The staff was really kind, helpful and informative. Everybody did a great job to make us feel good and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice with lots of variaties and fresh fruit. The location of the hotel was perfect and it felt safe.

Will definitely recommend this place to friends, location is also right in the heart of Old Quarter which makes all the main tourist sights in the city walkable distance from the hotel, something we really apprechiated.

If you are looking for a hotel in Hanoi where you feel welcome and at home, this is the place to go. Mia and her colleagues Angela, Giang, and Cindy help you with everything you need. They offer great service and a personal touch. Also Mia has a great network and can book you the best tours in Vietnam. For us she arranged a trekking tour in Sapa, and the Ha Giang Loop. Both great. In fact we liked the service so much we stayed at the Hanoi Indochine Premium twice

The staff was unbelievably attentive. The location could not have been better for walking around the Old Quarter.

Good location. Excellent staff service rendered from a group of young people (Okami, Angela, Mia and 2 more guys whose names we cannot remember). They were attentive to our needs in the week we were there. We had an early trip to Sapa and they even packed breakfast for us so that we could eat on our way.

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel , apart from having a great location in the very center of the old city and comfortable, spacious, beautifully designed rooms, has a wonderful staff that will make you feel like part of the family. I received a lot of useful information during my stay, as well as an excellent organization of excursions with excellent guides with a high command of the English language. I must also mention the care they gave me when I caught a cold, so I would like to thank you again, it meant a lot to me considering that I started the trip alone. All praise for efficiency.

When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Mia, Angela, Cindy and Giang. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Dan and Hien. The entire staff could not be more helpful. Stayed here with my siblings and cousin and had the best time in Hanoi. Location of this hotel was perfect, in a busy area with lots going on around us and even though our room was at the front of the hotel it was not loud at all. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Hanoi with most destinations in a short walking distance. The hotel room was lovely and everything we needed for our stay was available to us. The staff were incredible, super friendly, so helpful and just genuinely lovely people that cared about making your stay the best. We were greeted with delicious banana cake and tea and got told a little about the hotel and the area, and the staff were also very willing to help us with anything when we asked for recommendations from their favourite local restaurants to calling restaurants to check they were open to conversing with taxi drivers for us. Truly enjoyed our stay and the staff were really a highlight and memorable part of the stay!

The location is central in the old quarter and about 10 minutes walk to the lake. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great.

Location is perfect, no doubt. Everything is under 15 minutes walking. The staff is doing their 100% to fullfill your needs. The young team is energetic, smiling, Mia, Angela, Giang, I don’t remember all the names, but we are always greeted with a smile. We have booked simple rooms and a family room in the last day which is much more bigger . Should the room be available, I would choose a family room of four for the two of us next time. There is enough choices for breakfast , they change everyday and the food is very fresh.

Buffet wasn’t even in the hotel had to walk to a different hotel and nothing like the picture, got upgraded to a “family room” pretty sure we just got a worse room with a single bed, couldn’t find the “rooftop” terrace anywhere little bit disappointing.

everything ! cannot fault this hotel or staff . we had one half of the group needing an early check in , the other a very late check on - neither a problem . the hotel was spotless , very comfortable and well equipped . it is in a great location in the old quarter and although our bedroom was at the front, noise from street was not at all intrusive . The exceptional thing was the help and advice given by the staff with regards to booking and making our further travel arrangements - Mia, Angela went above and beyond ! Thank you so much

They’ve been helping us plan our tours and coordinate with different operators for our pickup and travels, going as far as packing us complimentary sandwiches for the road. Mia, Angela, Jenny and Giang are friendly and eager to provide us with an amazing stay and experience in Hanoi. Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. Having booked last minute we were hoping for a nice stay, but this place far exceeded all expectations, so much that we came back following our ha long bay cruise. The location is fantastic, minutes away from all old town attractions, and the rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, with great amenities. What stands this place out from other places we have stayed in the staff. Every member of staff was a delight to interact with, they were incredibly helpful, going out of their way and being generally friendly and kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and given the price we’ll be sad to be leaving.

Our stay here was awesome, they deserve every great review they receive. The staff made our stay even better. They taught us a bit of Vietnamese here and there too and welcomed us every time with great enthusiasm and smiles. The lobby smells so good! Special mention for Paul during breakfast, you are great and made our day with your smile and top professionalism! Plus, we slept like babies, their beds are super comfortable, which you appreciate after long days in the old quarter trying not to be run over by scooters.

I stayed in the Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel when I first arrived in Hanoi, and returned to it again later in my trip. Both times the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mia and to Jenny. The location in the Old Town was perfect, an easy walk to everywhere I needed to go and also to the Railway Station. On both of my stays the room was great. Very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows, nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good too. I would book again and recommend to friends.

