kind you buy in a bag in the supermarket, they were not baked. The AC was getting very loud at night (sound of running fluids) Beds were a bit too soft for me personally.

Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Mit einer Maschine zu sprechen ist echt nicht schön… Ich weiß, ist mittlerweile Standard, aber deshalb muss es mir nicht gefallen.

The location was fantastic as we could walk into the town easily from there. Comfortable rooms and easy parking. Staff were friendly.

Great choice, value for money close to city center

Es casi imposible aparcar en los alrededores y el hotel ofrece la opción de parking por 18€ la noche, un precio excesivo en mi opinión teniendo en cuenta lo difícil que es aparcar. El desayuno otros 18€ por un servicio que está bien, pero lo veo muy justo para ese precio. Reservamos una triple y nos pusieron en una doble con sofá cama que ocupaba todo el espacio disponible, haciendo casi imposible abrir la maleta. Tienes que pedir que te limpien la habitación, la pedimos y para nuestra sorpresa se limitaron a cambiar las toallas y a hacer la cama, dejando la misma suciedad en el suelo que había cuando llegamos. No queda muy cerca del centro (1,5 km) a pie y a 800m de transporte público, por lo que si vas con niños la vuelta se te hace larga y no es un trayecto precisamente bonito. Es un hotel ideal para adultos o personas que viajen por trabajo, pero para familias con niños pequeños, mejor buscar otras opciones, porque el precio tampoco es barato precisamente.

Aunque está cerca del centro de Friburgo, es un paseo por calles un poco solitarias

La amabilidad de los trabajadores,las instalaciones y la cercanía a la estación central y el tranvía.

La zona está llena de vagabundos y gente con mala apariencia. Es una pena porque el hotel está muy bien,pero sobretodo si se va con niños y especialmente por la noche,las calles de los alrededores no tienen el mejor ambiente.

Die Lage war sehr gut um am nächsten Tag die Zugverbindung nach Düsseldorf wahrzunehmen.

Der Teppichboden im Flur der 7. Etage könnte gereinigt werden Flecken beseitigt werden. Der erste Eindruck auf der Etage war nicht der Beste. Und so setzte es sich im Zimmer 718 fort. Der Teppichboden fleckig, der Sessel auf der Ditzfkäche strotzt nur so von Flecken. Das war geradezu ecklig. Das Tablet, auf welchem die Tassen und der Wasserkocher standen, war staubig. Habe es auch an der Rezeption gemeldet.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und auch nicht sonderlich hellhörig. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist gut und das Zimmer lässt sich gut klimatisieren.

Das Personal beim Check In war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels recht langsam. Ich würde empfehlen dies online zu machen. Eines der Zimmer unserer Gruppe war leider nicht ordentlich geputzt (dreckige Löffel, Abfall nicht richtig geleert etc). Beim Checkout erhielten wird eine kleine Erstattung.

Wir sind Stammgäste, die oft in dieser Hotelkette übernachten. Der Preis ist sehr preisgünstig für Familien und alles, was wir brauchen, ist vorhanden. Vor allem der Wasserkocher, die Teesorten, der Instantkaffee und der Haartrockner. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Lobbybereich ist eines der Highlights für uns, wo wir uns unterhalten, Zeit miteinander verbringen, Getränke genießen und Karten spielen können. Das Frühstück ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl: kleine Brötchen, Croissants, Fruchtmarmeladen, Müsli, Schinken, Gemüse, Obstsalat und Joghurt. Zudem gibt es viele interessante Teesorten, Kaffee, Kakao, gekochte Eier, Rührei, Baked Beans, Wurst und Bacon. Es gibt sogar Oatly Barista sowie laktosefreie Milch. Für einen Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder unter 14 Jahren (die kostenlos mitessen) ist es mit einem Preis von 18 Euro absolut preisgünstig

Great location - 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. So many amazing restaurants close by, from all corners of the world. Great sustainability practices used at the property.

Value, location, clean

There were no adapters available to plug 120 volt appliances into the outlets. Also, no USB adapters to charge cell phones. The hotel is behind most of its' competitors on this topic.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück war super. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist top.

The Location is very ideal ,Very friendly Staff I could give them 10/10 .Breakfast was very good may be they can add little more options.

Room was spacious. Hotel was close to Frankfurt station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of eateries close by. A very good supermarket (Tegut) just over 1 block away.

Das Familienzimmer ist leider zu klein. Die Toilettendeckel wackelte hin und her. Die Silikondichtung hatte sich bereits abgelöst. Die Duschtür ließ sich schlecht schließen. Sie ging teilweise selbstständig auf. Die Parkgebühren sind unverschämt hoch. Das Doppelbett ist für zwei Personen zu klein.

Das Frühstück hätte noch VIEL besser geschmeckt, hätte man im Hotel schon etwas von Stuhlgleitern gehört und diese Filze genutzt...

Die noch verträgliche Lage in einem Problemviertel. Zimmer, Frühstück etc. okay.

Das Klopapier war von der billigsten Sorte.

Zu warmes Zimmer. Klimaanlage ging nicht, aber draußen war's zu laut, um das Fenster dauerhaft zu schließen.

Hotel localizado en la periferia. Lo cogimos como base para recorrer los pueblos cercanos de la selva negra. Se puede ir andando al centro sin problema, a unos 25 min (la ventaja con respecto a hoteles del centro, es que a estos últimos no puedes acceder con el coche). La habitación no estaba mal, y la cama era cómoda. Bien aislada de ruido. Calidad precio no está mal.

