This hotel is economical. So you get what you pay for. Rooms are small even for Europe standards. Breakfast are was full of flies both days we were there. While the shuttle picks you up in front of hotel, the drop off at the hotel is block away. So f you use the shuttles when you come from the airport to check in at hotel you will have to walk a block with suitcases and all.

Great hotel yo stay at. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable. No complaints with that. The only issue is the lobby and dining area is full of flies. Couldn't even have a peaceful breakfast without the flies trying to land on your plate. Let's even worse when you think that at the buffet their is nothing to scare them off. That was a huge no for me.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy to find and it was a short wait. Getting from the hotel back to the airport the next day was easy as well. We had tasty pizza in the dining area for dinner and didn't mind the lack of options; it kept it simple for them and for us. I liked the options available at breakfast; we had a good start to our day and enjoyed the coffee..

The only fault was, we were a couple and had two single beds pushed together we expected a double or bigger everything else was perfect

New ZLEEP hotel built in 2025 in a quiet commercial area 15 mins. from Frankfort Airport. (there is a group of 4 other hotels nearby) Free shuttle to/from airport every hour. Built with true German efficiency, rooms are small but comfortable, good bed and A/C, Elevators, Parking, good shower, the large windows open for fresh air. Breakfast for a $ fee, Bar open 24 hours, limited food - pizza only. HIGHLY recommended- good value.

공항에서 가깝다는 것이 최대의 장점입니다. 밤에 체크인해서 잠깐 눈 붙이고 아침 일찍 나가야 하는 저희에게는 최선의 선택이었습니다. 간단하게 시리얼과 빵 뿐이었지만 조식이 포함된 것도 장점입니다. 아침을 먹을 때 프랑스의 수도가 수십 마리 날아다니는데, 이 프랑스의 수도와 친하신 분들에게는 최적의 숙소입니다. ㅎㅎ 수십 군데 호텔을 다녀본 중에 첫 경험이었습니다.

This hotel was appalling for a new transit hotel. The hotel markets itself as being conveniently located “directly next to Frankfurt International Airport”. This is not the case. It takes approximately 20mins by shuttle or 15mins by Uber. Upon arrival, a large crowd exited the airport shuttle bus and crowded the lobby with 2 check-in agents. I shortly after entered a very stuffy and warm room. After attempting to turn on the air conditioning, I enquired with the front desk only to be bluntly told that the air conditioning system for the entire hotel was not functioning and to open the window instead. Unfortunately the carpark below was quite loud with people talking and cars moving so to get sleep I had to keep the window closed and sweat all night. The advertised free airport shuttle operates off a published hourly timetable. I made my way to the front of the hotel and there were roughly 20 other guests waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive. Upon arrival, it was already completely full as (unbeknownst to us) the shuttle bus also services other hotels which it picks up from to Zleep. 2 guests managed to cram into the bus but everyone else was left stranded. The front desk’s response was “it’s too bad… we don’t guarantee the shuttle to be available” (even though this hotel is clearly marketed as a transit hotel with free shuttle service). Unbelievable. To avoid missing my flight I had no choice but to take an Uber which cost over €13. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and checking-in was easy with self serving station.

Tissue in bathrooms would be nice and something to wipe womans makeup off with (wash cloth or some cotton wipes).

Perfect for a short stop

In think it would be helpful if the shuttle schedule was posted on your site. It was easy to navigate after i got to the hotel and saw the schedule. But at the airport, i was extremely confused

Zleep was a great overnight stay to get some rest after an overnight flight with no sleep. I love that breakfast and return shuttle were included.

Great for overnights but no ice machine, no refrigerator and the parking gate only worked when it felt like it. Outside parking pay kiosk only took debit cards.

Outstanding choice. I will be back soon. Very much satisfied. Public transportation is not good but Uber is essential to go downtown. Would definitely recommend

Fast Check in. Professional staff helpfull.

AirPort Shuttle was not available when we arrived. It closes down for 5 hours in the middle of the day. Arrived at noon and after waiting for a hour, we were told we had to find another way to get to the hotel. Room was nice and a great restaurant with in walking distance.

Shuttle service pick up every hour. Check schedule table and be prepared. Shuttle shared with another hotel and some people have no idea and leave in the wrong spot. Driver dont even announce each stop. The entire hotel is handled by a single employee (front desk, bartender, janitor, breakfast) do not expect much service specially after hours. Check your room well before unpacking, just in case. Beds are ok, bath very clean.

