Premier Inn Stevenage Central

The staff were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. Our shower head clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time and the plug hole too. The quality of breakfast and selection was really good too. A fantastic place to stay for a good night’s sleep on your travels.

Lisa on the bar and reception was amazing with her cocktail making and Customer service Will definitely return Amazing experience

Staff are always friendly, new and improved menu. Always some banter when Kerry is on the desk. Free parking and takeaway deliveries know the place well.

An amazing place, with amazing staff. Lieane and her team always make me feel welcome. It is always a pleasure to come here, I would never stay anywhere else when in the area. Thank you to all staff for there hard work, dedication and professionalism. I love it here.

Served by Lisa in the bar, very, friendly welcoming and helpful. The Same with blonde girls last week. Both put up with a drunken fool who kept winging. Handled it beautifully. Top marks to the bar staff. Staff having to split their duties between bar and reception is unfair. I feel more staff would improve the guest experience. They work extremely hard.

Good location for early morning train to London. Uber is cheap for both the old town and train station. Nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Lianne has really impressed me over the past 10 weeks with her friendly manor and positive management style shining through. Made a real difference to my stay and her team stands out in comparison to all other Premier Inns I have stayed at. Nothing is too much trouble, Matt 422 ;)

Lianne was very helpful on the front desk, lovely breakfast and great customer service. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Great customer service from leanne and annette they helped us check in early to our room and got us all rooms next to each other

Very attentive, friendly staff who were very helpful.Lisa was on reception when we arrived and was very apologetic about the booking system being a tad problematic. She stayed professional throughout and solved the issue. As mentioned in an earlier review, please ensure that you log your car details into the tablet for parking whilst you’re visiting the hotel. Rooms were excellent.Clean and comfortable. All in all,a fantastic stop over on a football away day.

Very nice accommodation, minor problem with TV but a very nice staff member called Kerri helped with the issue very quickly and Taylor kept me occupied with witty chat.

The staff were amazing but the accommodation and food were terrible. We used to visit Premier Inns regularly but this visit was the last time. Definitely.

just wanted to take a moment to recognise the amazing staff at the Premier Inn in Stevenage. From the moment I arrived, Hayley, Kerri, Lisa, Ellis, Taylor and Lea made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed — nothing was too much trouble. A special mention also goes to Lianne, the manager, who clearly leads by example. It’s easy to see that the team works well together, and that comes across in the warm, positive atmosphere they create for guests. Their kindness and efficiency genuinely made my stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you all — you’re a credit to Premier Inn! Peter F

Fantastic staff, best ive come across. Super friendly and loved doing there job. Brilliant stay. Definitely recommend staying here.

Hayley the staff member that was serving us during dinner and reception was absolutely amazing. She showed that she cares, she took care of our entire wedding party of 12 and was so good! Honestly she made the entire stay better and she deserves recognition for this, I have worked in retail/hospitality for over 10 years and I love to recognise a good worker when I see one.

Barbara (Kerry) was very helpful good service definitely stay again thank you and thank you for the curry number just hope the food is good

Staff are 10 10 rooms are great services amazing team are bubbly Taylor is fantastic lian neHayley terri would deffo stay here and recommend to any workers and free parking is a bonus

The hotel had been booked since the beginning of the year with s large group party, and yet the management (i use this term very loosely) decide to leave 2 girls in charge (one a trainee) to deal with about 60 guys. The table next to us have got fed up waiting to have their order taken and have ordered a pizza hut meal which has still arrived quicker than the food we ordered from the kitchen. Very very poor service, won't be booking again.

Very nice place with a very nice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed watching Lisa work the front desk, resturant, and bar all at the same time, juggling our stupid questions and requests. What a great night with her happy personality fighting to keep a group our size happy. Thank you Lisa. The rest of the staff treated us the same. We will be back.

Thank you both Lianne and Hayley for your exceptional friendly, professional and attentive service during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when our desk lamp required a lightbulb, we needed an extra hand towel and being served in the bar. Our only criticism is that we felt harried during breakfast by Christina as she was anxious to tidy away the buffet even though breakfast was not due to finish until 10.30 am. Admitedly we were the only 2 left but we were not intent on lingering as we had a long drive ahead of us.

I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel
