It was an easy walk to everything close to an expensive parking garage but there was street parking available.

Stayed with my partner for a two days in Dublin. Great location! Loved the vibe and will return again!

Room was good, but on the small side. However, well put together for a small room. Very comfortable bed and very quiet. Would recommend for a well priced hotel in the city center

Quiet even being next door to Garda station. Staff friendly and helpful. Close enough to walk to attractions or use public transportation to venture further abroad.

Nice modern clean hotel

The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent! check in was easy. They had an issue with their key card system, so we were slightly delayed getting into our rooms but the manager comped us with some free beverages while we waited. The rooms are small but comfortable, think cruise ship style. The bathroom/shower area is not exactly its own separate sound-proof room... so hopefully you are comfortable with whoever you are sharing the room with :-). The Breakfast was very good, but not included.

The room was small but well designed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They were the best part of our stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The lobby and bar provided a comfortable place to hang out with family and friends. The hotel is centrally located close to shops, resaurants and St. Patrick's Cathedral and public park. The Dublin Airport Express bus stopsfor rides to and from the airport were a very short walk from the hotel.

Modern rooms and property with pop art meets tongue-in-cheek decor and thoughtfully compact layouts. Close to lots of dining and attractions but interior rooms are quiet. If traveling in a pair, note you'll need to crawl across or around your bedmate to get out of (the large and comfortable) bed. You'll also need to pass them any devices, as chargers/plugs are all on one side of the bed. Our shower drain was backed up upon arrival, which caused water to pool in the main room. While the front desk couldn't relocate us because their booking system was down at the time, maintenance and housekeeping teams fixed the issue within an hour. Other than that hiccup, the room was neat and clean.

Clean new hotel with nice staff.

Nice new building in the center of Dublin. Everything was walkable (Restaurants, Theaters, Trinity College, Guinness Storeroom, Walking Tour, ...). Definitely recommend the Breakfast option, good value and great food.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, easily walkable into Dublin centre, pleasant room.

There is a convenience store by the Radisson Blu hotel a couple blocks away. The hotel is half a block away from the gardens around St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel is a bit further away from the main Dame St road. However there are a couple short cuts one by the Dublin Castle and through the courtyard. The other one was by going by the Radisson Blu hotel. This gave a couple options and was a great selection of pubs restaurants and shopping in this area. I thought I would hate the small rooms at the hotel but I loved it! My only complaint is that there was hair in the bed upon check in and also every time they changed the sheets so three times in ten days. Not my hair as it was long black hair. Staff should check the sheets so there is no hair in the bed.The bed and pillows were great as I have a bad back and neck and neither gave me problems. Wish I could have taken them home! I visited the bar a few times but they did not have the Kopparberg cider I was addicted to and limited food options. I would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect, close to the main sites and good restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice lobby with lots of space.

Rooms small but very comfortable . Everything we needed! Walking distance to great restaurants, pubs and sightseeing museums, whiskey/beer tastings! Staff very friendly and approachable. Super pub around the corner, John O'dwyers. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location near St Patrick’s cathedral and not far from major attractions. The hotel is brand new and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and coffee options plentiful. The dinner menu could be expanded a bit in case you do not want to leave the hotel

Very comfortable room.

Close to many great restos, museums and attractions. Great service and comfy rooms. Bed and pillows were a bit hard for me but that's just a preference. Breakfast buffet was incredible!

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the room was cozy & compact, like being on a cruise ship, but totally workable. The staff in the bar, especially Heba, a fellow Canadian, took the time to speak with you & provide excellent service.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel was wonderful! Friendly, helpful staff, great location. My only issue was the position of the incredibly comfortable bed; to get up in the middle of the night, you have to climb over your sleeping partner.