El parking del hotel es caro y no hay apenas aparcamiento alrededor. Nosotros aparcamos en un Lidl que hay cerca y era la mejor opción. El personal parecía reírse de nosotros cuando le pedimos que limpiaran la habitación. Si no avisas no la limpian aunque te hospedes varios días... No fueron amables en ningún momento, ni mostraban interés en ayudar.

Schön sauber größe zimmer hatte

Parkplatz Situation schlecht bei unserer Ankunft am späten Abend gab es kein Parkplatz mehr im hotel, wurden zu einem Parkhaus geschickt ohne große Erklärungen wo es sich befindet und durch die umfangreichen bauarbeiten an der Straße fanden wir es auch nicht. Frühstück war auch nicht so der Hammer und es kam zu Wartezeiten zwecks auffüllen des Buffets da das Personal unterbesetzt war so schien es jedenfalls.

Das Hotel war super mit der Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof, da wir auf einem Konzert waren.

Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich aber viel zu wenig in der Auswahl... Schade

Die Einrichtung war stylisch

Das keine meiner Karten zum bezahlen funktioniert hat und man dann erstmal, bevor man einchecken dürfte, nach 6 Stunden Autofahrt mit Baby auf die Suche nach einem Geldautomaten gehen musste. Zum Parkplatz Zugang gab es unterschiedlichste Auskünfte und am ersten Tag baten wir um Klopapier und Leerung der Mülleimer, was dann leider nicht gemacht wurde.

Etwas störend sind die Geräusche vom Bahnhof.

Uitstekend hotel, mooi ingericht. Kamers zijn niet heel groot, maar wel comfortabel. Goede locatie om de stad en omgeving te bezoeken. Fietsen mochten binnen staan

die Lage war wie erwartet gut. das Hotel war leicht zu finden. Die Fenster waren schalldicht und die Vorhänge verdunkelten das Zimmer sehr gut.

Frühstück: ist ausbaufähig. Normalerweise bin ich imFreiburg Nord wo das Frühstück wesentlich besser ist. Auch das Personal ist dort freundlicher. Generell ist in Freiburg Süd das Personal gleichgültiger. wenn ich beim Ausschicken nicht gesagt hätte dass wir ein Frühstück hatten wäre das unbemerkt geblieben.

Very comfy bed as well with extra firm pillows. Extra large bath towels provided. All the usual facilities expected of a premier inn provided for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and kind in provided us with ice for the room from the bar.

We went to breakfast towards the end of the time slot and there was a lack of crockery and cutlery.

Good location with ample parking and easy stroll into town. Nice bar area and good selection of drinks plus happy hour ! Staff helpful and very friendly. The room was quite small compared to other Premier inn family rooms but as comfortable as expected and a great Premier inn all in all. Very clean and quiet.

No shops near by that we found ( it seemed like Frieburg had no convenient shops or kiosks at all!!) But a great local bakery that served coffee near by.

The hotel was very clean, the room was reasonably large, the breakfast had adequate options that were replenished reasonably frequently and there were sufficient options to keep me satisfied over my two night stay. Luggage storage is available for those arriving early or leaving late.

The bar and reception area are lightly staffed, so it can be a bit difficult to get served at the bar if there is someone being attended to at reception.

Die gut ausgestatteten Zimmer haben eine außergewöhnlich gute Schallisolierung, so dass man trotz Frankfurt Innenstadt sehr angenehm und leise schlafen kann. Dazu kommt eine sehr leise Klimaanlage und angenehme Betten. Das Frühstück ist ausgewoge und umfangreich.

Etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung wäre ganz gut. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre in der warmen Jahreszeit sehr von Vorteil. Aber das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Limpio, bien situado (cerca de la estación y de los museos) aunque no es el mejor barrio. La disponibilidad de parking a un precio razonable.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Kann es weiterempfehlen !

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten bis zur Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof, sodass wir das Auto nicht nutzen mussten. Ausstattung im Zimmer war sehr gut. Meine Matratze war sehr weich, ich konnte aber wunderbar schlafen. Alles war sehr sauber und geplagt, lediglich der Teppich im Zimmer könnte vielleicht eine Reinigung bekommen. Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist: wir schlafen sehr gern mit offenem Fenster. Hier wurden wir jeden Morgen von den Durchsagen auf dem Bahnhof geweckt.

Frühstück war von der Auswahl gut. Es fehlte aber laufen Besteck, Brötchen wurden teilweise erst sehr spät nachgelegt usw.. Es ging im Frühstücksraum an zwei von vier Tagen drunter und drüber.

Toujours aussi bien. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix de tous les hôtels qu’on ait pu faire. Confortable, spacieux, propre. Quand on va à Frankfurt, on ne réfléchit pas, on vient ici.

Seul bémol de l’hôtel, son emplacement. Le quartier de la gare de Frankfurt n’est pas bien fréquenté, sans grande surprise. C’est une réalité qui s’étend même à toute la ville. Il y a énormément de sdf à Frankfurt, comme dans beaucoup de villes allemandes. C’est assez étonnant.

Ein Hotelzimmer sollte, gerne im Sommer einen kleinen Kühlschrank haben. An der Bar kosten zwei 0,33 Radeberger Bier über 8 €.

Schneller Check-In vor Ort, Frühstück war ok. Gut war, dass die Kinder beim Frühstück nicht berechnet wurden. Dadurch war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Frühstück gut. Gepäckaufbewahrung nach der Abreise ist auch ein wichtiger und guter Service.

Fernseher in einem recht kleinen Hotelzimmer stört. Einfach mal weglassen. Mehr Platz, mehr Nachhaltigkeit, weniger Stromverbrauch usw.
