Apartment was very nice. Very comfortable. Love the little balcony. It was an added bonus that they had the little restaurant at the bottom. Location was easy to get to the main attractions, but far enough away that you were into all the crazy.

L’endroit parfait pour séjourner durant votre séjour à Porto. Chambres spacieuses, décorées avec goût et bien équipées dans une rue calme et très bien située. Le jardin est calme et reposant, le café et le petit déjeuner sont de qualité.

The room was modern, clean and very spacious. It has everything you need for a short stay (Nespresso machine, electric kettle, mini fridge). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The team was very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants.

Great location and amazing friendly service. We also had a spa treatment, which was very enjoyable. The hotel was also very reasonably priced and a 15/20 minute wark from the middle of Porto and was surrounded by great cafes and restaurants.

Our only issue was that with our room, there was a gap in the door to the bathroom, and the glass was not 100% opaque, so you could see whoever was in the bathroom when you were sitting on the bed. However, this is a minor issue.

Zeer netjes en hygiënisch. Behulpzaam personeel, lekker ontbijt à la carte. Op 15 minuutjes wandelen van de oude stad.

Si no te gusta el aire acondicionado como a nosotros, la temperatura es óptima en julio en Oporto, solo con el ventilador de techo sería suficiente y más agradable que el aire, pero estaba mal instalado y daba un poco de miedo enchufarlo. Nada, infelizmente pessima experiência. Por conta da burla que sofremos, toda a hospedagem ficou ofuscada.

Não recomendo em nada esse lugar. Eles pedem um caução de 100 euros a entrada. Depois disso, enchem o apartamento de “armadilhas”. Eu utilizei duas toalhas que estavam na casa de banho. Me cobraram 8 euros por ter utilizado a toalha pequena da casa de banho, e 60 euros por ter utilizado a toalha grande. Detalhe, não comprei as toalhas, não levei as toalhas pra casa, apenas utilizei depois do banho para me secar. Realmente é uma vergonha, experiência muito frustrante.

Hidden costs charged to my card once we left the property. I booked a premium king size room for 3 people and paid in full & in good faith. Apparently if you then have the audacity to actually have 3 people in the room you are charged €75 per night for an extra bed? They mention nothing on check in or check out and send you your invoice after you’ve left the property.

El buen gusto, el silencio en todo el lugar y la ubicación en el barrio cool de Porto, con servicios y lugares para comer a la mano. La atención de Amanda, que fue súper amable y acomodó lo poco que solicitamos como huéspedes.

Fue difícil que atendieran el timbre cuando llegamos, tocamos varias veces. Si no fuera por Amanda, que justo pasaba caminando (en su día libre) y nos abrió la puerta, hubiésemos esperado un rato más. Los dos empleados hombres que atienden durante el dia fueron muy maleducados conmigo y con mi mujer, no nos hicieron sentir cómodos en ningún momento. Eran arrogantes y pretenciosos. El último día parece que les molestó que dejáramos nuestros equipajes por 3 horas luego del check out. Nos cambiaron la clave más de una vez para que no pudiéramos entrar más. Mi mujer olvidó productos cosméticos de gran valor y tuvo que insistir para que uno de éstos chicos los devolviera. Respecto al hotel, habíamos reservado un cuarto originalmente que nos fue cambiado (nos avisaron 2 días antes de llegar... y además nos indicaron que estarían "felices" de devolvernos el dinero, si así lo quisiéramos) y nos dieron un cuarto muy pequeño, especialmente desafiante ya que pasamos 4 noches. A cambio de esto nos ofrecieron incluir el desayuno, pero parece que no estaba claro y la primer mañana mi mujer tuvo un malentedido con uno de estos chicos por este motivo, que creíamos resuelto. El cuarto quedaba en un shed en el fondo del jardín donde de noche saltaban gatos al techo desde los edificios vecinos. El termotanque de agua caliente tiene pocos litros de capacidad para este cuarto. Estábamos esperando que fuera más parecido a un hotel, donde hubiera un bar para tomar o comer algo, y no un departamento con servicio de desayuno (por el que tuvimos que discutir). Si estás buscando un lindo departamento sin demasiados servicios y te toca en el edificio principal, es un lugar muy lindo. Si estás buscando un hotel con una recepción atenta a ayudar y algún lugar para tomar o comer de noche, no estás en el lugar indicado.

Location was a little outside the prime tourist district, but very walkable, which was great. Pleasant staff, fairly quiet property and very unique!

We almost got locked out for the night! There is no attendant after 7:30, but the door failed to open for us using the proper code. We called the 24hour "emergency line" but no one answer. Apparently, it was the property owners turn to monitor that phone and he failed. A local restaurant helped us track down someone on the staff who eventually let us in 2.5 hours later. The next day they barely apologized, which was a little surprising and dissapointing.