Great all round stay

Loved the location of this hotel. It was easily walkable to a lot of places within 15-25 minutes like Trinity College, Grafton Street, Dublin Castle, St. Stephen Green, Temple Bar. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. It was perfect for me but might be a little cramped with 2 people in there. Lights and blinds were controlled by the iPad and some switches. While it’s modern, I found it annoying at times if I just wanted one light on, especially in the bathroom. Staff were amazing and so helpful. It would be nice if they allowed early check in though. There were quite a few of us who were exhausted from red-eye flights and they told everyone they were at capacity and rooms weren’t ready. I’m sure they were instructed to say that but all the rooms were miraculously ready right at 2pm. On the plus side, at least it was 2 and not 4pm I guess. Breakfast was delicious and there were decent options. Overall, great experience and I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was very easy and efficient to use, though the complete blackout at night took some getting used to. I would have liked to have been able to raise the blind just a little

Nice property in an excellent location

This room was fascinating for us! There was so much convenience packed in the minimal area, and we were still comfortable. We really appreciated the blackout curtains, especially for adjusting to the different time zone. Everything was automated, which was wonderful. The parking garage was quite a walk away and very expensive.

This property is in a convenient location which is walkable for many attractions. Our room was very clean and had all amenities however it was quite small.

Hotel was in a great location for walking to the attractions we wanted to see. Complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby would have been a nice touch, not sure if this is not a common thing to do in the hotels in Ireland!

Exactly as advertised, snug kitchy in the middle.of everything you need to walk to. Excellent breakfast, fantastic staff.

On the very first day, the shower drain was completely blocked resulting in a flood in the entire room. The response from the hotel was slow and confusing.

I’ll be back! Stunning hotel with friendly staff. Nearby Temple Bar. The technology in the hotel is 10/10. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect for solo travelers! The iPad is a very nice touch. Only downside(s) are that there is no iron for clothes nor a microwave for food. The room setup made me feel right at home. It’s a 8 min walk from the city center: keep that in mind. It’s a very nice price compared to other hotels nearby!

Pricy, but you got what you paid for.

Everything was brand new and wonderful! Room electronics were fun. Loved the free sparkle water in the lobby!

This hotel reminds me of "Pod 39" and "Pod 51" in New York City; you feel as though your staying in an "Ikea" modelled bedroom. Although small, it is modern, clean and well designed use of space. The bonus with citizenM basic rooms is that you get a King Size Bed, room safe and mini fridge. (Not offered at "Pod 39 or 51"). CitizenM offers the best value if you are looking for clean & modern place to sleep when you are not out experiencing everything Dublin has to offer.

This is the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in, and i have travelled through 165 countries and stayed at more than 400 hotels. At AUD 575 for one night stay, it ranks as the most expensive room per square foot above any hotel i stayed at in Amalfi, Sorrento, Venice, Portofino, San Gimagnano, Paris, London, Stockholm, Oslo, LA, New York, Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Munich, Cologne and Berlin, all of which cost more but gave 2 to 4 times the floor area and furnishings.

This is a new morden hotel good for young people or short term business traveler，lobby is very big and busy，looks as an WeWork Office，but room is too small，not worth the money. The lighting control system is hard to control. Room clean is almost no，the so called “light clean” is just changing the towels，we requested for deep cleaning one day，but found there's still hair in the shower ground and one of the towel hasn't changed.

Property was very nice and clean. Excellent bar and breakfast options. Right across the street from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and walkable to the temple bar area. Will definitely stay here again!

New hotel and everything felt fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Lived my cozy room and slept like a baby on the comfortable bed. Lots of tech to control things in the room - don’t be intimidated, but it takes a sec to learn something new. Location across the street from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and a short walk to Temple Bar made this a great place to stay.

It says there is food and drinks 24/7, we asked and they said they didn’t have 24/7 service.

This hotel was a home away from home. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we walked in to check-in, until the moment we left after check-out, we were made to feel like part of a family. The staff were amazing, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself has such a fun vibe. The rooms have everything you need and are very comfortable. We would definitely stay at any CitizenM hotel in our future travels.

Very modern "smart" property. Everything controlled by easy to use ipad. Staff is exceptional. Good food. Love the decor...quite different!

Everything was clean and new. Bed was comfortable and huge. Shower was great. Lobby is super comfortable with a great breakfast each morning and plenty drink/coffee options. All in all 10/10.

Comfortable room. Great amenities. Enjoyed the black out Curtains and the iPad to run the room.

