Reviewed Dec 3, 2025This hotel and all associated facilities: gym, steam room, sauna and swimming pool are clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is central however it’s not walkable. The hotel located adjacent to busy street without direct access to the main entrance. Car requires to u-turn to get to the main entrance and during the busy time, it can take a while. The most disappointing during my stay was the service and the foods restaurant located in the lobby. The first night we were there, there were several items on the menu including local beer were not available. The second night we came back, they couldn’t make the hot and sour soup correctly. They did it twice. The first time was too salty and the second too sweet. Additionally, the Japanese restaurant on the second floor is scheduled to be close on Monday and Tuesday. This is a bit odd for us coming from America and restaurants in the Hyatt is close for business. The reason we had to eat at the hotel twice because it’s not walkable to other near by restaurants. For this reason I rated this hotel with 3-star. I’m still undecided whether I would come back.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025Staff were very attentive and facilities were really top notch. However, they need to be clearer on availability of their facilities. For example, I booked the place with the intention of using the Kids Club, but it was not made clear that it is only available for certain types of rooms