I missed a connecting flight to Nairobi and this was close to the airport, super clean and quiet, and I could walk to a food market

Can't get a second key. The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult for two guests. Arrived 1 hour before check-in, staff stated that rooms were ready, but I would be charged for an early check-in. This makes little sense. The shuttle was full, and we almost could not board, which would have been very inconvenient

The Shuttle bus is only ONCE an hour, and gets really full This morning a bunch of people had to order a taxi. The bus arrived already loaded with guests.

Not really any dinner options

Really very basic and it appears not fully finished. Main point for us was relative proximity to airport and shuttle service to and from airport.

After missing my train home after a late arrival, I was super happy to find Zleep, and it was fantastic to be able to crash after a long day of international travel. Very room, everything in great condition, breakfast was good, no complaints!

Good place for an overnight stay before our flight back to Toronto, conveniently close to the airport with shuttle buses to the terminals.

Had a lot of trouble with “online” check-in, once we were able to speak to a real person it went better. Our first room was dirty so we went back and got a different room. Rooms are very small and barren. Nothing extra, no kleenex, face cloths, separate soap (3 in one), no way to call reception. The lounge is okay and the staff were nice. The online pictures are definitely better than the real thing! The price of the room was very reasonable, this now makes more sense☹️

Clean hotel & friendly staff

When we arrived, we checked in on line in the lobby. I had already paid in advance for our stay. I was advised that I owed 8 euros. I paid it, not knowing why. It was a Sunday night when we arrived and just one person working and he could not advise me. I asked a woman at the front desk in the morning about it. She said that she could not explain it but that she would ask her supervisor. I did not hear from anyone before leaving. The charge remains on my card. Thanks for looking into this.

Excellent customer service

We lucked out getting the airport shuttle. The schedule should be made easier to find. The front desk staff guy was very quick in getting us checked in with a key. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower water pressure was very good too. Breakfast served our needs, automatic coffee selection machine, fresh baked croissants, and the usual suspects of continental breakfast choices. We'd go back for a night by the airport again.

Was fine for an overnight airport hotel. Shuttle is about a 20 minute ride once you board, so it can be a while if you add in waiting time at the terminal. Room was clean and quiet.

Clean room. Shuttle to airport. Great breakfast. But restaurant has not big choice. Just pizza and drinks.

The hotel is only a 10 minutes car drive away from the airport and very reasonably priced. Nice modern rooms and lobby. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection.

Near new hotel perfect for a one night stay close to the airport

Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen und es wird ein kostenloser Transfer angeboten. Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber, eine Parkgarage gibt es auch.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Super Shuttle Service. Perfekt um eine Nacht vorm geplanten Flug zu übernachten.

There are SO many other options.... We waited 10 mins past the time the shuttle was to be at the airport...and ended up paying more than 20 euros to get to the hotel. When we arrived we didnt see any staff so we had to check ourselves in at a series of Kiosks. Then to top it off, guests are expected to clear their dishes at meal time.

Good hotel value for money. Free shuttle service is very convenient. Staffs are very helpful and polite.

The experience at Zleep Hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong and unpleasant smell, and some parts of the walls were left unpainted, giving the impression of poor maintenance. The room itself was extremely small, making it difficult to move around, and there were no proper charging plug facilities which made the stay even more inconvenient. Due to the strange odor, I had to cancel my reservation for the next day and move to another hotel. Considering these issues, I strongly believe the hotel should refund my charges.

Sehr neues und modernes Hotel. Das Frühstück hat mich allerdings enttäuscht… für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach einem langen Flug aber durchaus in Ordnung. Kostenloser Flughafen-Transfer inkl.

It looked too far away from the airport, 7.8km, but the shuttle service was excellent, exactly on time, so it was absolutely fine.

Die Zimmer waren klein und ordentlich. Hier und da noch mal stellen, über die man schnell rüber wischt. Das war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet ist übersichtlich. Billig Käse und Wurst. Der Rest war okay. Die Umgebung ist mittelmäßig, und rund Gewerbegebiet, Hotels und Baustelle. Nah an der Flugschneise, eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse, aber durch die gute isolierten Fenster kaum wahrzunehmen.

Gegen 1 Uhr angekommen, kaum deutschsprachiger Mitarbeiter. Karte auf den Tisch und am besten nicht reden. Frühstück war sehr wenig und wenige Auswahl.

Second time here. Try to book early as prices go up massively on the day. Breakfast just average . Juice misters empty . No hot breakfast (like bacon but they do have boiled eggs ) bus service once an hour to and from airport but bear in mind it’s not 24 hours . The morning last airport run is 10.50 am i think so you cant stay longer if flight is later in the afternoon . Overall comfy beds and nice and clean. Also bus from the airport stops about 10.40pm i think

The room was super clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle bus was also great. Easy and restful stay.