First, the staff were great. However, the room I was given had malfunctioning outlets, no phone, and a malfunctioning iPad which controlled the temperature. When someone came to fix the outlets, they said they blew because of my adapter so I went and bought another one. The breakers blew again. I tested both adapters in the hallway plug and both had no issues. However, maintenance had left and I would have no power in the room until the next day. The solution I was given was to plug my phone into the lobby outlet overnight which was not an option. I was finally given a new room after asking. As a smaller complaint, I was given a room with neon purple lighting in the bathroom which was horrible for makeup and couldn’t be turned off. As for location, it was convenient to attractions.

It was awesome! Retro style hotel very clean and quiet. Staff were all very nice from check in restaurant and bar. It definitely is a unique hotel close to all shopping bars and restaurants and attractions you would be interested in. Room was controlled by iPad (tv, lights, mood lights and blinds).

I absolutely LOVED this hotel and my stay. The lobby and bar/restaurant are just gorgeous. The rooms are amazing, modern, beautifully decorated and my bed was perfect! Location was great, everything you need within walking distance and a quick walk to temple bar. But the best part was the staff… they were all so nice, friendly, polite and helpful! I was supposed to stay only 2 nights and then move to another hotel but decided to extend my stay 2 extra nights because I loved this place so much. I will certainly go back (and can’t wait)

Simple hotel not many frills. The most of the staff was friendly. One thing that was frustrating is the room is controlled by iPads while watching tv it shuts off every 30 minutes. If you change channels you often need to restart the tv. I believe the room lights shut down around 2 hours. I think this is the eco friendly part but is frustrating if you are in the room for extended time

Hotel was very clean and I absolutely love that you can control the lights, TV, air and curtains/blinds with the iPad in the room and even better, you can just use the app to do the same. The hotel was completely walkable from the city centre and in a nice, quiet area. Easily accessible to public transit. I'll be staying here on my return trip.

The hotel had early drop off for luggage.The room was small but had a small fridge, safe and all the toiletries you would need. The bed was comfortable and the hot water in the shower was a perfect temperature.

The staff were outstanding, from front desk to bartenders. Friendly, helpful, welcoming. Just great. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, breakfast was delicious, and the place was vibrant.

Fabulous place. Very modern, quiet. Excellent breakfast (though a little pricy for what it is). Only downside was the bed and pillows were a lot firmer than we liked.

Conveniently located next to great restaurants and attractions. No parking but they provide discounted rates to 2 parking spots within 10 min walk to the hotel

Small rooms that are more affordable than other hotels work well for allowing every member of a family to have their own room, so just like home. Convenient to have canteen open for food and drink. Controllable lights and climate are excellent, as are shower options. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the prime Shopping and pub area of town, but just across the street from St Patrick’s cathedral, which is very nice and surrounded by a a beautiful park.

Very new and clean. King bed was great. Only issue is that the room is very narrow so hard to find a spot to open more than one suitcase.

Myself and my husband had a lovely two days stay at this hotel on entering the hotel we were met by Rafael who helped us book in and gave us some great information about the hotel the local restaurant and thinks to do Our room was comfortable and had an amazing bed and shower and everything in the room was controlled with an iPad which was so easy to use we will definitely be staying here again when next in Dublin

We loved that the hotel was walkable to city centre, but removed enough that it was quiet. Also, the service was absolutely lovely!

Brand new hotel, comfy bed, great shower. Exactly what we expect from a CitizenM (we’ve stayed in a few). Staff were lovely and friendly. Air conditioning works perfectly, rooms are soundproof, hairdryer is a proper one, amenities available at reception if you need anything. Free still chilled or sparkling water bottles at the 24/7 mini shop.

I loved this property! It was a great location, only an 8 minute walk to the main area where the bars are but not in the crazy part so it was quiet and clean. I would honestly give it 5 stars all around and I was informed they just opened s few weeks ago.. but we had an incident. We came back to the hotel one night around 10pm after getting pizza and a bottle of wine to share in the lobby because I had my parents with me in another room and someone from the hotel informed me we were not allowed to eat in the lobby (although they were not serving food). I tried to explain we wanted to all be together and the rooms are too small for all 4 of us to be in one room let alone all sit together. This women was rude and didn't care or even explain why the policy was this way, she just kept saying its a policy. I used to work in a hotel and as the front desk staff so I am usually VERY understanding but this simply made no sense. I feel like there should have been a sign or it should be made known. This turned me off to staying there and would probably not stay here again for this reason.
