這家酒店是今年全新開業的。大堂空間寬敞，設計宏偉且整潔。酒店人員專業且有禮貌。房間空間寬大，設計簡潔，十分舒適。酒店設施包括游泳池、兒童遊戲室、健身房和溫泉。酒店對面有新開的商場，非常便利。此外，酒店還提供代幣，可用於下午茶和晚餐的贈送食物。我們度過了一個非常愉快的假期。

What an incredible hotel! Our family loved it. Our adjoining rooms were wonderful and allowed our 2 kids to have their own room and facilities. The pool was incredible as was the gym. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in Bangkok.

The rooms are great, everything is comfortable and new. Service was superb, never waited for the front desk. Gym was amazing and the room was cleaned doesn't matter what time you left it. Pool area is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a mall comes full of endless food options.

The Spa is always full and the onsen style is not suitable me cuz it requires the guests to go naked inside without providing any disposable stuff instead.

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Good supply of amenities in bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Amazing shower! Games room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Onsen massage was the best I’ve had. With a nice treat of mango and sticky rice complementary. Only downside is that this is a dry hotel. The staff happy for you to bring in your own alcohol.

Great Hitel, great service, great staff

It was my first time to stay in this new hotel. Unfortunately our bath tube was leaking in our first night, but the hotel reacted rapidly & this impressed me surprisingly. In summary, this hotel is very suitable for the daily w/ kids coz the facilities r prefect such as game room, swimming pool & spa , onsen …. The only inconvenient was the distance to MRT not BTS fr the entrance of the hotel.. and we need to trf to BTS if we want to go to the main tourists’ attractions or malls . Anyhow, l highly recommend this hotel to the families

This hotel was really good. Most other hotels look good online but are falling apart. Really great room and the gym must be one of the world’s best hotel gyms ever. And I mean it!! Table tennis and pinballs were the next level good. I thought I saw few Rocky Balboa’s at the reception and was wondering if ladies with many shopping bags where with them or with some billionaires. Who knows?? All in all great place. Highly recommend by my brother who came with me and I must say I have to agree with him. Please don’t tell him that.

This has been my favorite place in Bangkok. Great staff. There is a whole floor of games and play areas for the kids, and the views are amazing from the large pool and rooms. I have family of 4 and we all were blown away with what this place has to offer. Also their partnership with Lets Relax is super convenient.

everything was perfect except the house keeping took away my welcome gift, cake and cookies which i intended to eat after my dinner. When I return from dinner, it was removed from the table. very disappointing.

This hotel exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The lobby is stunning, and the staff provides exceptional service throughout the stay. The views are breathtaking, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic,offering a wide variety of options, with a strong emphasis on Asian cuisine but plenty of international selections as well. The room was spacious with high ceilings, excellent water pressure, and a large refrigerator, which was especially convenient for families. The infinity pool was a highlight, complete with a Jacuzzi, steam room, and a generous recreational area perfect for both kids and adults. Although I didn’t use the Onsen, I did enjoy a massage on the same floor, which was absolutely perfect. This is an outstanding hotel for a family vacation, and I’ll definitely be returning with my family next time.