Incredibly attentive, friendly, warm and courteous staff; wonderful breakfast room on the roof terrace with a super tasty breakfast. Every wish was read from our eyes. We felt incredibly comfortable and booked our next stay there straight away. The room with balcony was a little dream. We have been to hanoi several times and the Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel was by far the best we have ever had. Thank you very much for the great time.

The customer service was exceptional. Mia and her team welcomed us with smiles every time they saw us. They treated us like family and provided wonderful recommendations on places to eat and organised 2 tours for us. They were beyond accomodating and made us all feel right at home.

Amazing stay at this gorgeous hotel! The staff were so warm and welcoming, they made a point of knowing who you are and it didn’t go unnoticed. I wasn’t well whilst I stayed there but the room was so comfy and clean, I didn’t even feel bad about not leaving it much! Really great stay and would recommend!

Hotel is suited in perfect location, just few minutes from the lake and most of tourist attractions. Crew is very very nice, they take care of everything to be sure you feel like home. They offer really good breakfast. Rooms are comfy and clean. We tested couple hotels in Hanoi and this one has definitely the best value for money.

This was our first day in Hanoi, and we had a good start because of Mia. Her warm smile and detailed introduction to the hotel and old quarter gave us a clear impression of this area. Mia even gave us an early check-in so that we could take a short break after a tiring flight. All the staff are willing to help with everything you need. The location is perfect to anywhere in the old quarter including the church and popular restaurants like Pho 10, Pho Gia Truyen Bat Dan. The breakfast is impressive because you can even order a chicken noodle soup and there are more choices you can imagine. All our family had an enjoyable stay and I am looking forward to coming back again.

The staff were extremely kind, hospitable and accommodating, even organizing an excellent last-minute trip to Ninh Binh when we decided to take a break from the city. The hotel is well located to access key attractions and the staff provide a useful summary (and delicious cake) on arrival. Breakfast is generous and varied for both sweet and savoury tastes, and the breakfast staff are welcoming. We stayed before and after a trip to Bai Tu Long bay, and there was the option of leaving luggage at the hotel if we wanted to. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel, or stay here again ourselves in the future.

Since the day we booked, the host was writing to us to arange everything. When we arrived the staff made a very warm welcome and explained everything about Hanoi, where to go, what to visit, where to exchange money with good rate. The room was very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. We tried also the breakfast and was good. We went in Halong bay for 2 nights and the staff was very kind to keep our luggage there when we came back. When i come back to Hanoi i will definitely choose again Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel .

It’s all about the helpful and friendly staff members who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They also greet you with tea and cake upon arrival. I could store my luggage at reception overnight when I went on a 2-day cruise to Halong Bay. Location is smack dab in the centre of the bustling Old Quarters. Breakfast has good Vietnamese and Western options, and is of very good quality.

The location is not convenient for drop off or pickup by car. The posted window view is misleading since there is a wall blocking any view in the room that I was staying in.

We stayed for a second time when we returned from our Halong Bay cruise. The new room was equally well-equipped as the first, and the staff continued to be welcoming and helpful - especially Mia and Angela! It's worth mentioning that the hotel has excellent tourist information and can help organise taxis and SIM cards at an affordable price too.

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel l is comfortably situated in the middle of Hanoi’s beating heart. It’s very easy to reach all the iconic places from the hotel and it’s full with great eateries all around. The rooms are great, the service goes well beyond what typically needed. The staff was absolutely exceptional and helped us with everything and anything during our stay and even afterwards. During our Vietnam trip we returned to Hanoi Indochine Premium 3 times and would definitely return again if we stayed at Hanoi. Thank you Mia, Angela, Giang, Cindy, Paul and all the team. Nice and comfortable hotel in the old quarter. Within short walking distance to eateries, cafes, fruit stalls, markets, Ho Hoan Kiem lake, water puppet theater... Our room was spaceous, confortable and nicely decorated. WiFi was good, Aircon very quiet. It had a small balcony to the street. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of local and western food. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and attentive, everybody spoke reasonable to good English. We booked a transfer to the Airport upon departure. That went flawless and comfortable. Our driver was extremly open and friendly. Overall our stay was very pleasant, we would definitely book again.

Location, comfortable and clean. We arrived in Hanoi and stayed for one night, as we went for Ha Long Bay Cruise the next day, we left our luggage with the hotel, and then back to hotel for another 2 nights. The hotel crew are always smiling and ready to assist you.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, which is well located on a relatively big street but the rooms are quiet. The breakfast was good, the rooms tidy with great ammenities, but mostly the staff was great, very pleasant and joyful, and also very helpful. We only had a short stay, but found this a lovely hotel. The staff were helpful in the weeks before we arrived and so accommodating when we got there so early due to our morning flight..