Добрый день. Я забронировала указанный номер ДЕЛЮКС С ВИДОМ НА САД И СВОЕЙ ТЕРАССОЙ 35 метров квадратных. При заселении меня спокойно отвели в комнату, как будто так и нужно, которая оказалась без вида, без балкона, 5 метров квадратных, душная и влажная. На мой вопрос что это не тот номер который я бронировала (а при выборе бронирования всегда смотрю именно мой вариант, который буду бронировать) они сказали, что это такой же номер. После моего возмущения на их наглую ложь, они поняли, что сделали ошибку. Предложили другой номер, в котором во многих местах плесень, с видом на соседние дома и без балкона. Он немного лучше, но тоже плохой. (У меня есть все фото номера и я могу показать что он не соответствует тому, за что я платила - за ДЕЛЮКС). Конечно же времени у меня искать другие отели нету, потому что я здесь только на одну ночь и уже вечер. Я из самолета и хочу отдохнуть. Я прошу возврат денег, и убрать их из букинга, потому что они занимаются мошенничеством, продают ДЕЛЮКС номер в 35 квадратов, а дают комнату 5 квадратов с видом на соседний дом и дорогу. Так же я везде напишу отзывы и если не будет возврата средств, буду вынуждена обратиться в суд за предоставление заведомо ложной информации. Спасибо

Communication before check in was confusing - I received a text from one number, a WhatsApp message from another number, and another number on this site to contact. Staff had to play multiple roles (barista, cashier, reception) leading to disorganization and stress.

The room was very well decorated, inserted in an old building that was fully renovated and very well looked after. In the ground floor there was a shop with some very nice food and design products and also a very nice small breakfast area, which we did not use, but checked it and also a small garden in the back which would be perfect to sit and have a beverage. The staff, specifically Amanda, which was our host during our stay was very friendly and professional and available for any topics. For an extra fee, we had very close by a parking place, which was very useful as we travelled by car to Porto.

Having an elevator would have been perfect, considering that we stayed on the top floor (3rd floor) but as this is an old building fully understandable that this available and it was easy from our side to manage it, so nothing actually.

Мне дали номер, где технически была выключена вся вода (видимо забыли включить). Т.е. воды не было в кранах, душе и туалете. Заметила я это не сразу и сообщила персоналу. Но ситуация была исправлена только в 9 утра следующего дня. Т.е. вечер, ночь и утро я была без воды и конечно для меня это был кошмар. Я не могла помыться, умыться, воспользоваться туалетом.

The accommodation had a pretty easy check in and was in a nice location surrounded by restaurants and several art exhibits. The bed was extremely confortable.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The food was amazing — I had one of the best salads there, it was truly delicious. The ingredients were clearly of excellent quality, and they even had kombucha, which was a great touch. The coffee was excellent as well.

Bei diesem Hotel muss ich wirklich alles positiv bewerten. Wunderbare Lage mitten in der Stadt. Ein riesiges Zimmer, schöne Dusche, mit wunderbaren Betten und wohliger Bettwäsche. Wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, da passt alles. Zur Begrüßung gab’s einen kleinen Portwein, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine vorhanden mor einigen gratis Kapseln. Wir hatten einen Balkon zum Garten hin mit Abendsonne. Der Eingang täuscht gewaltig über das tolle geschmackvolle Ambiente, das sich hinter der Tür verbirgt. 😅

Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es trotzdem, es ist kein Frühstück inkludiert und im Haus völlig überteuert. Um die Ecke gibt’s aber massenhaft günstige Kaffehäuser.

Não terem TV, apesar de estar na descrição daqui do booking que tinham. Percebo o conceito, mas não deviam anunciar algo que não têm.

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this property in Porto. The location is perfect. Everything is within easy walking distance, yet it’s quiet and relaxing. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, and we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and arrangements. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again!

Le personnel est arrangeant et accueillant. La réception est mignonne (produit d'épicerie fine). La chambre est spacieuse est bien équipé et le lit grand et super confortable! L'hôtel est idéalement situé et ma chambre au troisième étages (sans ascenseur) était au calme ce qui était appréciable.

C'est un détail mais l'hôtel fourni des peignoirs, il auraient été appréciables de joindre également des chaussons. Ce qui rejoint le deuxième petit détail, les wc se situe dans un renfoncement mal isolé qui se ferme avec des volets (qu'il faut penser à ouvrir la journée pour faire rentrer la chaleur) et le sol est en carrelage et des chaussons n'auraient pas été de refus.

El establecimiento es muy bonito y transmite un ambiente tranquilo. La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba bien equipada: el secador funcionaba muy bien, la TV iba perfectamente y el detalle de los albornoces fue un plus. El check-in fue rápido y el trato muy amable. Además, durante la limpieza de la habitación se podía solicitar el cambio de sábanas, algo que se agradece. La relación calidad-precio fue muy buena: 168 € en total por 2 noches para 2 personas. La ubicación también es positiva, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro. Otro punto a favor fue que nos permitieron hacer el check-out a las 12:00 h, más tarde de lo habitual, lo cual fue muy de agradecer. Como detalle adicional, nos gustó mucho que hubiera paraguas en la entrada disponibles para los clientes por si era necesario utilizarlos.

Pasamos bastante frío, ya que el split de calor no funcionaba correctamente y el aislamiento térmico era escaso. Al haber grandes ventanales, entraba frío por las ventanas y tuvimos que dormir con sudadera. El duchón superior de la ducha no funcionaba. Además, tardaron en devolvernos el depósito que nos retuvieron por posibles daños y el wifi no funcionó con la contraseña que nos facilitaron. También se oía bastante ruido cuando alguien caminaba en la planta superior. Por otro lado, el alojamiento no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida, ya que no dispone de ascensor. Ofrecían servicio de desayuno y venta de productos caseros, pero nos parecieron caros, por lo que no los probamos ni compramos nada.
