Novotel Istanbul Bomonti

I had an amazing stay at this property! The area is very safe, quiet, and convenient, with great shopping and dining options nearby. The room was extremely clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options every morning. I want to give special thanks to Serap, Berkay, and Samet — they are absolutely fantastic employees! Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my experience unforgettable. They were always ready to help with a smile, and they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone — I will definitely come back again! 🌟

Fantastic service. AKIN, in particular. Clean, new, modern design. Breakfast a must

Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. I arrived at 6:30 a.m. on a rainy morning, completely soaked, and was kept waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes. They mentioned that a room was available but still asked for €30 for early check-in, showing no concern for how tired or wet I was. It’s not about the money — it’s about the attitude and the way you treat your guests.

It’s nice property, guys alper, Furlan, Emre are wonderful and most Welcome people. Their services is very good

Really happy with our stay. Lovely hotel, decent breakfast and gym facilities. Nice modern room - only downside is the shower hadn't been cleaned in a while. Hotel staff were pleasant. Location - we didn't explore this area enough but did find some decent places to eat and have baklava which are cheaper than in Sultanahmet. We ended up taking taxis to the more touristy areas throughout the trip.

Amazing hotel and great reception staff. Rooms are amazing as well Please offer better Coffee in breakfast room. It was weak and cappuccino was just horrid Otherwise better breakfast selection needed

Muy bueno

The hotel is very new and modern, extremely clean. Front desk staff are very kind and supportive. I had a comfortable stay in this hotel.

Clean room, best staff, especially the housekeeper, and the reception team, Serap, Akin, Ahmet and Emre made this trip way easier for us and guided us through everything and helping with our needs as soon as possible. The hotel is pretty much new and clean and such a kind, welcoming, responsive and respectful staff.

It was a pleasant experience. Room was clean and the staff was very professional.

Great place to stay a bit worn out and needs some better cleaning in the bathroom but overall it was great!!!!!

Dear Novotel This hotel has become a new favorite spot for me! A home away from home. I’m definitely looking forward to come back soon agin! Incredible hotel, perfectly located next to lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance! The hotel is beautiful ,new and well equipped with everything one can ask for. The service is incredible & heart full thanks to Furkan & Emere for the incredible help, kindness & guidance! I liked the spa, gym and enjoyed your 24h open bar. Thankyou for your amazing service and hospitality, see you soon!

Nice modern hotel. Our room had one of the best showers I've ever had, and I really appreciated the note and fresh fruit basket -- with apricots! -- in our room. Staff advised us on taxi timing to airport and helped us with some language issues. Hotel is just down a hill from a cool neighborhood that I wish we'd had more time to explore. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay with n Novotel . It was a wonderful hotel .

Hotel excelente.

New hotel with great facilities. Location is not really convenient

Good

I was here for 4 nights. I have physical ailments and it was extremely difficult to maneuver through the front entrance due to the heavy construction. I should have been notified! I’m definitely not happy. I hurt my ankles trying to walk through the rubble. I also got stuck in the elevator….and it took several attempts and minutes to get assistance. I have videos of all of this. Feel free to reach out to me.

Special thanks to Mr.Samet and Mr.Emre. Had a pleasant stay.

Alles super

Staff amazing . Check in fabulous easy hotel very clean and quiet .Modern will all amenities. Far from Istanbul city attractions but if you want to live relax and quiet best place . Good Turkish restaurant on walking distance. Breakfast Buffet fabulous. Their own restaurant is also nice . However I am thankful for offering such a nice service including fabulous breakfast

Good

Super Personal, gute Lage, schöne Ausstattung..

Exceptional Stay at Novotel Istanbul Bomonti! I had an amazing experience staying at Novotel Istanbul Bomonti! This hotel is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone is professional and attentive. The location is perfect, offering easy access to key attractions in Istanbul. The hotel's facilities, including a fantastic restaurant, fitness center, and relaxing ambiance, make it the best option for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Novotel Istanbul Bomonti for anyone visiting Istanbul. A truly wonderful stay—I will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay during our short holiday. Staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was spacious. The only problem we had was air vents blowing dust. The room was quite dusty even though housekeeping cleaned the room,it was accumulating on surfaces.Allergic people like me might struggle a little bit but it’s definetly a small problem.

My stay at Novotel Bomonti was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel features excellent interior design throughout, with stylish and modern rooms that create a visually appealing atmosphere. The views from both the breakfast area and the room were also a highlight. However, compared to other four- and five-star hotels in the city, there is still a long way to go in terms of quality and service. While the rooms looked great, the comfort of the bed and pillows left much to be desired, which impacted sleep quality. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming—offered in a COVID-style preselection format on a plate instead of a buffet, which felt limiting. Additionally, the breakfast options were exactly the same every single day, with no variation. The service during breakfast was poor, with inattentive staff, and the presence of smoking inside the restaurant was very unpleasant. Smoking was a major issue. The smell of smoke was pervasive—spreading through the hallways, common areas, and even seeping into the room via the ventilation system, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the full-service gym was closed throughout my stay, which was disappointing. With its beautiful interior design and great views, Novotel Bomonti has potential. However, improvements in staff training, breakfast variety, comfort, a strict no-smoking policy, and the reopening of amenities like the gym are necessary for it to reach the standard of similar hotels in Istanbul.

Very good