Frühstücksauswahl war sehr wenig. Haare im Badezimmer gefunden. Mitarbeiter können kaum Deutsch. Wir hatten ein Anliegen, der Mitarbeiter hat uns gar nicht verstanden. Mit Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns dann irgendwie verständigen.

Ok for one night

I dropped my Avis rental car at the Airport and was told that the shuttle could bring me back to the hotel at 22.30 I waited in the sweltering heat and waited and waited. Nothing. I called the hotel 2 times and was told that the bus was a bit delayed. When I called the 3rd time at 11.00 the Front Desk person told me that the bus was not back at the hotel which meant the the bus was still in route. I finally took a Taxi for 25.00 Euros which dropped me of at the Platzhirsch. I told the driver that it was the wrong hotel but he insisted that the address was correct and he drove off anyway. The Front Desk was nice enough to call me another cab which dropped me off at the Sleep Hotel after paying him another 8 Euros. He told me that this happens a lot as taxi drivers want to make a quick return to the airport to pick up another ride that pays more by going into Frankfurt downtown. He also told me the after 21.00 Uhr the hotel shuttle never shows and they face similar situations like mine all the time. When I called the Sleep Hotel Desk the third time I was told that he has NO WAY to contact the driver of the shuttle to find out his position or ETA. This is hard to believe in times of cellphones. The Hotel was nice but the shuttle situation ruined our stay completely.

New, good breakfast

AC didn't work. Hotel staff came to check it out and they said yah they all don't work and everyone is complaining. If they fixed the AC the hotel would be perfect. Just really frustrating in the middle of summer booking this room becuase of the AC to not have it work it really dissappointing.

New and modern hotel. Self- service checkin.

Cons: Brutalist decor. Bare, gray, concrete walls & ceiling. No door or curtain on the shower. Bed & blanket was so-so. Painfully, painfully slow wifi UNLESS you sign up for the H Rewards program, and then it is fast as usual at a hotel. Pros: Immaculate. Quiet. TV.

Everything was good. The night staff was very service minded and helped us get breakfast before opening time due to that our flight left so early. We are due to that very pleased with our stay and will come back. It is very good to have the free airport transfer also.

I really have not enjoyed my stay. I will NEVER use this hotel again. I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. The shuttle only runs sporadically during the day. So I ended having yo pay for a taxi just to get to the hotel. Then they charged me a 15 euro fee to check in early!!! The rooms had no accommodation such as a microwave or fridge. The walls and ceilings were straight dirty concert as if the hotel remodel hadn’t finished. The shower only has half of a door which resulted in the bathroom being soaked. This just went from bad to worst. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

I think the hotel was advertised as having a restaurant, but not really. All you could get was pizza. I thought they had put me in an unfinished room… concrete ceiling, and one concrete wall. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is not near the airport, and there really is only one restaurant within walking distance. The location is in an industrial type of area.

Staff was great. Only issue is the airport shuttle does not run for 5 hours in the middle of the day and then only once an hour. Very inconvenient for a travel hotel.

Near the FRA airport. Nice simple hotel!

The rooms were clean and had a good size. Breakfast was also good. Only down side was the shuttle times. I had to leave around noon, at the checkout time anyway, but the first shuttle for that noon/afternoon was after 16:00. I had to take a taxi to the airport which was another 20€.. The last shuttle for that morning was 10:39 and the next one is 16:09. Thats not worthy of a Airport Hotel and you should have that info while you book the hotel, not find out when you check in and alrady booked and paid for the hotel.

Very modern hotel! Room was modern, nice and clean, comfy beds, can walk to restaurants and the continental breakfast was perfect !

Hotel und Zimmer war eigentlich super. Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm (trotz geöffnetem Fenster, wodurch es Recht laut war , da man ankommenden hatte hörte)

This is perfect for a layover.

This hotel is okay if you stay for a short period. Rooms are simple and clean but lack basic amenities such a small refrigerator and storage space. Shower is not enclosed and water can flood the bathroom.

It was very hot in the apartment and management did not respond to my request for fans. They told me they were fans in the apartment and there were not. From 4 o’clock in the afternoon until 8 o’clock the next morning I received no response from management from my request for fans. It was a miserable night.

The facility was clean and comfortable. However, the location was inconvenient for taking public transportation, and fire alarm was kept ringing for 20-30min and we have been forced to evacuate midnight on the day I stayed. They didn’t explain what have been happening during and after the problem was solved.

It was conveniently located near the airport. Unfortunately, I was not able to locate the shuttle, and had to turn an Uber.

Good experience

Very clean and lovely staff. Continental breakfast. Not much to do in the area but we got the train into Frankfurt centre most days. Shuttle does not run between 11ish to 4pm but otherwise is free to & from airport.
